A call goes out when something happens elsewhere. A form, a sheet row or another app starts the scenario, then Initiate an Outbound Phone Call asks Kollie to place the call.

How do you connect your Kollie account to Make?

    Add a Kollie module

    Open your scenario, click the + and type Kollie in the search box. Pick any Kollie module, then click Create a connection. A connection is your Kollie account linked to Make once and reused by every Kollie module.

Build your first scenario with Kollie

    From the Scenarios page, create a new scenario. An empty canvas opens with a large + in the middle: that is where the first module goes.

01Is the Kollie Make integration free?
Yes, Kollie is a standard app in Make, so it works from the Free plan onward. The Free plan allows 2 active scenarios, a minimum of 15 minutes between two scheduled runs, 5 minutes of execution per run, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans lift the active scenario limit, go down to 1 minute between runs and allow 40 minutes of execution. Make counts usage in operations, one per module per bundle, so busy call flows use more of your monthly allowance. Your Kollie subscription is a separate matter.
02What do you need to connect Kollie to Make?
You need a Kollie account and a Make account. Add any Kollie module, click Create a connection, name it if you want, then either approve Make on the Kollie page or paste the key Kollie gives you, and click Save.
