What the LeadBooker Zapier integration does for you
LeadBooker is a lead management app, listed under scheduling and booking on Zapier, where each lead belongs to a site you set up in your account. The Zapier integration works in both directions: it reports new leads the instant they are created, and it can create leads in LeadBooker from what happens in your other apps.
Three results you can build. An instant copy: New Lead pushes each lead of a chosen site into your spreadsheet, so the team has one shared list without retyping anything. A heads-up: the same trigger can send the lead as a message to whoever follows up, right away rather than at the next check. A single inbox: Create Lead adds a lead to a LeadBooker site each time a row lands in your spreadsheet, so leads gathered elsewhere end up where you manage them.
What Zapier does not do here. There is no search, so a Zap cannot check whether a lead already exists before creating it, and two runs on the same person give you two leads. There is no update or delete either: a Zap creates leads, it does not edit them. And everything works site by site, since both operations ask you to pick one. Each lead a Zap creates counts as one task on your plan.

Zapier words in one minute
Seven words come back all over this page. Here they are once, in plain English.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event that starts the Zap, such as a new lead in LeadBooker. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it.
- Action
- What the Zap does after it starts: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you, like creating a lead.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action your Zap completes successfully. The number on your plan counts those.
- Instant vs polling
- An instant trigger is reported by the app the moment it happens. A polling one is checked by Zapier on a timer.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap carry on only when what arrived meets the condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
- Connection
- Your LeadBooker account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every step and every Zap that needs it.
What it really costs you
LeadBooker is not a premium app, so it works from the free plan. The New Lead trigger never costs a task, and because it is instant, the interval grid below does not slow it down on any plan.
- Premium appNo, works on the free plan
- Free plan100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps
- New Lead triggerInstant, 0 tasks
- Create Lead action1 task when it succeeds
You pay for actions: each Create Lead that succeeds counts as one task, and one that fails is not counted. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and unlimited Zaps, two steps each: one trigger and one action. A filter or a second action turns it into a multi-step Zap, which needs a paid plan on Zapier. The interval grid below only matters when the trigger comes from another app that works by polling.
Connect LeadBooker to Zapier in 3 steps
- 01
Open your connections
In Zapier, go to the Apps page of your account and click + Add connection. You need a LeadBooker account, plus access to anything you do not own and want the Zap to touch.
- 02
Find LeadBooker
Type LeadBooker in the search box of the dialog, select it, then click Add connection. A new tab opens on the LeadBooker side, where you sign in to your account.
- 03
Sign in and allow access
Log in to LeadBooker in that tab and grant Zapier access to the account. The connection then shows on your Apps page, ready for any Zap that reads or creates LeadBooker leads.
Your first LeadBooker Zap
GoalEach new LeadBooker lead that passes a filter lands as a row in your spreadsheet.
- 01
Create the Zap
Start a new Zap in Zapier. You build it from the top: the app and event that start it, then the app and action that follow.
- 02
Set the trigger
Pick LeadBooker and New Lead, choose your connection, then the site to watch. Test it: Zapier brings back the three most recent leads.
- 03
Add the filter
Add a Filter step and set its three boxes: the field to look at, the rule, the value. Leads that fail it stop there. This makes the Zap multi-step: paid plan.
- 04
Add the spreadsheet
Add your spreadsheet as the action and map the lead's details into its columns, using the real lead the test brought back.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test each step once and read what came back before going on. When the new row looks right in your sheet, click Publish.
The LeadBooker trigger
1 event starts a Zap when something happens in LeadBooker, and one of them is instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
New Lead
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new lead is created in your LeadBooker app.”
The Zap starts each time a lead is created on the LeadBooker site you chose, and the lead's details are handed to every step after it, ready to be copied or announced in another app.
The LeadBooker action
LeadBooker gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

Create Lead
ActionIn Zapier“Creates a New Lead”
Adds a fresh lead to the LeadBooker site you pick, filled with whatever the earlier steps of the Zap brought in.
When the LeadBooker Zap breaks
Zapier links no help article to LeadBooker and documents no app-specific limit. What can go wrong comes from Zapier's general rules, and one of them is a real risk with this app.
Three cases to know before you rely on a LeadBooker Zap. If one of them hits you, see our Zapier troubleshooting guide.
New Lead plus Create Lead makes a loop
A Zap that creates a lead on the very site its New Lead trigger watches sets itself off again and again, and burns through your task count fast.Older leads never come through
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is switched on. Leads created before that are not picked up, so the history needs its own transfer.A bulk import gets held back
When a trigger suddenly returns a huge batch, after a bulk import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold those items back.
