What the Landing Page Robot by Marcom Robot Zapier integration does
The integration does one job: it passes each new lead captured on your landing pages to Zapier, which then runs the steps you picked in your other apps. Landing Page Robot is a builder for teams that publish landing pages in volume, so leads pile up fast. The integration moves them without anyone copying a form entry by hand.
A lead sheet that fills itself. New Lead adds a row to a spreadsheet for every sign-up, so you work from one table instead of opening each page's results.
An alert where the team talks. The same trigger posts a message in a chat channel, and a fresh lead gets a reply while the visit is still recent.
A contact in your email tool. New Lead drops the person into a mailing list, and the follow-up starts without an export.
What Zapier does not do here: Landing Page Robot by Marcom Robot exposes no action and no search on Zapier. A Zap cannot create a page, edit a lead or look one up inside the app. Data flows one way, out of Landing Page Robot toward your other tools.
Still weighing the platform itself? See our Zapier review, our n8n vs Zapier comparison and our Zapier training page. Start with the trigger, then pick the one action that matters most. On Zapier, the app offers one instant trigger and no action.
Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Eight words come back on this page. Here is what each one means in plain terms.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time that trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Here it is New Lead; once the Zap is switched on, Zapier waits for it.
- Action
- What the Zap does once it has started: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you in another app.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills. One task is one action your Zap completes successfully, and the number on your plan counts those.
- Polling trigger
- A trigger Zapier checks on a timer, asking the app for new items at a fixed interval and keeping only what it has not seen.
- Instant trigger
- A trigger the app reports itself: it calls Zapier the moment the event happens, so nothing waits for a check. New Lead is one.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap carry on only when what arrived meets the condition you set, and stops it right there otherwise.
- Multi-step Zap
- Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A second action or a filter turns a Zap into one, and it then needs a paid plan.
What a lead really costs you
New Lead never costs a task. The trigger is free, and so is the waiting. Only the actions that follow are billed, one task per action that succeeds.
- Trigger cost0 tasks
- Free plan100 tasks a month
- Steps per Zap on Free2 (trigger + 1 action)
- Premium appNo
An action that fails is not counted. A Zap with three actions uses three times more tasks than a Zap with one. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and unlimited Zaps, but only two steps per Zap: New Lead plus one action. Add a filter or a second action and you need a paid plan. Landing Page Robot by Marcom Robot is not a premium app, so it runs on the free plan. And since New Lead is instant, the polling grid below never slows it down.
Connect your Landing Page Robot account
- 01
Open your connections
In Zapier, go to the Apps page of your account and click + Add connection. Make sure you already have an account on Landing Page Robot by Marcom Robot: the connection needs one.
- 02
Find the app
Type Landing Page Robot by Marcom Robot into the search box of the dialog, pick it in the results, then click Add connection. A new browser tab opens on the app's side.
- 03
Sign in and allow access
Log in to Landing Page Robot in that tab and grant Zapier access to the account. The connection is saved once, then every Zap that uses this app picks it up without a second login.
Your first Zap: new lead to sheet and channel
GoalEach new lead lands in a spreadsheet and pings your team chat.
- 01
Pick the trigger
Create a Zap and choose Landing Page Robot by Marcom Robot as the app that starts it. Select New Lead as the event, then the connection you just made.
- 02
Test it on a real lead
Run the trigger test. Zapier brings back the three most recent leads of the account, so the mapping is done on a real one. Empty list? Send a test lead through one of your pages first.
- 03
Add the spreadsheet row
Add your spreadsheet tool's action that creates a row, then map the lead's fields into your columns. Each row written successfully counts as one task.
- 04
Add the team alert
Add a second action that posts in your team chat. That makes it a multi-step Zap, which needs a paid plan; on the free plan, pick either the row or the alert, not both.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test each step once and read what came back. When the row and the message look right, click Publish to switch the Zap on. The lightning bolt in the editor confirms the trigger is instant.
The Landing Page Robot trigger
1 event starts a Zap when something happens in Landing Page Robot by Marcom Robot, and one of them is instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
New Lead
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new lead is created.”
Every time a new lead is created on one of your landing pages, this trigger passes that lead to Zapier and starts your Zap. It is the only event the app offers, so every Zap built on this app starts here.
When a lead Zap breaks
Zapier attaches no help article to this app, and no limit specific to it is documented. What breaks is Zapier's general behavior, and you can plan for each case.
Four cases come back on lead Zaps. None of them shows up at setup: they surface later, when a lead goes missing or the task count climbs too fast. If one hits you, see our Zapier troubleshooting page.
Old leads never arrive
The Zap only reacts to leads created after you switch it on. Everything already stored in Landing Page Robot stays there; moving it is a separate job.A bulk import gets held back
When a huge batch of leads shows up at once, after an import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold the batch back instead of running it.The extra step stays locked on Free
A filter or a second action turns the Zap into a multi-step Zap. The free plan stops at two steps, so that Zap needs a paid plan.A filter that never passes
Filter rules are typed: a text rule only works on text, a number rule only on numbers. Picking the wrong type is the usual reason a filter blocks every lead.
