What the OliverList Zapier integration does for you
The OliverList Zapier integration connects OliverList, a sales platform that books B2B meetings through cold email campaigns, to Zapier, which runs automations between apps without code. Each automation is a Zap. OliverList brings one starting point to it, My Meetings, which reports new or updated meetings. Your other apps do the rest.
Meetings in the CRM without retyping. My Meetings picks up a freshly booked meeting, and the next step creates or updates the deal in your CRM, so the account executive opens a record that is already filled in.
An alert for the person taking the call. The same trigger posts a message in the sales channel, so whoever owns the meeting hears about it without opening OliverList.
A pipeline report that keeps itself current. Each meeting becomes a row in a spreadsheet, which gives management a running count of what the campaigns produce.
What Zapier cannot do with OliverList matters as much. There is no OliverList action: a Zap cannot start a campaign, add a prospect or change a meeting. There is no search either, so a Zap cannot look up an older meeting. And My Meetings works by polling, so it is never instant, even on the most expensive plan.

Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Seven words you will meet on this page and in the editor.
- Zap
- The automation you build: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. With OliverList, that is a new or updated meeting found by My Meetings.
- Action
- What the Zap does once started. OliverList offers none, so every action comes from another app, like your CRM.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action your Zap completes successfully. Your plan's allowance is a count of these.
- Polling trigger
- A trigger Zapier checks on a timer: it asks the app for new items at a fixed interval and keeps only what it has not seen.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap go on only when what arrived meets the condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
- Multi-step Zap
- Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A second action or a filter makes one, and it then needs a paid plan.
What an OliverList Zap really costs
My Meetings never costs a task, however often Zapier checks for new meetings. Only the actions that follow in your other apps count.
- Trigger0 tasks
- Each successful action1 task
- Free plan100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps
- Premium appNo, works on the free plan
Each action that succeeds is one task, so a Zap that sends each meeting to one app costs one task per meeting. Failed actions are not counted. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and builds two-step Zaps: one trigger, one action. A filter or a second action makes the Zap multi-step, which needs a paid plan. OliverList is not a premium app, so the free plan accepts it. Since My Meetings works by polling, the grid below decides how soon a new meeting reaches your other tools.
Connect OliverList to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Open Apps and start a connection
In Zapier, open the Apps page and click + Add connection. You need an OliverList account, plus access to any meetings you do not own yourself but want the Zap to read.
- 02
Pick OliverList
Search for OliverList in the dialog, select it, then click Add connection. A new tab then opens on the OliverList side so that you can sign in to your account.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Log in to OliverList in that tab and let Zapier access the account. The connection is saved for good, and every My Meetings trigger you set up later will reuse it.
Build your first OliverList Zap
GoalEach meeting that passes your filter becomes a row in the pipeline spreadsheet.
- 01
Pick the trigger
Start a new Zap, choose OliverList as the app that starts it and My Meetings as the event, then select the OliverList connection you just made.
- 02
Test on real meetings
Run the trigger test. Zapier brings back the three most recent meetings of the account, so you map the next steps on real data rather than a placeholder.
- 03
Add a filter
From the plus icon, add a Filter: the field to look at, the rule, and the value to compare. A text rule only works on text, so match the rule to the field.
- 04
Add the spreadsheet action
Add the action that creates a row in your spreadsheet app, then map the meeting details into its columns. Test the step and check the row it wrote.
- 05
Publish
With a filter, this is a multi-step Zap, so it needs a paid plan. Publish it to switch it on; meetings found from then on go through it.
The OliverList trigger: My Meetings
1 event starts a Zap when something happens in OliverList. Zapier checks for them at the interval your plan allows.
My Meetings
Polling triggerIn Zapier“New or updated meetings in the last 24 hours”
My Meetings watches the meetings in your OliverList account and starts the Zap for each one that is new or has been updated, looking back over the last 24 hours according to Zapier's description. It is the only way into Zapier from OliverList.
When an OliverList Zap breaks
Zapier attaches no help article to OliverList, and the source lists no limit of its own. The failures to expect are the general ones, in four cases.
Most surprises come from timing and from what the Zap never saw. When a run looks off, the Zapier troubleshooting page is the next stop.
Older meetings are not replayed
A Zap only reacts to what happens after you switch it on. Meetings booked before stay in OliverList; moving that history is a separate job.It is never instant
My Meetings works by polling: a new meeting waits for Zapier's next check, every 15 minutes on Free, 2 on Professional, 1 on Team and Enterprise.Bulk bookings held back
If the trigger suddenly returns a huge batch, after an import for instance, Zapier's flood protection can hold the runs back instead of firing them all.No double runs for one meeting
Zapier remembers what My Meetings already returned, so the same item does not start the Zap twice. If a meeting looks doubled, check whether it really is the same item.
