Overview

What changes once Claude can reach your Local Falcon data

Local SEO work means juggling scan reports, campaign results and competitor data spread across many screens. With this connector, you ask Claude how a business ranks on the map, where it lost ground or who is beating it, and Claude queries Local Falcon itself, reads the reports and summarises them. On clients that support it, a scan report opens as an interactive geo-grid heatmap in the chat.

Read a ranking report without opening the dashboard. An agency lead asks how a dental clinic ranks for its main keyword: Claude checks listLocalFalconScanReports first to avoid a duplicate scan, then opens the result with getLocalFalconReport, which renders an interactive geo-grid heatmap in the chat.

Follow the trend, not just the snapshot. getLocalFalconTrendReport shows how rankings moved over time, and getLocalFalconCompetitorReport names the businesses taking the top spots.

Keep an eye on the profile itself. Falcon Guard reports, read with getLocalFalconGuardReport, cover the Google Business Profile monitoring of the locations you protect.

What to know first: running a scan or a campaign spends Local Falcon credits, and some single-point checks are billed separately. Local Falcon's own server offers more tools than the Claude sheet lists, notably Google Business Profile editing, which this connector does not show. Nothing runs by itself either: recurring scans live in Local Falcon campaigns, and chaining them to other apps is an automation tool's job, covered by the Integrations hub.

Vocabulary

Five words before you connect

The vocabulary Claude uses around this connector, quickly.

Connector
The link you set up once between Claude and an account you already own, so Claude can work in that account while it answers.
Tool
One named action a connector lets Claude take. Claude chooses the tools it needs by itself, and the directory lists each one by name.
Authorization
The login screen of the service itself, where you give Claude the access it will use. Granted once per person, and revocable.
Approval
The confirmation Claude waits for before doing something that changes your account, shown in the conversation when it matters.
MCP
The shared standard connectors are built on, which is what lets an assistant such as Claude talk to an outside service like Local Falcon.
Connect

Connect Local Falcon to Claude in three steps

  1. 01

    Find Local Falcon in Claude

Open Claude's settings, go to Customize and then Connectors, and look for Local Falcon. Pick the remote one, not the desktop extension. On a Team or Enterprise workspace, an Owner or Primary Owner switches it on before members can sign in.

  2. 02

    Start the connection

Click Connect on its row. You are redirected to Local Falcon to authorize access, and Local Falcon handles the tokens itself. If the link breaks later, use Disconnect and connect again.

  3. 03

    Review the authorization screen

Read the authorization screen before you accept. It belongs to Local Falcon, not to Claude, and it sets what the access covers. You can withdraw that access later from your Local Falcon account.

Tools

The 37 tools, split by what they do

Local Falcon gives Claude 37 tools: 26 that read your account, 11 that change something in it.

Two groups: what Claude reads in Local Falcon and what it sets in motion. Tool names stay exactly as Claude displays them.

Approvals

What Claude checks with you first

By default, Claude stops and asks before each action it takes on an account on someone's behalf, with the prompt shown in the conversation.

On Team and Enterprise workspaces, owners decide whether a member may let some actions through without being asked every time, and they can restrict what a connector does for the whole organization, for example keeping reading and closing writing. Claude works with the rights of the person who connected. Local Falcon adds a useful warning: its tool annotations describe behaviour but do not replace authorization or confirmation of consequential actions, such as spending credits.

Plans

Which plans include it

None of the 819 sheets in the official directory shows plan availability, so the answer for Local Falcon is published nowhere.

Anthropic publishes the general rule: remote connectors, like this one, are open to all users on Claude, Cowork, Claude Desktop and mobile. On Team and Enterprise, an Owner or Primary Owner enables the connector before members connect one by one. For the live state on your account, open this connector's sheet in the official directory.

Limits

Where this connector stops

A connector is not an automation. Claude calls these tools while it answers you; recurring scans come from Local Falcon campaigns, not from Claude.

This connector is documented by its publisher only: no page of Claude's help center covers it. The tool list is an observed floor, not a promise, since an administrator can open actions that no public sheet shows. The partner badge is not a security audit, and Anthropic says on every sheet that it does not choose the tools a publisher exposes nor guarantee how they behave. For another marketing account seen through the same grid, see the Claude activecampaign connector.

FAQ

Questions about the Claude Local Falcon connector

01What can Claude do with the Local Falcon connector?
Claude can read and act on your Local Falcon account from a conversation. It lists and opens scan, campaign, trend, location, keyword, competitor, review and Falcon Guard reports, searches for business locations, checks your credits and reads the knowledge base. It can also run scans, create and drive campaigns, and add or remove locations from Falcon Guard. In supporting clients, a scan report appears as an interactive heatmap right inside the chat window.
02Can Claude spend credits or change my Local Falcon setup?
Yes. Eleven tools act on your account: running a scan, creating a campaign, running, pausing, resuming or reactivating one, adding, pausing, resuming or removing Falcon Guard protection, and saving a location. Scans and campaign runs spend credits, and Local Falcon marks that kind of tool as destructive in its annotations. Some reading tools, such as single-point checks and the location search, are billed separately too, so watch your balance. Check it before large runs.
03Does Claude ask before running a scan or a campaign?
By default, Claude asks for confirmation before each action it takes on an account for someone. No source describes a confirmation specific to any Local Falcon tool, so that general rule is what covers scans, campaigns and Falcon Guard changes. Local Falcon itself notes that its tool hints do not replace confirmation of consequential actions. On Team and Enterprise workspaces, owners can also restrict the connector to reading for everyone.
04Which Claude plans can use the Local Falcon connector?
No official source publishes plan availability connector by connector, and none of the directory's sheets shows it. Anthropic's general rule is that remote connectors are open to all users on Claude, Cowork, Claude Desktop and mobile, with an Owner or Primary Owner enabling them first on Team and Enterprise. This entry is the remote connector. Its sheet in the official directory is the only place that shows its current state for your account.
05Does Claude see every location in our Local Falcon account?
It sees what the account you authorized can see. The connection goes through Local Falcon's own authorization, so Claude works with that user's reports, locations and credits and nothing beyond. A colleague signed in with another Local Falcon account will get other results. On top of that, an owner of a Team or Enterprise workspace can narrow what the connector does for the whole organization, and members cannot lift that restriction themselves.
06What is the difference between the two Local Falcon entries?
The directory lists two. This one is the remote connector: it works in Claude on the web, through the API and in Claude Code, and it can show a scan report as an interactive heatmap in the chat. Its sheet lists 37 tools. The other entry is a desktop extension that runs on your computer with Claude Desktop only, with no in-chat interface and a tool list that also includes campaign editing.
07Should I use Claude or an automation tool with Local Falcon?
They cover different needs, so choose by the job. Claude works inside a conversation: you ask about rankings, it reads reports or runs a scan, and nothing happens once you stop. Recurring scans already live in Local Falcon campaigns. If you want results pushed to a spreadsheet or a client report every week without asking, that is an automation tool's job. For analysis and quick actions on demand, the connector fits.
