MLOBOX Zapier integrationAutomate MLOBOX with Zapier.
The MLOBOX Zapier integration gives you 1 trigger, 1 action and 0 searches. A new lead in MLOBOX can start a Zap (an automation built on Zapier) that sends it to your other tools, and those tools can add leads to MLOBOX in return. It works on the free plan.
Beta app Zapier still marks this integration as beta.

What the MLOBOX Zapier integration does for you
The MLOBOX Zapier integration connects your MLOBOX account to Zapier, so a new lead in MLOBOX can set off steps in other apps, and other apps can drop new leads into MLOBOX. MLOBOX is a CRM that sales teams use to keep track of contacts, leads and deals. Zapier lists this integration as a beta.
Two operations, three useful results. A lead log outside the CRM: New Lead Created sends each new lead to a spreadsheet, so people who never open MLOBOX can still see the pipeline fill up. An alert for whoever follows up: the same trigger can send a message or an email, and nobody has to refresh MLOBOX to spot a new name. Leads captured without retyping: Create Lead adds a lead to MLOBOX from another tool, as long as that tool hands over an email address.
What Zapier does not do here: there is no search, so a Zap cannot check whether a lead already exists in MLOBOX before creating one. The only write available is creating a lead; deals and contacts have no operation of their own. Both operations work on the free plan, as long as each Zap stays at one trigger and one action.
If you are choosing between platforms, see our n8n vs Zapier guide and our Make vs Zapier guide, then check that the tool you pick offers an MLOBOX connection.
Zapier in one minute
Seven words come back on every Zapier page. Here they are once, in plain terms, so the rest reads easily.
- Zap
- The automation you build: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap, here a new lead in MLOBOX. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it.
- Action
- What the Zap does once started: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you, such as creating a lead.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action your Zap completes successfully. Your plan's allowance is a count of those.
- Polling vs instant
- A polling trigger is checked by Zapier at a fixed interval. An instant one is reported by the app the moment it happens.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap go on only when what arrived meets the condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
- Multi-step Zap
- Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A second action or a filter makes it one, and then it needs a paid plan.
What MLOBOX Zaps really cost
MLOBOX is not one of the apps Zapier keeps for paid plans, so it runs on the free plan.
- TriggerNever counted
- Create Lead, when it works1 task
- Free plan100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps
- Paid plan onlySecond action, filter
The New Lead Created trigger never costs a task, however often Zapier checks MLOBOX. Each action that goes through is one task, Create Lead included, and an action that fails is not counted. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and unlimited Zaps, each limited to two steps: one trigger, one action. A second action or a filter makes the Zap multi-step, and that needs a paid plan. The grid below is how often a polling trigger like New Lead Created gets checked on each plan.
Connect MLOBOX to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Open the Apps page
In your Zapier account, open Apps and click + Add connection. A connection is your MLOBOX account linked once, then reused by every Zap step that works with MLOBOX.
- 02
Find MLOBOX
Type MLOBOX in the search box of the dialog, pick it from the results, then click Add connection. A new tab opens so you can sign in to your MLOBOX account.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Log in to MLOBOX in that tab and grant Zapier access. You need an account on MLOBOX, plus read or write access on anything you do not own yourself and want the Zap to touch.
Your first MLOBOX Zap: a lead log plus an email
GoalEach new MLOBOX lead is written to a shared spreadsheet, then an email lets the team know it is there.
- 01
Create the Zap
Start a new Zap, choose MLOBOX as the app and New Lead Created as the event, then select the MLOBOX connection you added earlier.
- 02
Test the trigger
Run the test: Zapier brings back the three most recent leads of the connected account. Pick a real one so the next steps are mapped on actual values.
- 03
Add the spreadsheet row
Add the action that writes a row, then map the lead details into the columns. What each lead carries is something to read at the test, not to guess.
- 04
Add the email
Add the email action after it. Two actions make this a multi-step Zap, so it needs a paid plan, and each new lead uses two tasks when both steps work.
- 05
Test, then publish
Run each step once and read what came back before going further. When the row and the email look right, click Publish to switch the Zap on.
The MLOBOX trigger
1 event starts a Zap when something happens in MLOBOX. Zapier checks for them at the interval your plan allows.
New Lead Created
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new lead is created.”
Each lead that appears in your MLOBOX account is handed to the Zap by this trigger, so the following steps can log it, announce it or pass it to another tool.
The MLOBOX action
MLOBOX gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.
Operations index
Create Lead
ActionIn Zapier“Creates a new lead with the provided contact details.”
Adds a new lead to MLOBOX from contact details that another app already holds, so nobody copies them into the CRM by hand.
When an MLOBOX Zap breaks
Zapier links no help article to MLOBOX, so the limits below are the ones every Zap shares.
Rule them out one by one before you suspect MLOBOX itself. When something looks off, see our Zapier troubleshooting guide.
Old leads stay put
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is switched on. Leads already in MLOBOX are not picked up; moving that backlog is a separate job.A sudden batch can be held back
If MLOBOX suddenly returns a huge batch of leads, after a bulk import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold it back. The same lead runs once
Zapier keeps track of what it has already seen on a polling trigger, so a single lead does not start the Zap twice.Watch for loops
As a general precaution, a Zap that writes into the very place its own trigger watches can set itself off again and again and burn through tasks fast.
