The Geswork Make integration links your Geswork account to Make, a no-code tool where you build a scenario: an automation made of modules, each module being one brick that acts on one app. With it, Make can open a deal in Geswork or read your workspaces and their tasks, then hand that data to any other app you use.

Every new lead becomes a deal. A contact form, a CRM or a spreadsheet row starts the scenario, and Créer une affaire opens the matching deal in Geswork. Nobody retypes the request by hand anymore.

    Add any Geswork module to your scenario and click Create a connection. A connection is your Geswork account linked to Make once; every Geswork module in every scenario then reuses it.

    Naming the connection is optional, but a label such as the company or the user behind the account saves confusion later, especially when a colleague adds a second Geswork account next to yours.

    Create the scenario

    From the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the + to add the first module. Pick the app where your requests arrive, such as your form tool or your CRM.

    Set up the starting module

    Choose the module of that app that watches for new entries, link its account with Create a connection, then fill its fields. Each new entry will travel through the scenario as one bundle, one item passed from module to module.

    Add the Geswork deal

    Click the + on the right of the first module, search for Geswork and pick Créer une affaire. Connect your account, then map the values of the incoming bundle into the deal fields.

    Test with Run once

    Click Run once to run the scenario a single time. Open the bubble above each module to read the bundles it received, then check in Geswork that the deal looks the way you expect.

    Schedule and switch it on

    Set the schedule on the first module (a new scenario runs every 15 minutes by default) and switch the scenario on. From now on, each new request becomes a deal without any copying.

That plan has limits worth knowing: 2 active scenarios, at least 15 minutes between two scheduled runs, 5 minutes of execution per run, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans (Core, Pro, Teams and Enterprise) lower the interval to 1 minute, remove the cap on active scenarios and count usage in credits, which are operations, each month. Your Geswork subscription is a separate matter.
