How much does AgencyAnalytics cost?

The per-client rate, the add-ons that sit on top, the billing rules nobody puts on the pricing page, and what your agency actually pays.

Short answer: AgencyAnalytics costs $20 per client per month billed annually, or $25 billed monthly. There are no tiers anymore. Ten clients cost you $200 a month, twenty cost $400. Users, data sources and reports are unlimited, and white labeling is included. Past 25 clients, you negotiate a volume price.

The Freelancer, Agency and Agency Pro plans still quoted on plenty of blogs are no longer sold to new accounts. We went through the official pricing page, the billing rules in the help center and what client agencies report, so you get the real cost for 1 to 25 clients, the paid add-ons and the traps to check before you sign for a year.

AgencyAnalytics pricing in 2026

AgencyAnalytics replaced its four tiers with a single plan, Core, billed per client. A client is a brand or business you report on, with as many sources as you like: its website, Google Ads, Meta, its CRM. Your team members and your clients' logins don't count. So there's one question to answer before you buy: how many clients will you report on this year?

Prices in US dollars, before tax. Annual billing saves 20%.

Two add-ons cost extra on any plan: Rank Tracker (Google position tracking) at $41.67 a month per 500 keywords, and AI Tracker at $20.83 a month per 250 credits, both billed annually. AgencyAnalytics also bills in CAD, AUD, NZD, GBP and EUR, with prices that can vary by region. The old Freelancer, Agency and Agency Pro plans only survive on accounts opened before the switch.

Before you pay

What pushes the bill up

The per-client rate is easy to read. The surprises come from elsewhere: billing rules buried in the help center, paid add-ons and your own growth. These are the six points client agencies bring up most.

New clients are billed right away

A client you add mid-year is charged on a prorated basis. Your annual budget is never fixed: an agency going from 10 to 15 clients mid-year pays $100 more a month on annual billing. Build that margin into the budget from day one.

Deleting a client doesn't lower the bill

Removing a client from your dashboard leaves the subscription untouched. You also have to lower the client count in billing, and only an admin can do it. The difference comes back as account credit, not a refund. Skip that step and a churned client keeps costing you.

Annual plans aren't refunded pro rata

Once the 30-day guarantee on your first purchase has passed, an annual plan you stop halfway isn't refunded: you keep access until the paid year ends. That firm commitment is what the 20% saving buys.

Rank tracking is an add-on

Rank Tracker costs $41.67 a month per 500 keywords. An SEO agency tracking 2,000 keywords pays $166.68 a month on top, the price of 8 clients. Some users also find it less precise than a dedicated SEO tool: if you already pay for Semrush or Ahrefs, keep them and pull their data in.

Databases go through a quote

MySQL, BigQuery and Redshift connectors are only offered with volume pricing, from 25 clients. Several agencies find them expensive. If your reports rely on a warehouse, ask for that price during the trial, not after.

Connections that drop

Next to price, the most common complaint on review sites: integrations that disconnect without warning. It's not a line on the invoice, but it costs time. Turn on alerts and check connections the day before automated reports go out.

  • Count your active clients over twelve months, not today.
  • Lower the client count in billing every time a client leaves.
  • Stay monthly while your client count keeps changing.
  • Only budget Rank Tracker if you have no SEO tool.
  • Get the database connector price during the trial.
  • Check the amount in your currency at checkout.
Our method

How we worked out the real cost

Every amount comes from the official AgencyAnalytics pricing page, its Shopify App Store listing (for the monthly rate) and the billing rules in its help center. For each profile, we multiply the number of clients by the per-client rate, annual then monthly, before tax and without add-ons. Client reviews help us spot the traps, never set a price. Prices for the old tiers, which contradict each other from one site to the next, are left out.

An estimate is still an estimate: your final price depends on the clients you actually keep active and the add-ons you pick.

What you actually pay by client count

Six agency profiles, from the solo freelancer to the shop nearing volume pricing. The math is simple, but it shows something the pricing page doesn't: under three clients, the tool costs as much as simpler dashboards, and past fifteen, the bill outgrows a typical software subscription.

Is AgencyAnalytics expensive?

AgencyAnalytics pricing vs. the alternatives

Each reporting tool bills a different unit: the client, the data source or the dashboard. So the cheapest one depends on how you work. An agency with few clients but many sources each won't pick the same winner as an agency with lots of small clients.

The verdict

So, is AgencyAnalytics worth the price?

Our take after comparing its pricing with its competitors': fair for an agency with 5 to 20 clients sending branded reports, and heavy beyond that unless you negotiate. Our overall score stays at 4/5, explained in our full AgencyAnalytics review.

Good value if…

You report on 5 to 20 clients, with several sources each and a growing team. Since nothing is billed per seat or per source, your cost per client stays flat when you add an account manager or a new Meta campaign. White labeling is included, so that's one subscription fewer.

Too expensive if…

You report on one or two clients with few sources: Databox's free plan or DashThis Individual is enough. Or you pass 25 clients without negotiating: at 50 clients, list price hits $1,000 a month on annual billing, and a per-source tool like Swydo can come out cheaper.

How to pay less

Start monthly for three months to learn your real client count, then switch to annual to save 20%. Lower the client count in billing every time someone leaves. Keep your SEO tool rather than buying Rank Tracker. And past 25 clients, ask for the volume rate with a competing quote in hand.

  • 5 to 20 clients with several sources each: AgencyAnalytics.
  • 1 to 3 clients: Databox Free or DashThis.
  • Many clients with one source each: Swydo.
  • More than 25 clients: negotiate the volume rate.

Pricing FAQ

AgencyAnalytics pricing FAQ

  • How much does AgencyAnalytics cost per month?
$20 per client per month if you pay yearly, $25 if you pay monthly. There are no tiers: multiply your client count by the rate. With 8 clients, that's $160 a month on annual billing, so $1,920 upfront, or $200 every month with no commitment. Rank Tracker and AI Tracker come on top if you need them.
  • Does AgencyAnalytics have a free plan?
No. You get a 14-day trial with no credit card and every feature unlocked, then a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. Tip: during the trial, connect your three messiest clients (lots of sources, a CRM, paid campaigns) rather than the easy ones. That's where you'll see whether the connections hold.
  • Are the Freelancer, Agency and Agency Pro plans still available?
Not for new accounts. The pricing page only shows the per-client Core plan and volume pricing from 25 clients. The old tiers only remain on accounts opened before the switch, and the prices you still find on directories contradict each other. If you're on a legacy plan, run clients × $20 before accepting a migration.
  • How much does AgencyAnalytics cost for 10 clients?
$200 a month on annual billing, so $2,400 a year, or $250 a month billed monthly. Add $41.67 a month to track up to 500 keywords with Rank Tracker and $20.83 for 250 AI Tracker credits: with both, the bill reaches $262.50 a month on annual billing.
  • What happens past 25 clients?
You can ask for volume pricing: a discounted per-client rate, dedicated onboarding, database connectors and priority support. No figure is published, so everything is negotiable. Show up with your list-price math (25 clients = $500 a month on annual billing) and a competitor's quote: that's your only leverage.
  • Does deleting a client lower my bill?
Not on its own. Deleting a client from the dashboard leaves the subscription unchanged: you also need to lower the client count in billing, and only an admin can do it. The difference isn't refunded, it becomes credit on future invoices. Make that change the day a client leaves.
  • Can I get a refund from AgencyAnalytics?
Yes, but only within 30 days of your first purchase. After that, an annual plan is never refunded pro rata: stop after four months and you keep access until the paid year ends, without getting the rest back. That's why three months on monthly billing before going annual makes sense.
  • Can I pay AgencyAnalytics in pounds, euros or Canadian dollars?
Yes. AgencyAnalytics bills in US, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand dollars, pounds and euros, and says prices and plans can vary by region. Local amounts don't show on the public pricing page: check yours at checkout during the trial, before you commit, and compare it with the converted USD rate.
  • Is AgencyAnalytics cheaper than Databox or DashThis?
It depends on your client count. For two or three clients, DashThis ($44 a month billed annually for 3 dashboards) and Databox's free plan cost less. At 10 clients, AgencyAnalytics runs $200 a month on annual billing, while DashThis Professional covers 10 dashboards for $139: DashThis stays cheaper, but it bills per dashboard and jumps to $279 from the eleventh. AgencyAnalytics earns its price if you want the client portal and alerts included. Databox Agency starts at $79 and grows in $20 packs per client.
