GeminiWe build Baserow systems for real clients, not just in theory.
Most Baserow trainings are run by people who read the docs the night before. At Hack'celeration it's the opposite: table modeling, team views, formulas and rollups, REST API wired into Make and n8n, self-hosted instances in Docker, that's our daily agency work. Everything we teach you, we practice on shipped projects. We know the traps (the base that drifted into a giant spreadsheet, the rollup that returns nothing because the relation is set wrong) because we've already solved them.
- We build Baserow systems for real clients every week, not just in theory
- 1-on-1 format: the trainer adapts to your level, Excel beginner or dev who wants the API
- We tell you when Baserow isn't the right call (sometimes Airtable or NocoDB fits better)
- We start from your real workspace and your actual data, not a dummy example
Four pillars for a Baserow base you actually run.
A badly structured Baserow is a giant spreadsheet that mixes everything, duplicates everywhere, and zero automation. Most of the trouble comes from the starting model, not the tool. We pick up your real workspace and work through the four pillars together.
- Bases, tables and fields
A well-structured base, not a giant spreadsheet
We start from your real data to set clean tables and pick the right field type: text, number, date, single or multiple select, checkbox, file, and above all the link-to-table field that connects your data. A base modeled wrong at the start drags on for months. We model it right, from day one.
Model my base - Views, filters and linked rows
The same data, seen the way you need it
Grid, Kanban, Gallery, Calendar, Form: one table, several views filtered and sorted per team. We connect your tables with linked rows (orders to clients, tasks to projects) so you stop duplicating info. Each team sees its own version without touching anyone else's data.
See the views - Formulas, rollups and automations
Your base calculates and acts on its own
Formula fields (concat, conditions, dates), rollups and lookups that pull a value from a linked table, count and sum across your relations. Then Baserow automations: when a row changes, trigger an action, update a field, fire a webhook. Your base becomes a tool that reacts, not just storage.
See the formulas - REST API, self-hosting and integrations
You own your base, code and data included
Baserow exposes an auto-generated REST API per table, with tokens and docs. We wire it into Make and n8n to sync your stack. And because it's open-source, we install your own instance in Docker with PostgreSQL: your data stays with you, no row caps, no bill that keeps climbing. That's the real difference with Airtable.

Meet our trainers, leave with a plan.
Drop your email. We get back to you to connect you with a Hack'celeration-certified trainer: we look at your Baserow workspace, spot what's blocking your structure, and tell you where to start. No commitment, even if you don't take the training.
- A diagnosis of your data (tables, relations, duplicates)
- The first fixes to make, in priority order
- The right 1-on-1 format for your level and data volume
- An honest take: Baserow, Airtable or NocoDB for your case
Your Baserow program, step by step.
Five steps, no skipping. Each one on your real workspace, with a clear deliverable. From the first session we look at how your data is structured. By the end, you evolve your base without us.
- Step 1 · Data audit
We open your real Baserow workspace and look at how it's structured
First session, we share your screen and look at your workspace together. Where does your data live today, in Excel, in Airtable, in a Google Sheet that's overflowing? What tables, what relations, what duplicates? We list what's blocking you and sketch the target model: the tables, the fields, the links. You leave with a clear schema and the list of steps, in order. No theory, your real data.
- Step 2 · Tables and fields first
Clean tables and the right field types
We tackle the foundations: the structure. We create your tables, pick the right field type for each column (select, date, file, link to another table), and set the relations between tables with link-to-table. We avoid the classic trap of a giant spreadsheet that mixes everything. A base modeled well at the start saves you months of pain. By the end of this step, your data is organized and connected properly.
- Step 3 · Views, formulas and rollups
Team views, formulas and rollups on your real cases
We make your base useful. We build the views each team needs: a filtered Grid, a Kanban by status, a Calendar, a Gallery, a Form to collect data. Then we calculate: formula fields, lookups that pull a value from a linked table, rollups that count or sum across your relations. You practice on your own tables, not a dummy example. You finish with a base that shows the right info and calculates on its own.
- Step 4 · API, automations and self-host
We wire the REST API into Make and n8n, and self-host your base
This is where Baserow becomes a real backend. We use the auto-generated REST API (tokens, endpoints per table) and the native automations. We connect it all to n8n or Make: create a row from an external form, sync with your CRM, send an alert on a webhook. And because it's open-source, we install your instance in Docker with PostgreSQL so your data stays with you.
- Step 5 · Autonomy
You evolve your base without us
The number one goal: you become autonomous. By the end of the program, you know how to create a table, pick a field, build a view, write a formula, wire the API and maintain your self-hosted instance. You no longer need an agency to evolve your base. And if you want to delegate a big build later, we also run a Baserow agency, but that's not the point here.
Why train 1-on-1 with us.
- 300+Pros already trained on no-code
More than 300 people have gone through our trainings across France and Europe. Ops teams, devs, small-business founders. Not vanity numbers: people who replaced an unmanageable Excel file with a Baserow base they run themselves.
- 4.7/5Rating across 334 verified reviews
Average rating of 4.7 out of 5, across 334 reviews. We won't promise it's all magic: you have to model your real data and do the exercises. But the 1-on-1 format changes everything on a tool where the starting structure decides everything.
- 1:1A dedicated expert, not a class of 100
You're not a number in a webinar. A trainer opens your real Baserow workspace, looks at your tables, and works through your actual cases. We schedule sessions around your availability, replays included.
A working agency, recognized by the French State.
Hack'celeration is certified Activateur France Numérique and holds the AI Ambassador title, both granted by France Num to organizations that genuinely drive the digital transformation of companies. On the ground, we build Baserow systems for clients every week: more than 300 pros trained and a 4.7/5 rating across 334 verified reviews, left by the people who took our programs, not just by the buyer.

The questions we get the most.
What is a 1-on-1 Baserow training?
An individual program with a Baserow expert, not a class of 100 people. We open your real workspace, look at your tables, and work through your actual cases: modeling, views, formulas, API, self-hosting. You ask your questions live, the trainer adapts the pace to your level. We schedule sessions around your availability, and you leave with concrete actions every time. That's what makes the difference on a tool where the starting structure decides everything. How much does the Baserow training cost?
There is no single price. We connect you with a trainer certified by Hack'celeration, matched to your need and your level. It varies from one trainer to another, based on their profile and the format that fits your project.Baserow or Airtable: which one to pick?
It depends on your need. Airtable is more mature on ecosystem, marketplace and interfaces, but it's proprietary and the bill climbs fast with rows and users. Baserow is open-source: you can self-host it, your data stays with you, there's no imposed cap, and the REST API is complete. If you want full control and a controlled cost, Baserow. If you want the broadest ecosystem without managing infrastructure, Airtable. During the training, we help you decide based on your real case.Baserow or NocoDB: what's the difference?
Both are open-source and self-hostable. NocoDB often sits on top of an existing database (it turns a SQL database into a no-code interface), which is handy if you already have data in MySQL or PostgreSQL. Baserow is built more as a complete, homogeneous platform, with a more polished UX on views, fields and native automations. In 1-on-1, we look at your existing setup and tell you honestly which one fits your case best.Do I need to be technical to take the Baserow training?
No, not necessarily. Baserow is no-code first: creating tables, views, formulas and automations is done with clicks, without writing code. The 1-on-1 format is built exactly for that: we start from your exact level. If you come from Excel, we go step by step. If you're a dev and you want the REST API, webhooks and self-hosting in Docker, we jump straight to those topics. You choose how far you go.Can you self-host Baserow yourself?
Yes, and it's one of the tool's big strengths. Baserow is open-source and installs on your own server, usually in Docker with a PostgreSQL database. Your data stays with you, you have no imposed row cap, and you keep control over backups and updates. In the training, we install your instance together, configure storage and environment variables, and look at how to maintain it over time without it eating your days. How does the Baserow REST API work?
Baserow automatically generates a REST API for every table you create, with up-to-date docs and authentication tokens. You can read, create, update and delete rows over HTTP. That's what lets you wire your base into the rest of your stack. We teach you to create a token, structure your calls, handle pagination and errors, and connect it all to Make or n8n to automate without writing code if you prefer. Can Baserow be integrated with Make or n8n?
Yes, and it's one of the big parts of the training. Baserow connects to Make and n8n through its REST API or dedicated nodes. You can trigger an action from any event: a new row, a status update, an external form submission, a webhook from another tool. We build full workflows together: sync Baserow with your CRM, create rows from Typeform, send Slack alerts. No code required. Can you migrate from Airtable or an Excel file to Baserow?
Yes, and it takes prep. Baserow imports from CSV, Excel and offers migration paths from Airtable. The real work isn't importing the rows, it's remodeling cleanly: rebuilding the relations between tables, converting special fields (rollups, lookups, formulas), and rebuilding the views. We've handled several migrations like this, we know the snags. In 1-on-1, we walk through your migration step by step and check your data before switching over for good.Is the training online or in person?
100% online, over video, 1-on-1. You join the sessions from anywhere, we share your screen and your Baserow workspace live. Sessions are recorded if you want to revisit them. The individual format means real interaction: you're not a number in a webinar of 100, the trainer answers your questions about your real base. That's what makes learning concrete on a tool as structural as Baserow.
Your data deserves a real base. Meet your trainer.
Drop your email. An expert who ships Baserow daily looks at your structure and shows you how to build a base you actually own. No commitment, even if you don't take the training.
