The Nedzo AI Make integration lets Make drive your Nedzo AI account for you. You build a scenario, the automation made of modules chained one after the other, and each module does one job in Nedzo AI: set up an agent, save a contact, look one up or start a phone call.

Call every new lead without touching a keyboard. A form in another app collects a name and a number, Create/Update Contact saves that person in Nedzo AI, and Make Phone Call Using PhoneNumber dials them. Nobody on the team had to dial.

Keep your contact list clean. Find Contact checks whether someone already exists before you write anything, and Delete Contact removes the people who asked to be left alone.

Spin up a workspace per client. An agency can pair Create Workspace with Create Inbound Voice Agent or Create Chat Agent each time a deal is signed, then adjust the agent later with Update Agent.

What Make does not do here: Nedzo AI has no trigger in Make, so a scenario always starts from another app or from a schedule. Make itself flags the Nedzo AI documentation as AI-generated content that may contain mistakes, so test each module with care. How do you connect Nedzo AI to Make?

    Copy your API key from Nedzo AI

    Sign in to Nedzo AI, open the settings and go to the API keys section. Copy the key shown on screen. That key is what lets Make act on your account, so keep it somewhere private.

    Open the connection window in Make

    In your scenario, add any Nedzo AI module and click Create a connection. A connection is your Nedzo AI account linked to Make once, then reused by every Nedzo AI module you add. You can type a label in Connection name if you manage several accounts.

    Paste the key and save

    Paste the API key you copied, or follow the instructions Make shows on screen, then confirm. The module now lists your Nedzo AI data and you can fill in its fields.

Your first scenario with Nedzo AI

GoalWhen a new lead fills in a form in another app, Make saves that person as a Nedzo AI contact and places a call to the number they gave.

    Create the scenario

    On the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the +. The first module is the trigger of your form app, since Nedzo AI has none: pick the one that fires on a new submission.

    Save the lead in Nedzo AI

    Click the + on the right, search for Nedzo AI and choose Create/Update Contact. Link your account with Create a connection, then map the name and phone number coming from the form.

    Add the call

    Add a third module, Make Phone Call Using PhoneNumber, and map the phone number from the form into it. Each bundle, meaning one lead passing through the scenario, gets its own call.

    Test with Run once

    Click Run once, then send a test entry through your form using your own number. Open the bubble above each module to read the bundles it received and confirm the contact landed in Nedzo AI.

    Schedule and switch on

    Set the schedule on the first module. A new scenario checks every 15 minutes by default; the Free plan cannot go lower, paid plans go down to 1 minute. Then switch the scenario on.

01Is the Nedzo AI Make integration free?
Yes, on the Make side. Nedzo AI is a standard app, so it works on the Free plan. That plan allows 2 active scenarios, a minimum of 15 minutes between two scheduled runs, 5 minutes of execution per run, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans (Core, Pro, Teams and Enterprise) lift the interval to 1 minute and remove the cap on active scenarios. Every module run counts as an operation on your plan. Nedzo AI has its own subscription, which you handle with Nedzo AI directly.
02What do you need to connect Nedzo AI to Make?
An active Nedzo AI account and its API key. You find the key in the settings of Nedzo AI, in the API keys section, and copy it. In Make, add a Nedzo AI module, click Create a connection, optionally give the connection a name, then paste the key. That single connection then serves all 15 modules, so you only do this once per account. If Make refuses the key, check that your Nedzo AI subscription is active before looking anywhere else.
03Can a Nedzo AI scenario start in real time?
It depends on the first module, because Nedzo AI has no trigger of its own in Make. Your scenario starts with a trigger from another app, a form tool or a CRM for instance. If that app offers an instant trigger, it calls Make through a webhook as soon as something happens and your Nedzo AI modules follow right away. Otherwise the scenario runs on its schedule: every 15 minutes by default, down to 1 minute on a paid plan.
04What if a Nedzo AI module you need is missing in Make?
Start by looking at the 15 modules listed on this page, since they cover agents, contacts, workspaces and calls. Nedzo AI does not have the universal Make an API Call module that some apps offer.
