What's the best partner management software in 2026?
It depends on who your partners are: affiliates paid per sale, referral partners, or resellers registering deals in your CRM.
Partner relationship management (PRM) software runs everything you do with the companies that sell for you: recruiting them, training them, tracking the deals they bring and paying their commissions. The right tool depends on the kind of partners you have. Three quick answers.
You're a SaaS company with affiliates, referral partners and resellers: PartnerStack, by quote. You're a B2B SMB with 10 to 50 resellers on HubSpot or Salesforce: Kiflo, from $399 a month on an annual contract. Your team lives in HubSpot and you want to try before you pay: Introw, free for one partner.
The ranking is editorial: a sponsored spot is always labeled on its card, and no affiliate link changes a score.

8 partner management tools compared
Start with the "what's included" column. These tools don't do the same job: some manage affiliates paid per click or sale, others manage resellers who register deals, and one only maps accounts. Price comes second, and it's often calculated per partner or per member.

Prices read on each vendor's official pricing page in 2026, before tax. Salesforce charges per partner member. PartnerStack, Impartner and Introw's paid plans are quote-only.

How we compared and scored these tools
The top results for this search are vendor blogs ranking their own product first, review directories and listicles with no prices. We compared about a dozen tools on their official pricing, feature and integration pages, then cross-checked that against user reviews on cloud and CRM marketplaces and questions from CRM user communities.
A tool only made the ranking if its price is on its official site, or if the vendor says plainly that it's quote-based. Allbound (now Channelscaler), Channext and MyPRM are out: we couldn't read their pricing on their own sites. CRM sync is the core criterion, and we checked it for every tool ranked.
- Time to launchHow long it takes to open the program to your first partners without hiring a consultant.15%
- Pricing clarityA public price, a clear billing model (per partner, per member or flat), and few add-on modules later.20%
- CRM syncNative two-way sync with HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamics. That's what kills double entry, hence the weight.25%
- Deals and commissionsDeal registration, channel conflict handling, and commission calculation and payouts.20%
- Partner portalWhat the partner sees: their deals, content, training and marketing funds.20%
No affiliate link changes a score or a rank.
PartnerStack
PartnerStack grew up in SaaS, and it shows. It handles three jobs most tools split apart: tracked affiliate links, lead and deal registration, and paying partners their commissions. On top of that, you get access to the PartnerStack Marketplace, where partners go looking for programs to join. That's the real edge here: you don't start from an empty partner list.
Read the plan split carefully. Launch, the entry plan, gives you one tracking mode, not both: either affiliate links or lead and deal registration. You need Enterprise to run links, leads and deals together. Launch already covers partner payouts, onboarding and training, CRM sync for referrals, and an AI layer with an MCP connector. Growth adds a learning management system, partner challenges, market development funds (MDF) and finer segmentation.
There's no public price. PartnerStack says pricing depends on program size, feature needs and level of support, so you'll go through a demo to get a number. One more thing to watch: AppDirect acquired PartnerStack in 2026. The pricing page hasn't changed, but ask about the roadmap before you sign a multi-year deal.
User reviews keep landing on the same weak spot: reporting. They want more filtering by partner and payment level, and the analytics stay shallow. If finance wants partner-level profitability, plan on exporting to a spreadsheet.
- Partner marketplace included from Launch
- Partner payouts handled in the platform
- Links, leads and deals together on Enterprise
- ✓One tool for affiliates, referrals and resellers
- ✓Partner payouts built in
- ✓CRM sync for referrals from the first plan
- ✗No public pricing
- ✗Launch limited to one tracking mode
- ✗Reporting reviewed as too thin
The strongest pick for a SaaS company that wants a full partner program plus a source of new partners. Overkill for a business managing twenty resellers that will never use the marketplace.
Kiflo
Kiflo targets a specific buyer: the small or midsize B2B company launching or cleaning up a reseller and referral program without a ten-person channel team. It's one of the few tools on this list with a published price. Core is $399 a month and covers up to 50 partners and 3 partner managers on your side. Price scales with active partners.
Read the fine print. Kiflo plans are 12-month contracts, billed once a year, so your real entry ticket is $4,788 paid upfront. There's no standard free trial either. Instead, Kiflo runs a guided proof of concept on your own use case. Plus and Premier are quote-based, start at 25 partners, go up to unlimited, and include unlimited partner managers.
The CRM side is where Kiflo earns its spot. It offers full native two-way integration with HubSpot and Salesforce. A deal a reseller registers in the portal lands in your CRM, and stage updates flow back to the partner. It also connects to Slack, Stripe, Chargebee, Zapier and Fathom, and has an API.
- Public price from $399/month
- Native two-way sync with HubSpot and Salesforce
- Guided proof of concept before you sign
- ✓Predictable cost for a small program
- ✓Built for B2B resellers and referral partners
- ✓Stripe and Chargebee for commission data
- ✗12-month contract paid upfront
- ✗Core caps at 50 partners and 3 managers
- ✗No self-serve free trial
The simplest pick for a B2B SMB that wants a real partner portal wired into its CRM, on a budget it knows upfront. Not built for an affiliate program with hundreds of small publishers.
Introw
Introw starts from a simple idea: your data stays in your CRM, and Introw is the window your partners look through. They see the deals they brought in, where each one stands and their goals, without getting into your HubSpot. Reviewers on the HubSpot Marketplace like that the sync runs "with zero manual work".
The Starter plan is free, but tight: one partner, 5 goals and 20 reports. Use it to try the setup with your best reseller, not to run a program. Pro, Scale and Enterprise are quote-only. Paid plans are priced by the number of partners you manage. Starter lists HubSpot and Salesforce, Pro connects to HubSpot only, and among paid plans Salesforce comes with Scale. Multi-currency also starts at Scale, and single sign-on (SSO) is Enterprise only.
The catch, per users: some everyday actions only work inside Introw, not from HubSpot. So your reps get one more tab. And if you need to pay recurring commissions to hundreds of affiliates, look elsewhere.
- Free plan to pilot with one partner
- HubSpot-first design
- Starter connects to HubSpot and Salesforce
- ✓Fast setup on HubSpot
- ✓No double entry between CRM and portal
- ✓Real pilot without paying
- ✗Free plan stops at one partner
- ✗Pro is HubSpot only, Salesforce on Scale
- ✗Some daily actions only in Introw
A good fit for a HubSpot team working with a few dozen partners who need a clean view of shared deals. Not an affiliate platform at scale.
Salesforce PRM
If your team already sells in Salesforce, its partner relationship management (PRM) add-on saves you a second system. Partners get a portal built on Experience Cloud. They work on your CRM data there, within the access rights you give them. Everything stays in one CRM, with the reports, assignment rules and forecasts your team already uses.
Pricing starts at $25 per member per month, billed annually. A member is a portal user at your partner's company. Forty resellers with two reps each logging in means 80 members, or $2,000 a month before anything else. Check your Sales Cloud edition too: some include PRM already, and you need one either way.
The limit is time. An Experience Cloud portal has to be built: pages, access rights, sharing rules, partner training. Expect weeks, often months, with a Salesforce admin or implementation partner.
- Everything stays in your Salesforce org
- Partner portal on Experience Cloud
- Public per-member price
- ✓No sync to maintain
- ✓Reports and forecasts your team already knows
- ✓Very granular access control
- ✗Cost climbs with every partner member
- ✗Long rollout, often with a consultant
- ✗Sales Cloud license required
The logical choice if Salesforce is already your CRM and you have an admin. Hard to justify for an SMB that isn't on Salesforce.
Impartner
Impartner is built for big distribution networks. It serves as the portal and control center for a network of resellers and integrators, with four editions sized to the network. CRM coverage is its strong suit. It connects to Microsoft Dynamics 365, where it calls itself the preferred PRM for Dynamics users, to Salesforce through an AppExchange package it has run for over a decade, and to HubSpot. Zoho, Pipedrive and NetSuite connect through Orchestration Studio.
All four editions, Emerge, Ignite, Pro and Enterprise, are quote-based. Reviewers on AWS Marketplace put it plainly: "it gets expensive because every new feature we want to use requires adding another module". Before signing, list the features you'll want in year two, not just at launch.
Other recurring feedback on AWS Marketplace: "the learning curve is a bit steep as a beginning user/admin", and reporting described as the biggest limitation.
- Native Dynamics 365, Salesforce and HubSpot connectors
- Four editions sized to your network
- Zoho, Pipedrive and NetSuite via Orchestration Studio
- ✓Built for hundreds of resellers
- ✓Widest CRM coverage on this list
- ✓Salesforce package running for over a decade
- ✗Paid modules stack up
- ✗Steep learning curve for admins
- ✗Reporting flagged as weak by users
Solid for a large channel program, especially on Dynamics 365. Too heavy and too expensive for a company building its first partner network.
Partnero
Partnero isn't a reseller PRM. It's an affiliate and referral platform that tracks sales your partners drive and calculates their commissions. It's on this list because a lot of people searching for partner management software actually run an affiliate program.
Pricing is public. Starter is $59 a month, or $49 billed annually, for one program and one team member. Partner is $199, or $159 annually, for three programs and three members. Enterprise starts at $599 a month. Extra seats are $29 a month each. Partners, transactions and revenue are unlimited, and Partnero takes no cut of your sales. A 30-day trial lets you set everything up before you pay.
Two catches. If Partnero handles payouts for you, a 7% payout processing fee applies. Through your own PayPal or Wise account, Partnero adds no fee (PayPal or Wise still charge theirs). And no CRM appears in its integration list: you get Stripe, Paddle, Chargebee, Shopify, email tools like Mailchimp and Klaviyo, plus an API and webhooks. To track a long B2B deal in HubSpot or Salesforce, you'll go through the API or Zapier.
- Unlimited partners and transactions
- No fee on your sales
- 30-day trial
- ✓Low public price
- ✓Stripe, Paddle and Chargebee built in
- ✓Full trial before paying
- ✗No CRM in its listed integrations
- ✗7% fee on managed payouts
- ✗Not built for reseller networks
The best starting point for a commission-based affiliate or referral program. Wrong tool for resellers who register deals in your CRM.
Crossbeam
Crossbeam doesn't run your partner program. It does one job well: account mapping. It compares your customer and prospect lists with your partners' lists, without either side seeing the other's raw data. You find out which of your open opportunities a partner already knows, which is the best source of warm intros you'll get.
The free plan is enough to start: up to 3 seats, 50 credits a year, and, like every plan, unlimited partner connections. Connector is a $4,800 annual platform fee on a yearly contract. Pay monthly and it's 10% more. One seat is included, and each extra seat is $1,800 per user per year.
It reads data from Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Snowflake, Google Sheets or a plain CSV, and Dynamics comes in through custom objects. The limit is clear: no partner portal, no deal registration, no commissions. It sits next to a PRM, it doesn't replace one.
- Free forever plan
- Unlimited partner connections on every plan
- Reads Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and CSV
- ✓Surfaces overlapping accounts with partners
- ✓No raw data exposed
- ✓Free to start
- ✗Not a full PRM
- ✗Extra seats get expensive
- ✗Annual contract on Connector
Add it next to any PRM, or use it alone if your partners are mostly software vendors you swap referrals with. It won't pay a commission.
Magentrix
Magentrix is a portal for resellers and distributors, with market development funds, partner payments and the API on Advanced. It's one of the few channel tools that publishes its prices.
Essentials is $1,500 a month for 100 partner users or 10 partner accounts with unlimited users. Advanced is $3,000 a month for 150 users or 20 accounts, and adds MDF, partner payments and the API. Unlimited is quote-based. There are no setup fees, and monthly billing adds 10%.
On the CRM side, Magentrix connects to Salesforce, Dynamics and HubSpot. With HubSpot, Magentrix itself says it doesn't offer data mirroring because of HubSpot's API limits. If HubSpot is your CRM, Kiflo or Introw go further for less.
- Published channel portal pricing
- No setup fees
- MDF and partner payments on Advanced
- ✓Budget known without a demo
- ✓Strong Salesforce and Dynamics fit
- ✓Clear caps by users or accounts
- ✗$1,500/month entry point
- ✗Lighter HubSpot sync
- ✗10% more on monthly billing
A good channel option for a Salesforce or Dynamics shop that won't sit through opaque quotes. Too expensive for a small network, and weaker on HubSpot than Kiflo or Introw.
How to choose partner management software
The first question isn't which tool. It's which partners. An affiliate earns a commission on an online sale. A referral partner hands you a contact. A reseller sells your product and works the deal with you. Each needs different software. Six things to check before you sign.
Name your partner types first
CRM sync is the deal-breaker
Price it over 12 months
Plan for channel conflict
Commissions and payouts
Tools we left out, and why
- Sort your current partners into affiliates, referral partners, resellers and tech partners.
- Write down your target partner count in a year, and how many people will log in at each.
- Confirm two-way sync with your CRM without a custom connector.
- Write your channel conflict rule before the portal launches.
- Calculate the real annual cost: contract, members, seats and payout fees.
- Pilot with three to five loyal partners before opening the program to everyone.
Six tips for a partner program that holds up
Partner programs rarely fail because of the software. They fail on a deal credited to the wrong partner, a late commission or a portal nobody opens. These tips come from vendor terms and from questions in CRM user communities.
The tips
Under ten partners? Start in HubSpot
BudgetWith a handful of referral partners, a landing page form plus a HubSpot workflow that creates the deal does the job. It hits a wall fast: no self-serve portal, no recurring commission logic. A HubSpot marketplace app, Partner Deals Portal, adds a portal from $300 a month for up to 10 partner accounts, with no HubSpot seat needed for partners.
- Partner Deals Portal
- $300/month, up to 10 partner accounts
Ask for the end customer's email, not the partner's
DuplicatesOn a deal registration form, the key field is the email of the customer the partner is bringing. That's what lets your CRM spot that another partner, or your own team, is already working the account.
- Required field
- End customer email
Flag two deals on the same company
GotchaIn HubSpot, a property counting associated deals on a company can trigger an alert above one. The catch: it doesn't tell open deals from closed ones. Filter on deal stage, or a past customer will set off false alarms.
- Alert threshold
- More than one associated deal
Count members, not partners
BudgetSalesforce PRM bills each person logging in to the portal. A reseller with five reps is five members. Ask each partner to name one or two point people before you create logins.
- Per member
- From $25/month, billed annually
Pilot for free with your best partner
FreeIntrow Starter takes one partner, Crossbeam Free three seats, Partnero a 30-day trial. Run a full sales cycle with your most active reseller. You'll know whether they actually open the portal before you pay for fifty.
- Partnero trial
- 30 days
Switch to annual at the right moment
GotchaMagentrix and Crossbeam add 10% for monthly billing, and Partnero Starter drops from $59 to $49 on annual. Pay monthly for the first three months where the vendor allows it, then lock in annual once the program proves itself.
- Monthly surcharge
- +10% at Magentrix and Crossbeam

Partner management software · FAQ
What's the difference between PRM and CRM?
A CRM manages your customers and your team's deals. A PRM manages the companies that sell for you: their portal, training, deals and commissions. A good PRM syncs with your CRM instead of replacing it. Salesforce puts both on the same platform. How much does PRM software cost?
Anywhere from $0 to several thousand dollars a month. Introw and Crossbeam have free plans, Partnero starts at $49 a month billed annually, Kiflo at $4,788 a year, Magentrix at $1,500 a month. Salesforce starts at $25 per partner member per month. PartnerStack and Impartner are quote-only.Is there a free PRM?
Yes, with tight limits. Introw Starter is free for a single partner. Crossbeam Free gives you three seats, but only for account mapping, with no portal or commissions. For a real program, expect to pay from your second or third partner. Can you manage partners in HubSpot without a PRM?
For a few referral partners, yes: a registration form and a workflow that creates the deal will do. HubSpot has no self-serve partner portal and no recurring commission engine. Past ten or so partners, an app like Introw or Kiflo saves you the duct tape. Our HubSpot review covers what the CRM does on its own. What's the difference between affiliate software and a PRM?
Affiliates earn a commission on online sales tracked through a link. Partners such as resellers or integrators take part in the sale and register a deal tracked in your CRM. Affiliate software like Partnero tracks links and payouts; a PRM like Kiflo tracks deals and accounts. How long does a PRM take to implement?
From days to months. Partnero gives you 30 days to set up on a trial, and Introw runs free with one partner, no consultant needed. Kiflo starts with a guided proof of concept. Salesforce PRM often takes weeks or months, with an admin, to build the portal and access rules. What is deal registration in a partner program?
It's how a partner claims an opportunity: they submit the customer and the deal, you approve it, and it's credited to them. It stops two partners, or a partner and your own rep, from chasing the same account. PartnerStack offers it from Launch, as an alternative to link tracking. How many partners do you need before buying a PRM?
Usually around ten active partners. Below that, your CRM and a spreadsheet will do. Above it, duplicate deals, commission follow-ups and content requests eat more time than the subscription costs. Kiflo Core, capped at 50 partners, is sized for that jump.
