What is the best crosslisting app for secondhand resellers?
Thrift flippers, vintage sellers, bin-store hunters: the app that keeps up with your inventory, and what it still won't do for you.
The short answer: Vendoo is the best all-round crosslisting app for a US reseller. Every plan has unlimited items, and auto-delisting starts on the $14.99 Starter plan, which most rivals lock behind pricier tiers. If you want the widest reach, Crosslist posts to 11 marketplaces including Whatnot and OfferUp. On a tight budget, Flyp gives you 100 days free, then $9 a month. One thing changed in 2026: Vinted cracked down on automated posting, and Crosslist stopped offering Vinted to new customers after users got 24-hour suspensions. We compared six apps the way a reseller who moves 50 to 1,000 pieces a month would.
The ranking is editorial: a sponsored spot is always flagged on its card, and no affiliate link changes a score.

6 crosslisting apps for resellers compared
Look at two columns before price: which marketplaces your buyers actually use, and on which plan the app delists sold items. A cheap app that makes you delist by hand costs you a double sale sooner or later.

How we compared and scored
A crosslisting app lets you build an item once (photos, title, brand, size, condition, price) and push it to several marketplaces. For a reseller, the part that pays is the reverse move: when the item sells on one site, the app pulls it everywhere else. That's auto-delisting, and it's what stops you from selling the same jacket twice.
We read each vendor's official pricing, quota and country pages, then what resellers actually report: Trustpilot reviews, Shopify forum threads, a two-year Vendoo user's write-up, and Vinted's own help pages on bans. Our scores are global, so an app that refuses European accounts loses points on countries even on this US page. For the general picture, see our crosslisting apps ranking.

Vendoo
Vendoo is the most complete crosslisting app for a working reseller. Every plan includes unlimited items, and from Starter ($14.99 a month, $12.49 billed yearly) it detects your sales and delists the item elsewhere. Growth ($29.99) adds what you'll use daily once you're past a hobby: bulk actions on up to 240 listings, AI rewrites and 300 background removals a month. Pro ($59.99) sends automatic offers to likers on 6+ marketplaces.
A reseller who used it for two years says his listing time dropped from 15 minutes to 2. He also had an item sell on eBay, then on Poshmark ten minutes later, before the sync caught up. On Trustpilot, one review says cross-delisting only works about half the time, while others praise support that answers in minutes.
Not for you if you sell from the EU: a Spain-based shop on the Shopify forum couldn't use it, and Vinted isn't on its lists.
- Auto-delisting from Starter
- Bulk actions up to 240 listings
- Unlimited items on every plan
- Mobile app for listing from the shelf
- ✓The most polished app for full-time resellers
- ✓Double-sale protection from $14.99
- ✓Responsive support in several reviews
- ✗Sync isn't instant
- ✗No Vinted, no EU accounts
- ✗Offers automation only on the $59.99 plan
The default pick for a US reseller. Take the yearly plan only after the 14-day trial, once you've checked delisting on your own sales.
Crosslist
Crosslist posts to eleven marketplaces: eBay, Poshmark, Facebook Marketplace, Depop, Mercari, Grailed, Shopify, Etsy, Whatnot, WooCommerce and OfferUp. Its single form maps your fields to each site. Plans count new listings per month, from 200 ($29.99) to unlimited ($44.99), and relists eat the quota too. Auto-delisting, CSV import and sales analytics only arrive with Gold ($39.99).
The 2026 Vinted news matters even if you're in the US. Crosslist stopped offering Vinted to new customers after users of its app and similar tools got 24-hour suspensions for automated activity. It says about 90% of its Vinted users post without warnings, and existing users can switch to posting as drafts, then hit publish by hand in Vinted. It also says plainly it does not support users residing in the EU.
Tip: if you relist a lot, skip Bronze and go straight to Gold. You get the auto-delist and stop burning your quota on refreshes.
- 11 marketplaces incl. Whatnot and OfferUp
- One universal listing form
- Draft mode for Vinted
- ✓The widest reach for US resellers
- ✓Unlimited listings on Diamond
- ✓Open about the Vinted suspensions
- ✗Auto-delist only from $39.99
- ✗Relists count against your quota
- ✗Vinted closed to new users, no EU accounts
The reach champion. Worth it once you sell on four or more sites and can justify Gold.
List Perfectly
List Perfectly is built for resellers with a storage unit, not a closet. Every plan has unlimited listings and the same marketplaces: Depop, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, Grailed, Mercari, Poshmark, Vestiaire Collective and Vinted. Business ($49) adds bulk import and edits plus multiple accounts. Pro ($69) connects Shopify and adds 1,500 background removals a month.
The catch: auto-delisting only comes with Pro Plus, from $99 a month. Vinted is "Lite": you can post and delist, but sales there aren't detected, so you mark them sold yourself. The vendor's help center says the tool is built and supported for the US versions of each marketplace only.
With 3,000 items, no quota is a real saving against per-listing plans. With 100, you're paying for room you don't use.
- Unlimited listings on every plan
- Multiple users from Business
- 9 marketplaces incl. Vestiaire
- ✓No quota, whatever your stock
- ✓Built for team workflows
- ✓Money-back guarantee on 100 listings
- ✗Auto-delist from $99/mo
- ✗Vinted sales not detected
- ✗US marketplaces only
The pick for big US inventories. Below a few hundred items, Vendoo protects you better for less.
Flyp
Flyp has the softest entry: 100 days free with no card, then one plan at $9 a month. It crosslists to eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Facebook Marketplace and Etsy (limited), bulk delists and relists, and its Chrome extension automates Poshmark sharing.
Use those 100 days as a test. That's three months of numbers: enough to see how many sales your second marketplace brings, and whether it's worth the extra photos and packing.
Limits: the Poshmark automation needs your computer on with the browser open, and the feature set runs short once you pass a few hundred items.
- 100 days free, no card
- One $9 plan
- Bulk delist and relist
- ✓Lowest price after the trial
- ✓No hidden add-ons
- ✓Long enough to measure a marketplace
- ✗Six US marketplaces only
- ✗Automation needs your computer on
- ✗Thin for large inventories
The cheapest way to start crosslisting. Move to Vendoo when you outgrow it.
Nifty
Nifty bets on automation. Its jobs run in the cloud, so nothing stops when your laptop sleeps. Crosslisting Plus ($39.99, $35.99 yearly) handles up to 1,500 active items with auto-delisting, AI listings and bulk actions. Bundles add full Poshmark, eBay, Mercari and Depop automation (sharing, offers) for $69.99 to $89.99.
Its reach is the narrowest here: four named marketplaces. Yearly billing saves 12% at most, and past 1,500 items you pay $20 more a month.
Tip: if only Poshmark or eBay automation matters to you, the $25 single-marketplace plan costs less than a bundle.
- Cloud-based automation
- Up to 1,500 active items on Plus
- Automatic Poshmark sharing and offers
- ✓Delisting that doesn't depend on your browser
- ✓Crosslisting and automation in one bundle
- ✓7-day trial
- ✗Four marketplaces
- ✗Most expensive way to start
- ✗Yearly saves 12% at most
For power sellers on Poshmark and eBay who value automation over reach.
Zipsale
Zipsale is the UK's secondhand fashion crosslister. It auto-delists on eBay, Etsy, Depop, Poshmark, Shopify, WooCommerce, ASOS and Vinted, and its extension also posts to Vestiaire Collective. Its fairest idea for resellers is pay-per-item credits from £0.18, with no subscription. A big haul month costs more, a slow month almost nothing.
Zipsale also publishes the best Vinted account-safety advice we read: delete the old listing before relisting, never keep two active versions of the same item, avoid catalogue phrasing like "more sizes available".
Limits: it is made for the UK, the free plan has no auto-delist, and its extension scores 3.2 out of 5 on 15 ratings.
- Pay per item
- Auto-delisting on Vinted
- Extension for Vestiaire Collective
- ✓Cost follows your hauls
- ✓Covers Vinted, Depop and Vestiaire
- ✓Sign up without a card
- ✗UK only
- ✗No auto-delist on the free plan
- ✗Extension rated 3.2 out of 5
The pick for UK fashion resellers on Vinted and Depop. Switch to the subscription past about 80 items a month (80 × £0.18 = £14.40, our math).
Which app for the way you resell
A reseller doesn't buy like someone clearing out a closet. Every minute per item counts. If you save 13 minutes per listing, as one Vendoo user reports, 200 items a month gives you back more than 40 hours (our math). Any app in this list pays for itself in the first hour saved, as long as it delists reliably.
You flip on weekends
You run a thrift or vintage resale business
You sell designer and luxury pieces
You buy bin-store or liquidation lots
You carry thousands of SKUs
You also sell in Europe
- Check which plan includes auto-delisting before comparing prices.
- Check whether relists count against your quota.
- Check if a marketplace is labeled "Lite" or "beta".
- Keep posting at a human pace, no bursts.
- Log your cost of goods for every item.
- Keep receipts: resale income is taxable even without a 1099-K.
The life of an item: where the app helps, and where it doesn't
Resellers make money on time per item. Here are the seven steps every piece goes through, and what a crosslisting app really changes at each one.
The 7 steps
First: the right accounts
SetupEach marketplace has its own rules for business sellers. Vinted, for example, reserves selling for commercial purposes to Pro accounts and bans others for 7 to 30 days, and on repeat offenses requires a switch to Pro within 6 months. It allows one standard and one Pro account, with separate emails and phone numbers.
Read each marketplace's seller terms before you connect an app: a tool can't fix an account that breaks the rules.
- Vinted temporary ban
- 7 to 30 days
Build the listing once
Time saverThis is where an app pays most. Title, brand, size, flat measurements, condition and photos go in once. One Vendoo user went from 15 minutes to 2 per listing. Keep measurements (pit to pit, length) in a fixed field: it's the question buyers ask most.
- Time per listing
- 15 min to 2 min
Pick marketplaces per item
StrategyDon't post everything everywhere. Everyday clothing moves on Poshmark, Mercari and Depop, collectibles and heavy items on eBay, local bulky goods on Facebook Marketplace. Fewer duplicates means fewer double sales.
- Rule of thumb
- 2 to 3 sites per item
Post without spooking a marketplace
SafetyIn 2026 Vinted stepped up detection of automated activity, and Crosslist users got 24-hour suspensions. Crosslist's fix is to post as drafts, then hit publish yourself. Do the same wherever your app allows it, and spread uploads through the day.
- Suspension seen
- 24 hours
The sale: delist everywhere, fast
SalesNo app delists in real time: one reseller saw the same item sell twice in ten minutes. Keep sale notifications on. If it happens, ship the first order and cancel the second right away with an apology: a fast cancel hurts your rating less than a late shipment.
- Double sale seen
- 10 minutes
Relist stale items cleanly
VisibilityRelisting bumps visibility, but duplicates get flagged. Delete the old listing before creating the new one, and never keep two active versions of the same item. Swap the cover photo before cutting the price.
- Avoid
- Two live listings of one item
Ship and track your margin
BusinessYour crosslister isn't your accounting. Log the cost of goods for every piece at sourcing, or you won't know your margin. Marketplaces and payment apps can send you a Form 1099-K, and resale income is reportable even when you don't get one, so keep receipts from thrift runs and bin stores.
- Log at sourcing
- Cost of goods
Your app is picked, now what
Three pages to go further, depending on where you want to sell.
