What the PaySolution Asia Zapier integration is for
The PaySolution Asia Zapier integration connects your account at this Thai online payment provider to Zapier, a tool that links apps together without code. On Zapier you build a Zap: a starting event, then the steps that follow. PaySolution Asia supplies exactly one starting event, a successful payment, and nothing else. Everything after it runs in other apps.
A sales log that fills itself. New Payment Success starts the Zap, and a spreadsheet step adds the payment as a new row. Your finance team gets a running list without exporting anything.
A thank-you that goes out on its own. The same trigger feeds an email step, so the buyer hears from you after paying without anyone copying addresses by hand.
A heads-up for the team. Point the trigger at your team chat, and whoever ships the order or opens the account knows a payment has cleared.
Here is the useful part: this trigger is instant. PaySolution Asia reports each payment to Zapier itself, so the Zap does not wait for a timer, and that holds on the free plan too.
What Zapier does not do for PaySolution Asia: anything inside it. There is no action and no search, so a Zap can never create a payment, issue a refund or look up an old transaction there. If you are weighing other tools for that, the Make vs Zapier and n8n vs Zapier comparisons are the places to start.
Zapier words used on this page
Seven terms are enough to follow everything below. Each one is explained once, here.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time that event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. For PaySolution Asia, it is a payment that went through successfully.
- Action
- What the Zap does once started: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you, here always in another app.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills. One task equals one action completed successfully; your plan counts those and nothing else.
- Polling vs instant
- A polling trigger is checked by Zapier on a timer. An instant trigger, like this one, is reported by the app the moment it happens.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap carry on only when the incoming data meets your condition, and stops it otherwise.
- Connection
- Your PaySolution Asia account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every Zap that starts from it.
What a PaySolution Asia Zap costs in tasks
PaySolution Asia is not reserved for paid plans: it works from the free plan. And since its only operation is a trigger, the app itself never costs you a task.
- Free plan100 tasks per month
- Free plan ZapsTwo steps: one trigger, one action
- New Payment SuccessInstant, never costs a task
- Failed actionNot counted
The bill comes from what happens next. Each action in another app that completes counts once, so a payment that adds a row and sends an email costs two tasks. A failed action is not counted. On the free plan, a Zap stops at two steps: this trigger and one action. A second action or a filter makes it multi-step, which needs a paid plan. The polling grid below does not apply to this instant trigger.
Connect PaySolution Asia to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Open your Apps page
In your Zapier account, go to Apps and click + Add connection. You need a PaySolution Asia account first, plus read or write access on anything you do not own and want the Zap to touch.
- 02
Find PaySolution Asia
Type PaySolution Asia in the search box of the dialog, select it, then click Add connection. A new tab opens on the PaySolution Asia side. That is where the next step happens.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Log into PaySolution Asia in that tab and allow Zapier to use the account. The connection is saved, and any Zap that starts from a PaySolution Asia payment reuses it.
Your first PaySolution Asia Zap: log each payment in a sheet
GoalEvery successful PaySolution Asia payment becomes a row in your sales sheet, filtered so only the payments you care about go through.
- 01
Pick the trigger
Start a Zap, choose PaySolution Asia as the app and New Payment Success as the event, then select your connection. There is no other event to choose from.
- 02
Test it
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent payments of the account, so the next steps are mapped on a real payment and not on placeholders.
- 03
Add a filter
Click the plus icon, pick Filter, then set the field to check, the rule and the value. Match the rule to the data type, or it never passes. This step makes the Zap paid.
- 04
Add the sheet step
Add your spreadsheet app as the action, choose the sheet, then map each column to a detail of the payment from the test.
- 05
Test the action
Run the action once and check that the row really landed in the sheet, in the right columns. Test runs are real: the row stays in the sheet unless you remove it.
- 06
Publish
Click Publish to switch the Zap on. From then on, each new successful payment adds a row, straight away. Payments made before publishing are left out.
The PaySolution Asia trigger
1 event starts a Zap when something happens in PaySolution Asia, and one of them is instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
New Payment Success
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new payment is made.”
Starts your Zap each time a customer completes a payment through PaySolution Asia. It is the only door into this app on Zapier, so every automation built on it begins with money that has actually come in.
When a PaySolution Asia Zap breaks
Zapier lists no help article and no limit specific to PaySolution Asia. The trouble comes from the way Zaps work in general.
Four cases cover it. For deeper fixes, the Zapier troubleshooting page is the next stop.
Past payments are never picked up
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is switched on. Payments received before that will not appear; moving them is a separate job.Free plan, two steps only
A filter or a second action turns the Zap into a multi-step Zap, which the free plan does not run. Upgrade, or keep this trigger and one action.A sudden flood is held back
A trigger that suddenly returns a huge batch, after a bulk import or a migration, can be stopped by Zapier's flood protection. The filter never passes
Filter rules are typed: a text rule only works on text, a number rule only on numbers. Picking the wrong one blocks every payment.
