3veta Zapier integrationAutomate 3veta with Zapier.
The 3veta Zapier integration gives you 5 triggers, 0 actions and 2 searches. Every trigger is instant, so a booking, a payment or a moved meeting reaches your other tools at once, even on the free plan, since the polling interval never applies.

What the 3veta Zapier integration actually does
It links your 3veta account to Zapier so that what happens in 3veta (a client books a service, pays, joins a meeting, or a meeting gets moved) sets off work in your other apps. 3veta only speaks first here: it reports events and answers lookups, and the writing happens in the tools you connect after it.
Three results people usually build. A booking log: New Booking drops every reservation into the sheet or CRM your team already reads. A payment alert: New Transaction tells your accountant or your team chat the moment a client pays for a meeting, a bookable service or a payment link. A calendar that stays honest: Update Meeting pushes the new date to wherever the old one was copied, so nobody shows up at the wrong time.
Now the part the app page does not spell out. Zapier cannot create, edit or cancel anything inside 3veta: there are zero actions. If your plan was to book a slot in 3veta from a form, that road is closed. The two searches, Find Customer and Find Meeting, only read, and each one needs an ID you already hold.
Before you commit, it is worth comparing tools on your own criteria. Our Make vs Zapier and n8n vs Zapier comparisons lay out the trade-offs, and the Zapier review covers the platform as a whole.
Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Eight words come back on every line of this page. Here they are in plain English.
- Zap
- The automation you build in Zapier: one starting event, then one or more steps that run each time that event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Once the Zap is switched on, Zapier sits and waits for it to happen.
- Action
- The step that does the work once the Zap has started: it writes, sends or moves something in an app for you.
- Task
- What Zapier bills you for: one action your Zap completes successfully. Your plan counts these and nothing else.
- Instant vs polling
- An instant trigger is reported by the app the moment the event happens. A polling trigger is checked by Zapier on a timer instead.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap continue only when the incoming data meets your condition, and quietly stops it otherwise.
- Search step
- A step that looks up something that already exists in an app, so the steps after it can reuse what it found.
- Connection
- Your 3veta account, linked to Zapier one time, then reused by every step of every Zap that touches 3veta.
What a 3veta Zap really costs
3veta is not a premium app, so it runs on the free plan. The bill depends on what happens after the trigger.
- TriggerFree, never counted
- Each successful action1 task
- Free plan100 tasks a month, 2-step Zaps only
- Premium appNo, 3veta works on the free plan
The trigger itself never costs a task, and neither does Zapier listening for new events. Each action that succeeds counts once, so a Zap with three actions uses three times as much as a Zap with one. An action that fails is not counted. The free plan gives you 100 tasks a month and unlimited Zaps, but every Zap stops at two steps: one trigger, one action. Add a filter or one of the 3veta searches and the Zap becomes multi-step, which needs a paid plan.
Connect your 3veta account to Zapier
- 01
Open the Apps page
In your Zapier account, go to Apps and click + Add connection. A dialog opens with a search box. Type 3veta in that box and pick it from the list of matching apps.
- 02
Sign in to 3veta
Click Add connection. A new tab opens on 3veta: log in with the account that owns the bookings, meetings and payments you want the Zap to see, not a personal test account.
- 03
Grant access
Allow Zapier to reach the account. If the meetings or customers belong to someone else, you need read access to them first, or the Zap will see nothing of theirs.
Your first Zap: tell your bookkeeper and your team about every payment
GoalWhen a client pays in 3veta, email your bookkeeper and post the payment in your team chat.
- 01
Build the trigger
Create a Zap, pick 3veta as the app and
New Transactionas the event. Then choose the 3veta connection you made in the previous section. - 02
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent transactions of your account, so you map fields on a real payment rather than an empty shell.
- 03
Add the email step
Add your email app as the first action and map the payment details from the trigger into the subject and the body of the message.
- 04
Add the chat step
Click the plus icon below the email and add your team chat as a second action, reusing the same payment details in the message.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test the email step once and read what came back. Then click Publish. Two actions make this a multi-step Zap, so it needs a paid plan.
The 5 triggers of the 3veta Zapier integration
5 events start a Zap when something happens in 3veta, and 5 of them are instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
New Booking
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a customer books one of your services.”
Starts your Zap whenever a client reserves one of the services you sell through 3veta. You get the booking details right away, ready to send to a CRM, a sheet or a team channel.
New Customer
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a customer joins a your meeting.”
Fires when a client joins one of your meetings in 3veta. It is the cleanest way to know who actually showed up, as opposed to who simply booked.
New Meeting
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when provider creates a new meeting.”
Runs each time you, as the provider, create a meeting in 3veta. Think of it as the event for meetings you set up yourself rather than ones a client booked.
New Transaction
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a customers pays for a meeting, bookable service or payment link.”
Kicks off as soon as a client pays you in 3veta, whether the money comes from a meeting, a bookable service or a payment link. It is the one to watch for anything finance-related.
Update Meeting
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a meeting is rescheduled to a different start and end dates.”
Goes off when a meeting gets rescheduled to new start and end dates. That makes it the guard against stale copies of your agenda sitting in other tools.
The 2 searches: look up a 3veta customer or meeting
2 search steps look for data that already exists in 3veta, so a later step can use it.
A search step reads 3veta and hands what it found to the next steps. In the editor, searches sit at the bottom of the Action event list, under SEARCH. Three settings decide what happens when the result is not what you expected.
Find Customer
SearchIn Zapier“Finds a Customer”
Pulls up one client record from 3veta using its Customer ID, so later steps can reuse that client's details.
Find Meeting
SearchIn Zapier“Finds a Meeting”
Retrieves a single meeting from 3veta by its Meeting ID and feeds its data into the steps that follow.
The three settings every search exposes
- Successful if no search results are found?Left on its default, a search that finds nothing stops the Zap right there and skips the steps that needed it. Switch it on and the Zap keeps going, empty-handed.
- Create X if it doesn't exist yet? This box turns a search into find-or-create. 3veta offers no such variant, and since it has no actions, nothing missing can be created in it.
- If multiple search results are found?Three exits when several items match: keep the first one (the default), stop the Zap, or pass every match along at once.
When your 3veta Zap breaks
Zapier attaches no help article to 3veta, so the usual failures are the general ones, and they hit this app in specific ways.
Most problems only show up once real bookings and payments start flowing. When a Zap stalls and you cannot see why, our Zapier troubleshooting guide walks through the checks.
Past bookings never arrive
A Zap only reacts to what happens after you switch it on. Bookings and payments made earlier are not picked up; moving that history is a separate job.A search finds nothing and the Zap stops
With the default setting, Find Customer or Find Meeting coming back empty halts the run and skips every step that depended on it.A bulk import gets held back
If a burst of events lands at once, after a migration for instance, Zapier's flood protection can pause them before they run.The search step needs a paid plan
Adding a search or a filter turns a Zap multi-step. On the free plan you are limited to one trigger and one action.
