Tag users from your CRM. When a deal changes stage in another tool, Set a User Attribute Value writes that stage on the matching bot user, so your bot can adapt its next conversation.

Send a message when something happens elsewhere. A form submission or an order in another app can end with Send a Free Text Message or Send a Pre-Defined Message, so the user hears from the bot without anyone typing.

Show something visual. Send an Image Message and Create a carousel card for a user let a scenario push a picture or a card instead of plain text.

Know the limits before you start.
