Leadsmount Zapier integrationAutomate Leadsmount with Zapier.
The Leadsmount Zapier integration gives you 2 triggers, and no action or search. Both fire on a new lead in a space or landing page. One is instant, the other is checked on a timer, and that difference decides how fast your leads reach the next tool.
Beta app Zapier still marks this integration as beta.

What the Leadsmount Zapier integration actually does
Leadsmount builds landing pages that collect leads. Zapier picks up each new lead from the space you choose and passes it to another tool: a CRM, an email tool, a spreadsheet. The traffic is one-way: Leadsmount only starts Zaps here, it never receives anything from them.
Leads in your CRM without exports. A visitor fills in a page, New Lead fires, and the next step creates the contact in your CRM. Your sales team works from one place instead of two.
A follow-up that does not wait. The same trigger can feed an email tool, so the person who just signed up hears from you while the page is still fresh in their mind.
Pick the instant trigger. Of the two triggers, New Lead is the only instant one: Leadsmount tells Zapier the moment a lead arrives, even on the free plan. New Lead (Polling) waits for Zapier's next check, up to 15 minutes on the free plan. Same event, very different delay, and neither Zapier's own pages nor its help center point it out.
What Zapier does not do here. There is no Leadsmount action and no search: a Zap cannot create a page, edit a lead or look one up in Leadsmount. Leads collected before the Zap was switched on stay behind. And Zapier marks the app as beta, so expect it to change.

Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Seven words that show up in the editor. Each is explained here once, then used as is.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. With Leadsmount, it is always a new lead arriving in a space.
- Action
- What the Zap does once started: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you, here always in another app.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action your Zap completes successfully. Your plan counts those, not the leads.
- Polling trigger
- A trigger Zapier checks on a timer: it asks the app for new items at a fixed interval and keeps only the new ones.
- Instant trigger
- A trigger the app reports itself, the moment the event happens, so nothing waits for the next check. The editor shows a bolt.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap go on only when what arrived meets the condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
What a Leadsmount Zap really costs
Leadsmount is not a premium app, so it runs from the free plan. Zapier bills actions, not leads.
- Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps, two-step Zaps only
- Premium appNo, Leadsmount works on the free plan (marked beta)
- Trigger types1 instant, 1 polling
The trigger never costs a task, and Zapier checking for new leads costs nothing either, however often it looks. Each action that succeeds counts once, so a lead sent to a CRM and to an email tool costs two tasks. An action that fails is not counted. On the free plan, Zaps stop at two steps: one trigger, one action. A filter or a second action makes the Zap multi-step, and that needs a paid plan. The interval grid below only concerns New Lead (Polling).
Connect Leadsmount to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Add a connection
Open the Apps page of your Zapier account and click + Add connection. Search for Leadsmount in the dialog and pick it. You need a Leadsmount account, with access to the spaces whose leads you want to send on.
- 02
Sign in to Leadsmount
Click Add connection. A tab opens on Leadsmount: sign in with the account that owns, or can read, the spaces you plan to watch. The Zap will only see what this account sees.
- 03
Grant access
Allow Zapier to access the account. The connection then appears on your Apps page and both Leadsmount triggers reuse it. You link the account once, then every new Zap you build on a space picks it from a list.
Your first Leadsmount Zap, step by step
GoalSend every new lead from one Leadsmount space straight into your CRM.
- 01
Create the Zap and pick New Lead
Start a new Zap, choose Leadsmount and the New Lead event, the instant one, then your Leadsmount connection. The bolt in the editor confirms that no check interval applies.
- 02
Choose the space
In the required Space field, pick the space whose leads should go to your CRM. Each Zap watches the space you select, so pick the one your landing page belongs to.
- 03
Test with a real lead
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent leads of the account. If the space is new, submit the page once yourself so there is a lead to pick.
- 04
Add a filter
Click the plus icon and add Filter. Set the field to look at, the rule and the value, so only the leads you want reach the CRM. The Zap becomes multi-step and needs a paid plan.
- 05
Add the CRM action, then publish
Add your CRM and its create-contact action, map the lead details from Leadsmount, then test. Click Publish: each lead the page collects now lands in the CRM at once, at one task per lead.
The 2 Leadsmount triggers
2 events start a Zap when something happens in Leadsmount, and one of them is instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
New Lead (Polling)
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new lead is added to a space or landing page.”
Picks up the leads added to the space you select, by asking Leadsmount for its newest entries on a schedule. Zapier remembers what it has already seen, so a lead does not start the Zap twice.
New Lead
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new lead is added to a space or landing page”
Same event as the polling version, a new lead in a space or landing page, but Leadsmount pushes it to Zapier itself. That is the one to choose for anything a lead expects to happen right after signing up.
When a Leadsmount Zap breaks
Zapier attaches no help article to Leadsmount and documents no limit of its own. What goes wrong is what goes wrong on any Zap, plus the choice between the two triggers.
Most problems come from a Zap doing exactly what it was set to do. Check these four cases first. If a Zap still misbehaves, see our Zapier troubleshooting guide.
Older leads never arrive
A Zap only reacts to leads that come in after you switch it on. Everything collected before stays in Leadsmount; moving that backlog is a separate job.Leads show up late
The Zap uses New Lead (Polling), which waits for Zapier's next check, every 15 minutes on the free plan. Switch to New Lead, the instant trigger.A big batch goes quiet
A trigger that suddenly returns a huge batch, after an import or a migration, can be held back by Zapier's flood protection instead of running for every lead.Leads from another page are missing
Each trigger watches the single Space selected in its required field. Leads collected in any other space never reach that Zap.
