Overview

What the Lamha Zapier integration takes off your plate

The Lamha Zapier integration copies orders from wherever you sell into Lamha, where shipping is handled. Lamha brings one action and no trigger, so another app always starts the Zap: a sale happens there, and Lamha receives a ready-made order with the customer, the product and the carrier filled in.

Three results come out of that single action, Create Order. First, shop to shipping: each new order in your online store lands in Lamha with the buyer's address and the parcel weight, ready for dispatch. Second, form to shipping: small sellers who take orders through a form or a chat can still feed Lamha without retyping. Third, sheet to shipping: a team that logs phone orders in a spreadsheet turns each new row into a Lamha order, with the payment method and currency carried over.

What Zapier does not do with Lamha. The app has no trigger, so a shipment status change, a delivery or a return will never start a Zap. It has no search either, so a Zap cannot check whether an order already exists before creating it. And Create Order is demanding: every field it lists is required, from the store name to the status slug and the order date. If the starting app does not hold one of them, you have to type a fixed value into the step.

Vocabulary

Zapier words in one minute

Eight Zapier terms come back throughout this page. Here is each one in a single plain line.

Zap
The automation you build on Zapier: one starting event, then one or more steps that run every time that event happens.
Trigger
The event in an app that starts the Zap; once it is on, Zapier waits for it. Lamha has none, so your shop or form plays that part.
Action
What the Zap does after it starts: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you. Create Order is the Lamha action.
Task
The unit Zapier bills. One action that completes successfully is one task, and your plan is a monthly number of those.
Polling vs instant
Zapier checks a polling trigger at a fixed interval set by your plan. An instant trigger is pushed by the app the moment the event happens.
Filter
A step that lets the Zap go on only when the data meets your condition, for instance only paid orders, and stops it otherwise.
Search step
A step that looks up something already stored in an app so later steps can use it. Lamha does not offer one.
Connection
Your Lamha account, linked to Zapier once and then reused by every Zap step that sends orders to Lamha.
Cost

What a Lamha Zap costs

Lamha is not a premium app, so it works on the free Zapier plan. Zapier counts tasks, and only successful actions count.

  • Premium appNo, works on the free plan
  • Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps
  • Free plan Zap size2 steps: one trigger, one action
  • One order created1 task when it succeeds

The trigger in your shop or form is free, and so are the checks Zapier runs to find new orders. Each Create Order that goes through costs one task; a rejected one, for example because a required field was empty, costs nothing. The free plan includes 100 tasks a month and unlimited Zaps, each capped at two steps: one trigger, one action. A shop shipping more than 100 orders a month needs a paid plan, and so does any Zap with a filter, a second action or a search, because that makes it multi-step.

Connect

Connect Lamha to Zapier

  1. 01

    Open the Apps page

In Zapier, open the Apps page of your account and click + Add connection. You need a Lamha account before you begin, with at least one store already set up.

  2. 02

    Select Lamha

Search for Lamha in the dialog, pick it, and click Add connection. A new browser tab then opens on the Lamha side so you can identify yourself there.

  3. 03

    Sign in and grant access

Sign in to Lamha in that tab and allow Zapier to use the account. The connection is saved once and offered in every Zap that sends orders to Lamha from now on.

First Zap

Your first Lamha Zap

GoalSend each new paid order from your online shop to Lamha for shipping.

  1. 01

    Create the Zap

Start a new Zap and choose your online store as the app that begins it, with the new order event. Connect the store account when asked.

  2. 02

    Test the trigger

Run the trigger test. Zapier brings back the three most recent orders of the store, so you map real addresses and weights in the next steps.

  3. 03

    Add the filter

Click the plus icon, choose Filter, and let only paid orders through. A filter makes this a multi-step Zap, which needs a paid Zapier plan.

  4. 04

    Add Create Order

Pick Lamha and Create Order. Choose the store, then map customer, address, product, weight, quantity, total and currency. Type fixed values for carrier and status slug.

  5. 05

    Test and publish

Run the action test and check that the order appears in Lamha. Then click Publish. Only orders placed after this moment are sent.

Actions

Lamha actions on Zapier

Lamha gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

1

Create Order

Action

In Zapier“Creates an order in the system”

This step opens a shipping order in Lamha with the buyer, the delivery address, the product with its weight and quantity, the total, the payment method and the carrier, so the parcel can be prepared without manual entry.

When to use it
a cosmetics shop wants every web sale queued for delivery the moment payment clears.
Watch out
all of its fields are required, so check that the starting app really holds a phone number and a weight.
When it breaks

When a Lamha Zap breaks

Zapier links no help article to Lamha, and no app-specific limit is documented. The cases below come from the action's required fields and from the general limits of any Zap.

Start with the Zap history: it lists each run and the step that stopped, with the reason. Our Zapier troubleshooting guide shows how to read it and fix the usual mistakes.

  • A required field arrives empty

Create Order requires every field it lists. An order without a phone number or a product weight in the shop stops the step, and no shipping order is created.
  • Past orders are not sent

A Zap only reacts to orders placed after you publish it. Orders already waiting in your shop never reach Lamha this way; that backlog is a separate job.
  • Duplicate orders from a loop

If a later step writes back into the place your trigger watches, the Zap fires again on its own output and can push the same order to Lamha several times.
  • Bulk imports held back

Importing a large batch of orders into the shop at once can trip Zapier's flood protection, which holds the batch instead of sending everything to Lamha.

FAQ

Lamha Zapier integration: questions people ask

01Is the Lamha Zapier integration free?
On the Zapier side, yes. Lamha is not a premium app, so it works on the free plan, which includes 100 tasks a month and unlimited Zaps. The limit is the shape of the Zap: two steps only, one trigger and one action. A plain shop to Lamha Zap fits that. As soon as you add a filter for paid orders or a second action, the Zap becomes multi-step and requires a paid plan.
02How many tasks does each order use?
One task per Create Order that succeeds. The trigger in your shop or form costs nothing, and neither do the checks Zapier runs to find new orders. If Lamha rejects the order, for example because a required field is empty, no task is counted. In a Zap with several actions, each successful action is billed on its own. So the free plan's 100 tasks cover about 100 shipped orders a month, and fewer if the Zap does anything else.
03Does the order reach Lamha in real time?
That depends on the app that starts the Zap, because Lamha has no trigger of its own. If your shop offers an instant trigger, it tells Zapier about the sale straight away and the order is created right after, on any plan. If its trigger is polling, Zapier checks on a timer set by your plan: every 15 minutes on Free, 2 on Professional, 1 on Team and Enterprise. Check which kind your shop uses before promising same-day dispatch.
04What does connecting Lamha require?
A Lamha account that you sign in to during the connection, then permission for Zapier to use it. In practice you also need at least one store set up in Lamha, because Create Order asks you to choose a store name, plus the details every order must carry: customer name, phone, full address, product, weight, quantity, total, payment method, currency, carrier, status slug and order date. Make sure your source app holds them before building.
05Why does Create Order fail on some orders and not others?
Almost always because one required field is empty for that order. Create Order requires every field it lists, so an order missing a phone number, a weight or an address city is refused, while complete orders go through. Look at the failed run in the Zap history to see which field was blank. Then either fix the data at the source or type a fixed fallback value into the step, such as a default carrier or status slug.
06What if the Lamha operation you are after is not available?
Then the Zapier integration cannot do it today. It offers one action, Create Order, with no trigger and no search. A Zap cannot react to a shipment update, track a parcel or look up an existing order in Lamha. The practical answer is to keep Lamha at the end of the chain, fed by your sales tool, and to handle everything else inside Lamha itself or with another automation tool that reaches it differently.
07Zapier, Make or n8n for Lamha?
Choose by criteria rather than by a ranking. Zapier offers a ready-made Lamha app with one action, so an order flow can be built without code. First check whether Make or n8n offer an equivalent connector. Then compare on your order volume, since each order created is a billed task on Zapier, on how many steps you need around the order, and on whether your team prefers a guided editor or a more technical one.
