What changes when Claude reads your Helium 10 account
No more opening a Helium 10 tool, exporting a table and pasting it into a chat. You ask your seller question in plain English, and Claude picks the right tools, chains them and answers from your account data. According to the publisher, you need a Helium 10 Diamond subscription or higher.
Work out why a product earns so little. A kitchenware seller sees margin vanish on a best seller. get_product_profit_and_loss_breakdown itemises every cost on the ASIN, then get_product_profit_and_loss_breakdown_series dates the moment one line slipped.
Read a rival's keyword playbook. get_keywords_by_asin lists the terms a competitor ranks for, and analyze_keywords scores up to 200 keywords at once so you keep the strongest.
Check campaigns without an export. The ads tools run in five steps up to execute_ads_query, which returns spend, ACoS and ROAS at the level you need.
What it will not do: by default, its sheet exposes only read tools. The publisher's article describes 118 tools, including writes (costs, keyword tracking, campaign actions) that are missing from this sheet. Nothing runs on its own either: Claude only acts while it answers you. To compare, browse the Integrations hub.
Five terms before you connect
The vocabulary of this connector in one minute.
- Connector
- The link you set up once between Claude and an account you already own, so Claude can work on it while it answers you.
- Tool
- One named action a connector hands to Claude. Claude picks which ones to call by itself, and the directory lists them by name.
- Authorization
- Helium 10's window where you enter your credentials and pick the account to link; you can revoke it from your Helium 10 settings.
- Approval
- The confirmation Claude waits for before changing an account, shown in the conversation at the moment it matters.
- MCP
- The shared standard connectors run on: it is what lets an assistant like Claude talk to an outside service such as Helium 10.
Connect Helium 10 to Claude in three steps
- 01
Find Helium 10
Open Claude's settings, go to Customize, then Connectors, and search for Helium 10 in the directory. On a Team or Enterprise workspace, an Owner or Primary Owner has to switch it on for the organization first.
- 02
Sign in to Helium 10
Click Connect: your browser opens Helium 10's sign-in page, where you enter your credentials. If the link ever breaks, Disconnect and a fresh connection will fix it.
- 03
Pick the account and approve
Helium 10 then asks which account to link and has you click Continue. Each connection covers one account only, and that screen, not Claude, sets what the access covers.
The 34 tools of the Helium 10 connector
Helium 10 gives Claude 34 tools: 33 that read your account, 0 that change something in it, and 1 no official source describes.
Helium 10's article describes thirty-three of these tools; one is not described anywhere. Names stay exactly as Claude shows them.

What Claude reads (33)
33 toolsThirty-three reads from your Helium 10 data. None of them changes anything.
analyze_keywords
Claude has up to 200 keywords scored at once and enriched with their metrics: search volume, cost per click, IQ score, CPR and Amazon Brand Analytics data.
compare_listings
Puts two or three competing product listings side by side, identified by their ASIN, to bring out the content gaps and weak keyword coverage in each one.
execute_ads_query
The last step of an ads lookup: Claude runs the query with its filters and aggregations and gets back performance data such as spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, ACoS or ROAS.
get_account_profit_and_loss_breakdown
Breaks down the profit and loss of your whole Amazon account: revenue, costs and profit split by category, by source or along other dimensions, so you can see where the margin comes from.
get_account_profit_and_loss_breakdown_series
Shows how the line-by-line split of your Amazon profit has moved over time, rather than at a single date. You see which cost is eating into the margin week after week.
get_account_profit_and_loss_summary
Sums up the profit and loss of your entire Amazon account for a period: revenue, cost of goods, fees, shipping, ad spend and net profit, in a single answer.
get_account_profit_and_loss_summary_series
Charts the overall profit and loss trend of your Amazon account by day, week or month, so you read a season, a peak or a dip instead of a lone figure.
get_ads_query_list
Step two of an ads lookup: Claude explores a platform's data hierarchy, from the account down to campaigns, ad groups, keywords or targets, and their performance metrics.
get_ads_query_materials
Step four: from your filters, Claude finds the specific campaigns, ad groups, keywords or targets the query should cover, before it runs.
get_ads_query_platforms
The first step of any ads lookup: Claude lists the platforms, such as Amazon or Walmart, and the ad profiles connected to your account, so it knows where to look.
get_ads_query_schema
Step three: Claude fetches the fields and filters available at the chosen level of detail, so the ads query it builds actually holds together.
get_brand_seller_profiles
Pins down a Brand Registry Amazon seller account and clears up any ambiguity: storefront page, catalogue size, seller rating and Sponsored Brands metrics.
get_fba_inventory_health_status
Gives a health check of your stock at Amazon: days of supply, IPI score, excess, stranded and aged inventory. You spot the products that cost storage without selling.
get_inventory_values
Reports where stock stands right now for Amazon products: units on hand, FBA or FBM fulfilment, warehouse location, inventory age and estimated value.
get_keywords_by_asin
Runs a reverse lookup on an ASIN: every keyword it ranks for organically with its position, through sponsored ads, and via Amazon's recommendation engine.
get_keywords_by_keyword
Starts from one seed keyword and expands it into a list of long-tail phrases, with search volume, cost per click, IQ score, CPR, title density and Brand Analytics data.
get_keywords_new_suggestion
Suggests new keywords based on the ones you already follow in Keyword Tracker, to widen your tracking without starting from scratch.
get_keywords_rank_history
Traces how a keyword you track has ranked over time, daily or weekly, with how much it moved and its overall trend.
get_listing_details
Pulls the entire content of a listing for an ASIN: title, bullets, description, A+ content, images, pricing, reviews, best seller rank and FBA status.
get_listing_score
Gives a listing Helium 10's quality audit score, with detailed feedback on the title, bullets, description and keyword coverage.
get_product_profit_and_loss_breakdown
Zooms in on one Amazon product and itemises its profit and loss: every cost and every profit component, so you see exactly where the money goes on that ASIN.
get_product_profit_and_loss_breakdown_series
Follows how the cost and profit split of one Amazon product has shifted over time, so you see which line moved and when it happened.
get_product_profit_and_loss_summary
For one specific Amazon product, Claude gets the profit and loss total, identified by its ASIN, over the period you pick, without burying it in account-wide numbers.
get_product_profit_and_loss_summary_series
Shows the curve of one Amazon product's profit and loss over time, so you can follow the effect of a price rise, a promotion or a stockout.
get_sales_velocity
Counts units sold over time for one or more products, by day, week or month. The trend helps you plan the next restock.
get_search_query_performance
Shows how your listings perform on the real search queries shoppers type on Amazon: impressions, clicks, click-through rate and conversions per query.
get_top_keywords
Brings out the keywords that drive the most traffic to a given listing, ranked by search volume and relevance.
list_tracked_competitor_keywords
Displays every keyword you monitor for your competitors, with their current rank positions and tracking history.
list_tracked_keywords
Lists, page by page, every keyword you follow for an ASIN or a brand, with its current rank, best seller rank and search volume.
search_amazon_brand_analytics
Queries Amazon Brand Analytics data: top search terms for your brand, market basket analysis, repeat purchase behaviour and buyer demographics.
search_amazon_keywords
Digs through Helium 10's Amazon keyword database by several criteria, to spot opportunities and study keyword metrics at scale.
search_inactive_products
Searches products that are inactive or have been delisted, to understand which ones failed in a market and the reasons behind it. It is the flip side of a search on active products.
search_products
Searches active Amazon products with filters such as category, price range, best seller rank, review count, revenue or profit margin.
Undocumented (1)
1 toolThe directory publishes this name and nothing more. No official text says what it does, and we will not guess it from the name.
get_competitor_overview
This name sits in the directory's tool list and that is all we know. Helium 10's article, which describes its tools one by one, never mentions it, and no Claude page covers it, so this page says nothing more about it.
What Claude asks before it acts
By default, Claude stops and asks for your go-ahead before each action it takes on an account for someone. With Helium 10, the 33 documented tools on the sheet are reads.
No source says whether Claude asks before calling a tool on this sheet, so the default rule is the reference, the undocumented tool included. On a Team or Enterprise workspace, owners decide whether a member may let some actions through without confirming, and can cap a connector for the whole organization. On Helium 10's side, the primary account owner decides which sub-users get access. Claude never gets more than the person who connected it.
Which Claude plans include Helium 10
None of the 819 sheets in the official directory shows availability by Claude plan. Connector by connector, that information is not published anywhere.
The general rule is sourced: remote connectors are open to all users on Claude, Cowork, Claude Desktop and mobile. On Team and Enterprise, an Owner or Primary Owner enables the connector before members can sign in to it. For Helium 10's current state, check its sheet in the official directory, the only place that shows it for your own account.
Where the Helium 10 connector stops
A connector is not an automation. Claude calls these tools while it answers you, so a rank drop does not make it react.
The sheet is a floor, not a ceiling: Helium 10's article describes 118 tools, including writes missing from the list of 34 published in the directory. Only the publisher documents this connector; Anthropic has no page of its own on it. The directory badge is not a security audit, and Anthropic does not guarantee tools behave as described, so only connect a tool when you know who publishes it. On the publisher's side, those writes cover costs, keyword tracking and campaign actions.
