What the PAGE X Zapier integration actually does
PAGE X is a CRM built to collect and manage leads coming from any system or website. On Zapier, it exposes a single step: Add New Lead. Something happens in another app, and Zapier pushes the person into PAGE X for you. That is the whole integration, and it is enough for a lot of sales teams.
Three outcomes people build with it. A form-to-pipeline feed: a contact form on your site fills in, and Add New Lead drops the prospect into PAGE X, so nobody copies it over by hand. A webinar sign-up list turned into leads: each registration in your event tool becomes a lead your team can follow up. A single lead inbox: forms, chat tools and landing pages all feed the same PAGE X account through separate Zaps, each one ending on Add New Lead.
Now the limits, because they shape everything. PAGE X has no trigger on Zapier, so nothing that happens inside your CRM can start a Zap. A lead moving stage, a deal closing, a note added: Zapier will not see any of it. There is no search step either, so a Zap cannot check whether a lead already exists before sending it. And there is no update or delete step. The traffic only goes one way, into PAGE X.
If you are still weighing the platform itself, the Zapier review and the Make vs Zapier comparison are there.
Zapier vocabulary, in plain words
Eight words come back on every Zapier page. Read them once and the rest of this page reads easily.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time that trigger event shows up.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Once the Zap is switched on, Zapier sits and waits for it.
- Action
- What the Zap does after it starts: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you. Add New Lead is one.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills you for: one action your Zap completes successfully. Your plan's allowance is a count of those.
- Polling trigger
- A trigger Zapier checks on a timer. It asks the app for new items at a fixed interval and keeps only what it has not seen.
- Instant trigger
- A trigger the app reports itself. It calls Zapier the moment the event happens, so nothing waits for the next check.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap carry on only when what arrived meets your condition, and stops it everywhere else.
- Multi-step Zap
- Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A second action or a filter turns it into one, and that needs a paid plan.
What a PAGE X Zap really costs
Good news first: PAGE X is not reserved for paid plans. It works on the free Zapier plan, as long as the app that starts your Zap is open to free plans too.
- Trigger checkFree, however often it runs
- Add New Lead that succeedsCounted as a task
- Add New Lead that failsNot counted
- Free plan allowance100 tasks per month
- Available on the free planYes
The trigger never costs a task, and Zapier checking for new data costs nothing either. What you pay for is each Add New Lead that goes through and creates the lead. A run that fails is not counted. The free plan gives you 100 tasks a month and builds two-step Zaps only: one trigger, one action. That fits PAGE X exactly. Add a filter to keep spam out, though, and the Zap becomes multi-step, which means a paid plan.
Connect PAGE X to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Open your connections
Go to the Apps page of your Zapier account. A connection is your PAGE X account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every step that touches PAGE X. You only do this once.
- 02
Find PAGE X
Click + Add connection, type PAGE X in the dialog and pick it from the results. Then click Add connection. A new browser tab then opens on the PAGE X side, ready for you to sign in.
- 03
Sign in and allow access
Log in to PAGE X in that tab, then grant Zapier access to the account. You need an existing PAGE X account, plus write access on anything you don't own and want the Zap to fill.
Your first PAGE X Zap: form replies become leads
GoalEvery new form reply lands in PAGE X as a lead, and replies without an email stay out.
- 01
Pick the starting app
Create a Zap and choose the app and event that start it, here a new response in your form tool. PAGE X has no trigger, so the first card always belongs to another app.
- 02
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent items from the connected account, so you map fields on a real reply instead of a blank one.
- 03
Add a filter
Add a filter step from the plus icon: field, rule, value. Pick a text rule for a text field, or the filter never passes. This step makes the Zap multi-step, so it needs a paid plan.
- 04
Add New Lead
Add the PAGE X action Add New Lead, choose your connection, then map the form answers into the lead fields the editor offers.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test the action once and open PAGE X to check the lead really arrived. If it looks right, click Publish to switch the Zap on.
The PAGE X action on Zapier
PAGE X gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

Add New Lead
ActionIn Zapier“Send a lead to pagexcrm .”
Creates a lead in your PAGE X CRM from whatever data the previous steps carried, so the prospect shows up for your sales team without manual entry.
When a PAGE X Zap breaks
Zapier lists no help article and no rate limit specific to PAGE X. What breaks is the general Zapier behavior, and with a one-action app it usually comes from the trigger side.
Four cases are worth knowing before you publish. For a step-by-step method when something stops, see Zapier troubleshooting.
Old leads never arrive
The Zap only reacts to events after it was switched on. Anything captured before publishing stays where it is, and bringing it over is a separate job.A bulk import gets held back
If the starting app suddenly returns a huge batch after an import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold those items back instead of creating them all.The filter never lets anything through
Filter rules are typed. A number rule on a text field, or the reverse, never passes, so no lead reaches PAGE X even though the trigger fired. The filter breaks the free plan
The free plan builds two-step Zaps only. Adding a filter between the trigger and Add New Lead makes it multi-step, and it needs a paid plan to run.
