OutReachBin Zapier integrationAutomate OutReachBin with Zapier.
The OutReachBin Zapier integration gives you 5 triggers and 4 actions, no search step. Every trigger is checked on a timer, the app is not premium, and a two-step Zap runs on the free plan. Here is what each operation does, what it costs and where it trips.

What the OutReachBin Zapier integration actually does
It connects your OutReachBin account, the cold email tool, to Zapier. What prospects do with your campaign emails (open, click, reply, bounce, unsubscribe) can start an automation elsewhere, and other tools can feed prospects into a campaign or pause and restart it. Nine operations in all, every one of them visible in the Zapier editor.
Three results people build first. Replies routed to a human: Replied starts the Zap and passes the conversation to your CRM or team chat, so a warm answer does not wait for someone to open the outreach tool. A cleaner sending list: Bounced feeds Unsubscribe Prospect, and a dead address leaves all your existing and future campaigns instead of hurting the next send. Campaigns that fill from your forms: a sign-up or a sheet row runs Add Prospect, and the new lead lands in the right campaign without an import.
What Zapier does not do here: there is no search step, so a Zap cannot check whether a prospect already sits in a campaign before adding them. There is no action to create, edit or delete a campaign either; campaigns are built in OutReachBin, and Zapier only pauses or restarts them. And all five triggers work by polling, so nothing on this page reacts the instant a prospect clicks.

Zapier words, in plain English
Seven terms carry the whole page. One sentence each, then we use them freely.
- Zap
- The automation you build: one trigger, followed by one or more actions that run every time that trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap, such as a reply to a campaign. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it.
- Action
- What the Zap does once started: the step that writes, sends or changes something in an app for you.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills. Each action your Zap completes successfully is one task, and your plan counts them.
- Polling vs instant trigger
- A polling trigger is checked by Zapier at a fixed interval. An instant one is reported by the app itself when the event happens.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap carry on only when the incoming data meets the condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
- Connection
- Your OutReachBin account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every step of every Zap that works with OutReachBin.
What an OutReachBin Zap really costs
OutReachBin is not a premium app, so it runs on the free plan. Its triggers never cost a task, even though Zapier keeps checking them; only an action that completes is billed, and a failed one is not counted.
- Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps
- Zap shape on freeTwo steps: one trigger, one action
- Checking for new eventsFree, however often
- Failed actionNot counted
Two things decide the bill. First the shape: the free plan builds two-step Zaps, one trigger and one action. A second action or a filter makes it a multi-step Zap, which needs a paid plan. Then the delay: since every OutReachBin trigger is a polling one, the interval of your plan is how long a reply or a bounce can wait before the Zap sees it. On a paid plan you can shorten that wait, or run a check by hand from the editor.
Connect OutReachBin to Zapier in 3 steps
- 01
Open your connections
In Zapier, open the Apps page and click + Add connection. You need an OutReachBin account, plus access to any campaign you do not own but want a Zap to work on.
- 02
Find OutReachBin
Search for OutReachBin in the dialog, pick it from the results, then click Add connection. A new tab opens on the OutReachBin side for you to sign in.
- 03
Sign in and allow access
Log in to OutReachBin in that tab and grant Zapier access to the account. The connection is saved, and every later Zap that uses OutReachBin offers it in a list.
Your first OutReachBin Zap
GoalRemove bounced addresses from all campaigns, once they meet a condition you choose.
- 01
Set the trigger
Create a Zap, choose OutReachBin and the Bounced event, select your connection, then pick the Campaign Name you want it to watch.
- 02
Test on real bounces
Run the trigger test. Zapier pulls the three most recent items from your account, so you map the next steps on an actual bounce rather than sample data.
- 03
Add a filter
Click the plus icon and choose Filter. Set the field to check, the rule and the value. Match the rule to the data: a text rule on text, a number rule on numbers.
- 04
Add the unsubscribe
Add OutReachBin again with Unsubscribe Prospect and map the Email field from the trigger. That address is then dropped from all existing and future campaigns.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test the action once, check the result in OutReachBin, then click Publish. With the filter this is a multi-step Zap, so a paid plan is required.
OutReachBin triggers
5 events start a Zap when something happens in OutReachBin. Zapier checks for them at the interval your plan allows.
Bounced
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when an email is bounced from a campaign.”
Picks up emails from a campaign that bounced, meaning they never reached the inbox. It is the signal that an address is dead or blocking you, and the cheapest way to keep your list clean is to act on it automatically rather than by hand later.
Clicked
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when an email is clicked by the prospect.”
Catches a prospect clicking a link in one of your campaign emails. A click says more than an open: the person went somewhere you sent them, which makes it a good moment to tag the lead in your CRM or warn the salesperson who owns the account.
Opened
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when an email is opened by the prospect.”
Starts the Zap when a prospect opens an email from the campaign you chose. It suits a counter or a log in a sheet better than an alert sent to a human for every single open.
Replied
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when someone replied to your campaign.”
Fires when someone answers one of your campaign emails. This is the trigger that matters most for sales: a reply is a conversation, and the Zap can push it into your CRM, open a task for a rep or post it in the team channel so nobody misses it.
Unsubscribed
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when an email is unsubscribed from a campaign.”
Reacts when an email address unsubscribes from a campaign. Use it to carry that choice into the rest of your stack, for instance your newsletter tool or CRM, so the person is not contacted again through another channel you forgot to update.
OutReachBin actions
OutReachBin gives you 4 actions. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.
Operations index
Add Prospect
ActionIn Zapier“Add prospect to a campaign”
Puts a new prospect into the campaign you name, from data an earlier step carried. Two fields are required: the Campaign Name and the prospect's Email.
Pause Campaign
ActionIn Zapier“Pause campaign by campaign ID”
Stops a running campaign, chosen by its Campaign Name, until something restarts it. Handy as a safety switch when another tool tells you to hold the sends.
Restart Campaign
ActionIn Zapier“Restart campaign by campaign ID”
Sets a paused campaign going again, picked by its Campaign Name. It is the other half of Pause Campaign, so the two often live in a pair of Zaps driven by the same outside signal.
Unsubscribe Prospect
ActionIn Zapier“unsubscribe prospect from all existing and future campaigns”
Removes an email address from all your existing campaigns and keeps it out of future ones. Only the Email is required, so any step that carries an address can feed it.
When an OutReachBin Zap breaks
Zapier links no help article to OutReachBin, and no limit specific to the app is documented. The cases below come from how Zapier itself behaves, which applies here like anywhere else.
Four situations worth knowing before you publish. For anything else, start with our Zapier troubleshooting page.
Old events are ignored
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is switched on. Replies, clicks or bounces from before that moment never come through; handling that backlog is a separate job.The wait is part of the plan
All five triggers are polling ones. On the free plan Zapier checks every 15 minutes, so an alert about a reply can arrive well after the email did.A Zap that feeds itself
A Zap whose action changes the very campaign its trigger watches can set itself off again and again, burning through your task count fast.A sudden flood held back
When a trigger suddenly returns a huge batch, after a bulk import of prospects for instance, Zapier's flood protection can hold that wave back.
