Paige Zapier integrationAutomate Paige with Zapier.
The Paige Zapier integration gives you 2 triggers, 1 action and 0 searches. Small, but both triggers are instant: Paige tells Zapier itself when an audit lead is ready or a review request is due, and Zapier can enroll new contacts in a review campaign.

What the Paige Zapier integration actually does
Paige is a marketing platform for small businesses and agencies that runs a lot of its work automatically, with AI. On Zapier, it does three things: it reports new GBP audit leads, it tells Zapier when a contact in a review request campaign should be asked for a review, and it lets other tools enroll contacts in that campaign.
Three outcomes people build with it. Review requests sent through your own channel: Send Review Campaign Message fires with the right message for where the contact is in the campaign, and your texting or email tool delivers it. Every new customer enrolled automatically: a sale or a booking in another app runs Add Contact to Review Campaign, so nobody forgets to ask. Audit leads that reach your sales pipeline: New GBP Audit Lead starts a Zap the moment a report is ready, and the lead lands in your CRM or your team chat.
Now the limits. There is no search step, so a Zap cannot check whether a contact is already enrolled before adding them again. There is no action to remove a contact from a campaign, and nothing on Zapier edits the campaign itself. The timing of review requests is Paige's decision, not yours: the trigger fires when Paige judges it is time.
If you are still comparing tools, the Zapier review and n8n vs Zapier are good starting points.
Zapier vocabulary, in plain words
Eight words come back on every Zapier page. Read them once here and move on.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time that trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Once the Zap is switched on, Zapier waits for it. Paige offers two.
- Action
- What the Zap does once it has started: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action your Zap completes successfully. The allowance on your plan is a count of those.
- Polling trigger
- A trigger Zapier checks on a timer, asking the app for new items at a fixed interval. Paige has none of these.
- Instant trigger
- A trigger the app reports itself: it calls Zapier the moment the event happens. Both Paige triggers work this way.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap go on only when what arrived meets the condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
- Multi-step Zap
- Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A second action or a filter makes it one, and it then needs a paid plan.
What a Paige Zap really costs
Paige is not reserved for paid plans, so it runs on the free Zapier plan. And since both triggers are instant, the free plan's slower checking does not slow them down.
- Paige triggerNever costs a task
- Successful actionCounted as a task
- Failed actionNot counted
- Free plan allowance100 tasks per month
- Paige triggersBoth instant, no waiting
The trigger never costs a task. What counts is each action that succeeds: one task per review message sent by your texting tool, one per contact added by Add Contact to Review Campaign. A failed action is not counted. The free plan gives you 100 tasks a month and builds two-step Zaps only, so a filter means a paid plan. The interval grid below applies to polling triggers in other apps, never to the two Paige triggers.
Connect Paige to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Open your connections
Go to the Apps page of your Zapier account. A connection is your Paige account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every step that uses Paige, so you set it up a single time.
- 02
Add Paige
Click + Add connection, search for Paige in the dialog and pick it, then click Add connection. A new browser tab then opens where Paige asks you to sign in.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Sign in to Paige in that tab and grant Zapier access to the account. If the business you work on belongs to a client, you also need access to their Paige account first.
Your first Paige Zap: review requests by text message
GoalEvery time Paige decides a contact should be asked for a review, the right message goes out by text, from your own number.
- 01
Pick the trigger
Create a Zap, choose Paige and the event Send Review Campaign Message, then paste your slug, taken from the part of your Review Request Link after giveratings.com.
- 02
Test with a real contact
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent items from the connected account, so you can map a real contact and a real message, not placeholders.
- 03
Add the delivery step
Add the action of your texting tool. Map the contact's details and the message from the Paige step into it, without rewriting the message: Paige already picked the right one.
- 04
Test, then publish
Test the action and check the text really reached the test phone. Then click Publish. From that point, every review request Paige decides on goes out right away.
Paige triggers on Zapier
2 events start a Zap when something happens in Paige, and 2 of them are instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
New GBP Audit Lead
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new GBP Audit report is ready.”
Starts the Zap when a new GBP audit report is ready in Paige. Each report arrives as a lead, one your team will probably want to follow up while the interest is fresh.
Send Review Campaign Message
Instant triggerIn Zapier“This trigger will happen when Paige thinks it’s time to ask a contact enrolled in an automated Review Request Campaign to leave a review. It will include the correct message based on where they’re at in the campaign.”
Fires when Paige judges it is time to ask a contact enrolled in an automated review request campaign to leave a review. The message that comes with it already matches the contact's stage in the campaign, so the next step only has to deliver it.
The Paige action on Zapier
Paige gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

Add Contact to Review Campaign
ActionIn Zapier“Enrolls a contact in a Review Request Campaign”
Enrolls a contact in your Paige review request campaign, which then takes over and decides when to ask them for a review.
When a Paige Zap breaks
Zapier links no help article and no rate limit to Paige. What breaks is general Zapier behavior, plus the slug both review steps depend on.
Four cases to know before you publish. When a Zap stops and you need a method, see Zapier troubleshooting.
Past customers are never enrolled
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is switched on. Customers from before stay out of the review campaign; enrolling that backlog is a separate job.The Zap feeds itself
Send Review Campaign Message followed by Add Contact to Review Campaign on the same campaign: the contact can be enrolled again and again, and tasks burn fast.A bulk import gets held back
Push a huge batch of customers into the app that starts your enrollment Zap, after a migration for example, and Zapier's flood protection can hold it back.A mistyped slug
The slug is the part of your Review Request Link after giveratings.com. A typo or a copied space sends contacts nowhere or listens to nothing.
