What you can automate

What can the Creatify AI Make integration do for you?

The Creatify AI Make integration lets Make drive your Creatify AI account for you. You build a scenario, the automation made of modules chained together, and each module creates a link, a video, a lipsync, an AI script or an AI Shorts item, or reads one back, with no code.

Product pages that turn into ads. A store adds a product, another app passes its URL to Make, and Create a Video from Link starts the video. Get a Video Result then brings the outcome back to the sheet or the chat where your team works.

Talking avatars at scale. List All Available Avatars shows which faces you can use. Create a Lipsync V2 builds the clip, Generate Preview of Lipsync V2 lets someone check it, and Render a Lipsync V2 produces the final file.

Short clips from a script. Create an AI Script drafts the words, Create an AI Shorts Task turns them into a short, and Render an AI Shorts Video finishes it. The List modules help you audit what already exists.

Creatify AI has no trigger in Make, so something else has to start the scenario: another app, or the schedule of Make. If a Creatify endpoint has no module, Make an API Call reaches it with the same connection. The Make documentation also warns that its Creatify AI page is AI-generated, so check important details with Creatify.

Connect

How do you connect Creatify AI to Make?

  1. 01

Copy your API key and key ID

In Creatify AI, click your account name at the top left, choose API Dashboard, then Show API Keys at the top right. The popup shows two values: the API key and the API key ID. Copy both, you need them in Make.

  2. 02

    Add a Creatify AI module

Open a scenario in Make, add any Creatify AI module and click Create a connection. A connection is your Creatify account linked to Make once, then reused by every Creatify module you add later.

  3. 03

Name it and paste the credentials

The Connection name field is optional, but a clear name helps when several accounts share one workspace. Paste the key and the key ID you copied, save, and Make can now read and create items in Creatify.

First scenario

Your first scenario with Creatify AI

GoalWhen a new product link shows up in another app, Make creates a Creatify AI video from it and reads back the result.

  1. 01

    Create the scenario

From the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the +. Creatify AI has no trigger, so the first module comes from the app that holds your product links, such as a spreadsheet or your store.

  2. 02

Add Create a Video from Link

Click the + on the right of the first module, search for Creatify AI and pick Create a Video from Link. Choose your connection, then map the product URL that the first module passes along.

  3. 03

    Read the result back

Add Get a Video Result after it and map the video ID from the previous module. Each item that moves between modules is called a bundle: here, one bundle per product link.

  4. 04

    Test with Run once

Click Run once. Make runs the scenario one time and shows the bundles each module received, so you can check what Creatify sent back before going further.

  5. 05

    Schedule and switch it on

Set the schedule on the first module (every 15 minutes by default) and turn the scenario on. Each module run counts as one operation on your Make plan, so keep the flow short.

Modules

What Creatify AI can do in Make

Creatify AI gives you 28 modules. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

Creatify AI2

Create a Lipsync Task

Action

In MakeCreate a Lipsync Task

Here you launch a lipsync job with the original Creatify lipsync modules, to get a talking-avatar clip. The output is a task you can follow with Get a Lip Sync.

When to use it
your existing scenarios already rely on this version and you want to keep them consistent.
Watch out
the V2 modules form a separate family, so keep each ID with the modules of its own version.
Creatify AI3

Create a Lipsync V2

Action

In MakeCreate a lipsync

Start a lipsync clip with the V2 family of modules and receive an item you can preview, render and read back later. It is the entry point of that whole chain.

When to use it
you are building a new avatar video flow from scratch and want the preview step before the final render.
Watch out
pair it with Generate Preview, Render and Get Lipsync V2, not with the older lipsync modules.
Creatify AI4

Create an AI Shorts Task

Action

In MakeCreate a AI Shorts task

Create an AI Shorts Task opens a short video job in Creatify and returns the item that the preview and render modules need. Think of it as the draft of your short.

When to use it
a script is approved in your content tracker and should become a short clip for social channels.
Watch out
creating the task is not the final video yet; Render an AI Shorts Video handles that step.
Creatify AI5

Create an AI Script

Action

In MakeCreate a Ai Script

Ask Creatify AI to write a script and get the text back as a bundle you can store, review or send to a video module. Useful when nobody on the team has time to draft copy.

When to use it
a new campaign brief lands in your project tool and you want a first script attached to it.
Watch out
generated text still deserves a human read before it goes into a published video.
Creatify AI7

Create Link with Params

Action

In MakeCreate link with params

Like Create a link, but you add parameters when you save the address, so the link item already carries the settings your videos should use. One module instead of two.

When to use it
each product line needs its own settings and you want them fixed at creation.
Watch out
Make only shows the parameters Creatify accepts once the connection works, so connect first and then fill the fields.
Creatify AI9

Generate Preview of AI Shorts

Action

In MakeGenerate preview of AI Shorts

Produce a preview of an AI Shorts task so someone can check the clip before rendering. The result is a bundle you can post to a chat or save in a review sheet.

When to use it
the social team wants to validate tone and pacing of each short before it gets published.
Watch out
it needs the ID returned by Create an AI Shorts Task, so map that value and not a lipsync ID.
Creatify AI10

Generate Preview of Lipsync V2

Action

In MakeGenerate Preivew of lipsync

You get a preview of a V2 lipsync clip, which lets you check the clip before launching the full render. It sits between Create a Lipsync V2 and Render a Lipsync V2.

When to use it
a client approves each spokesperson video, and the preview link goes to them first.
Watch out
only IDs from the V2 family work here; the older lipsync task IDs belong to other modules.
Creatify AI12

Get a Lip Sync

Action

In MakeGet lipsync item by id

Read one lipsync item from the original version by its ID, and bring its current details into your scenario. That is how you follow a job started with Create a Lipsync Task.

When to use it
you log each avatar video in a spreadsheet and want to update its row with what Creatify returns.
Watch out
for items created with the V2 modules, use Get Lipsync V2 instead.
Creatify AI13

Get an AI Script

Action

In MakeGet AI Script item by id

Pull a single AI script by its ID, with the text Creatify generated. You can then send it to a doc, an email or a video module.

When to use it
a script was created earlier and an editor now asks for the latest version in their writing tool.
Watch out
without the ID, start with List all AI Script Item to find the one you want, then map its ID here.
Creatify AI14

Get an AI Shorts Item

Action

In MakeGet a Ai Shorts Item by ID

This module returns one AI Shorts item by its ID so your scenario knows where that short stands. It is the reading side of Create an AI Shorts Task.

When to use it
a teammate marks a short as ready in your tracker and you want the Creatify details next to it.
Watch out
each run reads one item and costs one operation; for a full inventory, List all AI Shorts Items fits better.
Creatify AI15

Get a Video Result

Action

In MakeGet a Video Result

Get a Video Result brings back what Creatify produced for a video, so you can store it, share it or pass it along. It closes the loop opened by Create a Video from Link or Render a Video.

When to use it
the finished ad should land in the folder or channel where the team picks it up.
Watch out
check the returned bundle during Run once to see which values you can map next.
Creatify AI16

Get Lipsync V2

Action

In MakeGet Lipsync by ID

Read a V2 lipsync item by its ID and get its details back in Make. It is the lookup module for everything created with Create a Lipsync V2.

When to use it
a client portal needs the latest information on one avatar clip after a render was requested.
Watch out
the name looks close to Get a Lip Sync, but the two read different versions, so match the module to the family of the ID.
Creatify AI17

Make an API Call

Action

In MakePerforms an arbitrary authorized API call.

Make an API Call reaches any endpoint of the Creatify AI API with the connection you already set up. It covers whatever the dedicated Creatify modules leave out.

When to use it
Creatify offers something in its API that has no dedicated module in Make yet.
Watch out
you write the request yourself, so keep the Creatify API documentation open and test with Run once before switching the scenario on.
Creatify AI18

Render a Lipsync V2

Action

In MakeRenderalipsync

Turn a V2 lipsync item into the final video file. This is the step that follows the preview, once someone has approved the clip.

When to use it
an approval arrives in your chat app or form, and you want the render to start from that answer.
Watch out
render only what was validated, because each render is a real job in your Creatify account; a filter before this module helps.
Creatify AI19

Render an AI Shorts Video

Action

In MakeRender a AI shorts video

Render an AI Shorts Video produces the final version of a short from its task. After this module, you have a clip ready to publish.

When to use it
the preview got a thumbs up and the short should go to your social scheduling tool.
Watch out
map the AI Shorts ID from the create or preview step; a video or lipsync ID belongs to other modules.
Creatify AI20

Render a Video

Action

In MakeRender a Video

Launch the full render of a video once its preview looks right. The result is the finished ad you can later read with Get a Video Result.

When to use it
a product video was previewed from a link and your reviewer approved it in another app.
Watch out
keep a filter between approval and render so rejected previews never reach this module by mistake.
Creatify AI22

Get a Video History

Search

In MakeGet a video history

This search returns the history of your videos in Creatify, one bundle per video. It gives you the list to report on or to sync with another tool.

When to use it
you keep a dashboard of every ad produced and want it filled from Creatify directly.
Watch out
a search can return many bundles and each following module runs once per bundle, which adds operations fast.
Creatify AI23

List all AI Script Item

Search

In MakeGet all Ai Script Item

Pull every AI script in your account as separate bundles, then filter or store them wherever you need. Good for finding a script when you do not have its ID.

When to use it
you want a single sheet that shows all scripts written so far, for review or reuse.
Watch out
it can return zero, one or many items; add a filter before any module that should act on only one.
Creatify AI24

List all AI Shorts Items

Search

In MakeList all Ai Shorts Items

You receive each AI Shorts item as its own bundle, which makes it easy to spot shorts still waiting for a render or a review.

When to use it
a content manager asks for a list of every short in progress, with its details, in the planning tool.
Watch out
a search can also return zero bundles, so plan what the scenario should do when nothing comes back.
Creatify AI25

List All Available Avatars

Search

In MakeGet all available Avatars

See which avatars your Creatify account can use, returned as one bundle each. It saves you from guessing an avatar ID when you build a lipsync flow.

When to use it
you want a picker in a form or a sheet so the team chooses the spokesperson before a video starts.
Watch out
run it once and store the result rather than calling it before every video, which spends operations.
Creatify AI27

List all Lip Sync Items

Search

In MakeList all Lip sync Items

Get every lipsync item from the original version, one bundle each, to report on them or clean up your tracking sheet.

When to use it
you still run scenarios on Create a Lipsync Task and need an overview of what they produced.
Watch out
V2 items do not belong to this list; List All Lipsync V2 covers them, so pick the search that matches your version.
Creatify AI28

List All Lipsync V2

Search

In MakeGet lipsync

This search brings back all V2 lipsync items as separate bundles. Use it to audit avatar clips or to rebuild a list in another tool.

When to use it
you moved to the V2 modules and want one view of every clip created, previewed or rendered.
Watch out
many bundles mean many runs of the modules that follow, so filter the list before acting on it.

FAQ

Creatify AI and Make: frequent questions

01Is the Creatify AI Make integration free?
Yes, on the Make side. Creatify AI is a standard app, so its modules are available from the Free plan. That plan allows 2 active scenarios, a minimum of 15 minutes between scheduled runs, 5 minutes of execution per run, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans lower the interval to 1 minute and remove the limit on active scenarios. You still need an active Creatify account with API access, which follows the Creatify pricing.
02What do you need to connect Creatify AI to Make?
An active Creatify account and its API credentials. In Creatify, open your account name, choose API Dashboard, then Show API Keys, and copy both the API key and the API key ID. In Make, add a Creatify AI module, click Create a connection, give it a name if you like and paste the two values. The same connection then serves all 28 modules, including Make an API Call, so you set it up only once.
03Does Creatify AI trigger Make scenarios in real time?
No, because Creatify AI has no trigger module in Make. The scenario has to start elsewhere. The usual way is a trigger from another app, such as the store or spreadsheet where product links appear. You can also run the scenario on the schedule of Make, which is every 15 minutes by default on a new scenario, and then call a Creatify search to pick up the items you need. Each run spends operations, even when nothing new comes back.
04What if a Creatify AI module is missing in Make?
Use Make an API Call. It sends any request to the Creatify AI API with the connection you already have, so you are not limited to the dedicated modules. Keep the Creatify API documentation at hand to write the request, and test it with Run once. Also note that the Make documentation for this app is marked as AI-generated and may contain mistakes, so confirm important details with Creatify directly.
05Should you use Make or n8n for Creatify AI?
It depends on your flows and your team. In Make, Creatify AI offers 28 modules covering links, videos, lipsync, AI scripts and AI Shorts, plus Make an API Call for the rest, and it runs from the Free plan. Many apps also have an n8n node, so check whether Creatify has one before you decide. Compare the actions you need on each side, the way each tool starts a flow, and which one your team already knows.
