Onepage Zapier integrationAutomate Onepage with Zapier.
The Onepage Zapier integration offers 1 trigger, 0 actions and 0 searches. It does one job: every lead captured on one of your Onepage landing pages starts a Zap at once, and the rest of the work happens in the apps you connect after it.

What the Onepage Zapier integration does for you
Zapier is a service that makes your apps work together, without code. Connected to Onepage, the landing page builder, it hears about every new lead your pages collect and passes it to the tools where you follow up: a CRM, a spreadsheet, an inbox, a team chat.
Three results people usually build, all on the same trigger, New Lead. A CRM that receives each sign-up as a contact, with no export to run. A sales channel that pings the right person when someone leaves their details. And a shared sheet that keeps a running list of every lead, page by page.
The best news for a free plan: this trigger is instant. Most triggers are checked on a timer, every 15 minutes on Free. This one is not, because Onepage reports the lead to Zapier itself. Your follow-up starts without waiting for the next check. In the editor, a Zap built on it shows a lightning bolt, so you can confirm it at a glance.
Now what Zapier does not do here. Onepage has no action, so no Zap can create a page or change a lead inside Onepage. It has no search step either, so a Zap cannot look up an older lead. Everything after the trigger runs in other apps.
For the bigger picture, two pages to keep nearby: Zapier review and Make vs Zapier.
Zapier words, in plain English
Eight terms come back throughout the page. One sentence each.
- Zap
- The automation you build in Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event that starts a Zap. With Onepage there is only one: a new lead arriving from one of your pages.
- Action
- What the Zap does once it has started: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you, here always in another app.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action completed successfully. The allowance on your plan is a monthly count of those.
- Polling vs instant
- Polling: Zapier checks the app on a timer. Instant: the app tells Zapier itself, with no wait. New Lead is instant.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap continue only when what arrived meets the condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
- Search step
- A step that looks up something already stored in an app. Onepage offers none, so lookups happen in other apps.
- Connection
- Your Onepage account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every Zap that starts from Onepage.
What it really costs
Zapier bills tasks, and only actions that work are counted. The New Lead trigger itself costs nothing, whatever the number of leads.
- New Lead trigger0 tasks
- Successful action1 task each
- Failed actionNot counted
- Free plan100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps
- Delay on New LeadNone, on every plan
The free plan gives you 100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps and a polling check every 15 minutes, which New Lead skips since it is instant. Onepage is not reserved for paid plans, so it runs on Free. The limit to watch is the step count: free Zaps stop at one trigger and one action. A filter, a second action or a search step makes the Zap multi-step, and that needs a paid plan. Failed actions are not counted, and a Zap with three actions uses three times what a one-action Zap uses.
Connect your Onepage account
- 01
Open Apps and start a connection
In your Zapier account, go to the Apps page and click + Add connection. A dialog opens with a search box: type Onepage and pick it from the list of results.
- 02
Sign in to Onepage
Click Add connection. A new tab opens on the Onepage sign-in. Log in with the account that owns the landing pages whose leads you want, since the Zap only sees what that account sees.
- 03
Grant access
Allow Zapier to access the account. The connection is saved and reused by every Zap that starts from Onepage. If a teammate built some of the pages, check that you have read or write access to them first.
Your first Zap: qualified leads into your CRM
GoalEach Onepage lead that meets your condition becomes a contact in your CRM, without an export.
- 01
Pick the trigger
Build a new Zap. Choose Onepage as the app that starts it and New Lead as the event, select your connection, then pick the site whose leads you want.
- 02
Test on a real lead
Run the trigger test. Zapier brings back the three most recent leads of the chosen site. Pick one, so the mapping that follows rests on real data rather than placeholders.
- 03
Add the filter
Click the plus icon, choose Filter and fill the three boxes: the field to look at, the rule, the value to compare with. Text rules work on text only, number rules on numbers only.
- 04
Add the CRM action
Add the action step in your CRM and choose its contact creation event. Map what the lead carries into the matching contact fields, one piece of information per field.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test each step and read what came back. Then click Publish to switch the Zap on. With the filter it is a multi-step Zap, so it runs on a paid plan.
Onepage triggers
1 event starts a Zap when something happens in Onepage, and one of them is instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
New Lead
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new lead is added.”
Starts your Zap each time someone leaves their details on one of your Onepage landing pages, and passes that new lead to the steps that follow, ready to be filed, sorted or answered.
When it breaks
Zapier attaches no help article to Onepage, and no limit specific to the app is documented. The weak spots come from how Zapier works in general.
Four cases cover most of it. When a Zap misbehaves, the Zapier troubleshooting page is the next stop.
Leads from before the Zap stay behind
A Zap only reacts to what happens after you switch it on. Leads collected earlier are not sent; moving that backlog is a separate job.A Zap that feeds itself
If a Zap writes into the very place its trigger watches, it fires again and again and burns through the monthly task count fast.A sudden flood is held back
After a bulk import or a migration, a trigger can return a huge batch at once. Zapier's flood protection may hold those items back. One site, one Zap
New Lead listens to the single site you picked in its mandatory field. A lead from another site never reaches that Zap, so build one per site.
