Pando Zapier integrationAutomate Pando with Zapier.
Pando Zapier integration, counted plainly: 1 action, 0 triggers, 0 searches. Pando never starts a Zap. A form, an ad platform or a sheet hands it a contact, and Create Lead files it in Pando, on the free plan as long as the Zap stays at two steps.

What the Pando Zapier integration does for you
Pando is a lead distribution platform that helps marketers turn the leads they collect into revenue. On Zapier, the no-code tool that links apps, it offers one move: Create Lead. Something else captures the contact first, then Zapier hands it to Pando so nobody types it in by hand.
Three results marketers build on that single action. Form leads that reach Pando untouched. Each new answer to a landing page form becomes a Pando lead, with the six details Pando requires filled from the form. A clean handover from spreadsheets. A new row added by a partner or a teammate in a shared sheet goes straight to Create Lead, which beats importing files by hand. A team alert on top. On a paid plan, a second action can post a note in the team chat each time a lead lands in Pando.
What Zapier does not do with Pando: there is no trigger, so nothing that happens in Pando can start a Zap: Pando is always the last stop, never the first. There is no search, so a Zap cannot check whether a lead already exists before creating it. And Create Lead only creates; it does not update a lead. Corrections to a lead already in Pando are made in Pando itself.

Zapier vocabulary, in one minute
Seven terms keep coming back below. Each one gets a plain line here, so the rest reads without pause.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one starting event, then one or more steps that run each time that event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it. Pando has none, so a form or a sheet plays that role.
- Action
- What the Zap does once it has started: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you. Create Lead is one.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills. One task is one action completed successfully; your plan's count is a count of those.
- Polling or instant
- A polling trigger is checked by Zapier on a timer. An instant trigger is reported by the app itself the moment the event happens.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap carry on only when what arrived matches your condition, and quietly stops it otherwise.
- Multi-step Zap
- Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A second action, a filter or a search makes it one, and it then needs a paid plan.
What a Pando Zap costs
Pando is not reserved for paid plans, so it works on the free plan. Each lead that Create Lead files successfully costs one task.
- Free plan100 tasks a month
- Free plan Zap size2 steps: 1 trigger, 1 action
- Pando on the free planYes, not a paid-only app
- Cost of one Create Lead1 task when it succeeds
The trigger of the starting app never costs a task, and Zapier checking that app for new entries costs nothing either. A Create Lead that fails is not counted. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and two-step Zaps, which means up to 100 leads a month into Pando with a single action. Add a filter to drop incomplete entries, or a second action, and the Zap becomes multi-step, which needs a paid plan. The grid below applies when the starting app uses a polling trigger.
Connect Pando to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Open the Apps page
In your Zapier account, open the Apps page and click + Add connection. A connection is your Pando account linked once, then reused by every Zap that sends leads to it.
- 02
Choose Pando
Search for Pando in the dialog, select it and click Add connection. You need an existing Pando account first; Zapier connects to it but never creates it.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Sign in to Pando in the tab that opens, then grant Zapier access to the account. If leads must land in an account you do not own, you need the right to write there.
Your first Pando Zap
GoalTurn every new form entry into a Pando lead, then tell the sales team in its chat channel.
- 01
Pick the starting app
Create a Zap and choose your form tool with its new entry event as the trigger. Point it at the form that collects the six details Pando needs.
- 02
Test with a real entry
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent items of the connected account, so you map Pando's fields on an actual answer rather than a guess.
- 03
Add Create Lead
Add Create Lead from Pando and match each required field to a form answer: First Name, Email, Phone Number, address, Zip Code and Language Preference.
- 04
Add the team message
Add a Slack step that announces the new lead. This second action makes the Zap multi-step, so it needs a paid plan; on the free plan, stop at Create Lead.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test each step once and read what came back before going further. When the lead shows up in Pando as expected, publish the Zap to switch it on.
The Pando action, in detail
Pando gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

Create Lead
ActionIn Zapier“Creates a lead in Pando”
Files a new lead in Pando from details gathered by an earlier step, so contacts captured elsewhere reach the platform without retyping.
When a Pando Zap breaks
Zapier attaches no help article to Pando and documents no limit specific to the app. What breaks is what breaks on any Zap, on the side of the app that starts it.
Four cases to know before switching the Zap on. If one of them hits you anyway, Zapier troubleshooting is the place to start.
Old entries never reach Pando
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is switched on. Form answers collected before that stay out of Pando; moving that backlog is a separate job.A bulk import gets held back
Load a huge batch of rows into the starting sheet at once, after a migration for example, and Zapier's flood protection can hold the batch back.No double lead from polling
When the starting app uses a polling trigger, Zapier remembers what it has already seen, so the same entry does not create the same lead twice.A loop through other Zaps
A Zap that writes into the very place its own trigger watches sets itself off again and again. Pando has no trigger, but the starting sheet or form can loop.
