AGENTVIEW Zapier integrationAutomate AGENTVIEW with Zapier.
The AGENTVIEW Zapier integration gives you 1 trigger, 1 action and 0 searches. Enough to push every new real estate lead out of the CRM into your other tools, or to drop leads captured elsewhere into it, with no copy and paste at all.

What the AGENTVIEW Zapier integration actually does
AGENTVIEW is a CRM built for real estate agents: it holds your leads and the follow-up around them. The integration links it to Zapier, a tool that runs automations between apps. In practice it does two things: it notices each new lead in AGENTVIEW, and it can create a lead there when something happens in another app.
Three results you can expect. A lead alert your team actually sees: Send Lead picks up the new contact and passes it to a chat or an email tool, so the agent on duty hears about it without opening the CRM. A lead pipeline fed from the outside: Create Lead takes what arrives through a web form or a listing inquiry and files it as a lead in AGENTVIEW. A running log of new leads: the same trigger can write each lead into a spreadsheet, handy for a broker who wants the intake in one place. No extra CRM login needed.
Now the limits. The integration offers no search, so a Zap cannot look up an existing lead before acting, and it cannot update or delete one either: the only write operation is creation. It also checks for new leads on a timer rather than hearing about them instantly, and it never goes back for leads created before the Zap was switched on.
If you are still weighing tools, the Make vs Zapier comparison sets the criteria side by side.
Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Seven words come back on every Zapier screen. Here is what each one means in plain English.
- Zap
- The automation you build: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time the trigger event shows up.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Once the Zap is on, Zapier sits and waits for it to happen.
- Action
- What the Zap does after it starts: the step that writes, sends or moves something on your behalf.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action that your Zap completes successfully. Your plan counts these and nothing else.
- Polling vs instant trigger
- Polling means Zapier asks the app for new items on a timer. Instant means the app calls Zapier the moment the event happens.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap carry on only when what arrived matches your condition, and stops it otherwise.
- Connection
- Your app account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every step in every Zap that uses that app.
What it really costs
AGENTVIEW is not a premium app, so it works on the free Zapier plan.
- Premium appNo
- Free plan100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps
- Trigger cost0 tasks
The trigger never costs a task, and neither does checking for new leads, however often Zapier looks. You pay only when an action succeeds: an action that fails is not counted against your plan. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and checks every 15 minutes, but it only builds two-step Zaps. Add a filter, a second action or a search and the Zap becomes multi-step, which then needs a paid Zapier plan.
Connect AGENTVIEW to Zapier in 3 steps
- 01
Open your Apps page
In your Zapier account, go to Apps and click + Add connection. You need an AGENTVIEW account first, plus access to any leads you do not own yourself and want the Zap to touch.
- 02
Find AGENTVIEW
Type AGENTVIEW in the search box of the dialog, select it from the results, then click Add connection. A new browser tab opens on the AGENTVIEW side to finish the link.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Log in to AGENTVIEW in that tab and allow Zapier to reach the account. The connection is then saved. Every Zap that uses AGENTVIEW reuses it, with no new prompt.
Your first Zap: route hot leads to the listing team
GoalEach new AGENTVIEW lead that matches a condition you pick gets posted to the listing team's channel.
- 01
Create the Zap and pick the trigger
Start a new Zap, choose AGENTVIEW as the app that starts it and Send Lead as the event, then select the connection you made earlier.
- 02
Test the trigger on real leads
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent leads of the account, so pick one that looks like a typical inquiry and build the rest on it.
- 03
Add the filter
Click the plus icon, choose Filter, then set the field to look at, the rule and the value. Pick a text rule for text and a number rule for numbers, or it never passes.
- 04
Add the chat action
Add the message step for your team chat and map the lead details from the trigger into the message, so the agent sees who came in without opening AGENTVIEW.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test each step once and read what came back. When the message lands where you expect, click Publish to switch the Zap on. With a filter inside, this Zap needs a paid plan.
The AGENTVIEW trigger
1 event starts a Zap when something happens in AGENTVIEW. Zapier checks for them at the interval your plan allows.
Send Lead
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new lead is created in AGENTVIEW.”
This is the event that hands each fresh AGENTVIEW lead to Zapier: whenever a lead is created in the CRM, the Zap starts and carries that lead's details to the next steps. It is the only way to get data out of AGENTVIEW through Zapier, so every outbound Zap begins here.
The AGENTVIEW action
AGENTVIEW gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

Create Lead
ActionIn Zapier“Creates a new lead inside AGENTVIEW CRM.”
Files a brand new lead in the AGENTVIEW CRM from whatever an earlier step carried, so contacts collected elsewhere end up in the same pipeline as the rest.
When it breaks
Zapier attaches no help article to AGENTVIEW, so the failures below are the general ones that apply to this integration.
Most AGENTVIEW Zaps fail for one of four reasons, and none of them shows up as an error message. When a Zap goes quiet or burns through tasks, the Zapier troubleshooting guide is the next stop.
Old leads never show up
A Zap only reacts to leads created after it was switched on. The leads already in AGENTVIEW stay where they are, and moving that backlog is a separate job.The Zap feeds itself
Create Lead writes into the very place Send Lead watches. Chain them and each new lead triggers another, which eats your task count fast.A bulk import gets held back
After a mass import, the trigger can return a huge batch at once. Zapier's flood protection may hold those leads back instead of running them all.Leads arrive late
Send Lead is a polling trigger. On the free plan a lead can wait up to 15 minutes before the Zap sees it, which is normal, not a fault.
