What the Memorique By Evabot Gifting Zapier integration does
The Memorique By Evabot Gifting Zapier integration plugs a gifting platform into your other tools through Zaps, the automations you build on Zapier. Memorique by Evabot helps businesses send personalized gifts on autopilot and keep in touch with the people who matter to them. On Zapier, it can report gift updates and send a gift.
Three results you can build, each on a real step. A gift that leaves without anyone ordering it by hand: Send Gift sends one to a contact, from the contact details another app passes in. A gift history kept where your team already works: Update Gift Data starts a Zap when Memorique captures a change on a gift, and the next step records it in your CRM. And a follow-up with the right timing: the same trigger can feed a message to whoever owns the relationship.
Picture an event in another tool that holds a contact's details. A Zap started there can hand that contact to Send Gift, so the gift goes out without anyone placing the order by hand.
What Zapier does not do here. There is no search step, so a Zap cannot look up a past gift or a contact in Memorique. Send Gift will not run on a partial record: it wants a Contact Id, a first name and an email every time. And the trigger reports gift updates in general, so sorting which ones matter is up to a filter you add.

Zapier words, in one minute
A few Zapier terms come back all over this page. One plain line each, then they are used as is.
- Zap
- The automation itself: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it: here, a gift update in Memorique.
- Action
- What the Zap does once started: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you, like sending a gift.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action that completes successfully. The count on your plan is a count of those.
- Polling vs instant
- A polling trigger is checked on a timer set by your plan. An instant one, like Memorique's, is reported by the app the moment the event happens.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap go on only when what arrived meets your condition, and stops it otherwise.
- Multi-step Zap
- Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A filter or a second action makes one, and it then needs a paid plan.
What a Memorique Zap costs
Memorique By Evabot Gifting is not a premium app, so it works on Zapier's free plan. Its trigger never costs a task, and waiting for gift updates costs nothing either.
- Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps of two steps each
- Premium appNo, Memorique runs on the free plan
- Update Gift DataFree, and instant on every plan
- Send GiftOne task each time it succeeds
Each Send Gift that succeeds counts as one task, as does each action in another app; a step that fails is not counted. On the free plan a Zap holds one trigger and one action, so filtering gift updates before logging them, or adding a second action after Send Gift, makes it multi-step and paid. The interval grid below is Zapier's polling schedule; it does not apply to Memorique's trigger, which is instant.
Connect your Memorique account
- 01
Open the Apps page
In your Zapier account, go to Apps and click + Add connection. A connection is your Memorique account linked once, then reused by every Memorique step in your Zaps.
- 02
Pick Memorique By Evabot Gifting
Search Memorique By Evabot Gifting in the dialog, pick it, then click Add connection. You need a Memorique account first, plus read or write access on anything you do not own yourself and want the Zap to touch.
- 03
Sign in and allow access
A tab opens on Memorique. Sign in and grant Zapier access to the account. From then on, the trigger and Send Gift can both use that connection in your Zaps.
Your first Memorique Zap
GoalWhen Memorique captures a gift update that matches your rule, record it in your CRM.
- 01
Create the Zap
Start a new Zap in the editor. It will have three steps: the gift update, a filter and the CRM update. The filter makes it a multi-step Zap, which needs a paid plan.
- 02
Set the trigger
Choose Memorique By Evabot Gifting, then Update Gift Data, and pick your connection. The trigger waits for the next gift update Memorique captures.
- 03
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent items of the connected account, so map the next steps on a real gift update and read which fields it carries.
- 04
Add the filter
Add a Filter step and fill its three boxes: the field to look at, the rule and the value to compare with. A text rule only works on text, so pick the right kind.
- 05
Add the CRM step, test, publish
Add your CRM's action and map into it the fields the trigger test showed. Test each step and read what came back, then publish the Zap to switch it on.

When a Memorique Zap breaks
Zapier ties no help article to Memorique By Evabot Gifting and lists no limit of its own. What goes wrong is what goes wrong on any Zap, applied to your gifts.
Three cases to know before you switch the Zap on. If a run fails and the cause is unclear, see our Zapier troubleshooting guide.
Past events are not caught up
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is published. Contacts that qualified earlier get no gift, and old gift updates are not replayed.A gift Zap that feeds itself
A Zap that writes into the very place its own trigger watches can set itself off again and again. Keep what a Zap writes away from what its trigger watches.A bulk import can be held back
If a trigger suddenly returns a huge batch, after a bulk import of contacts for instance, Zapier's flood protection can hold that batch back.
