Bolesa Zapier integrationAutomate Bolesa with Zapier.
The Bolesa Zapier integration gives you 1 action, 0 triggers and 0 searches. One move, then: an order comes in somewhere else, and Bolesa produces the shipping airway bill without anyone retyping the address. Here is what that costs and where it trips.

What the Bolesa Zapier integration actually does
Bolesa builds shipping airway bills for ecommerce orders sent with large carriers. Hooked to Zapier, it becomes the last step of an automation: another app announces the order, and Bolesa turns it into a waybill. It never starts anything on its own, because Zapier lists no Bolesa event that could kick a workflow off.
So everything hinges on a single action, Create New Shipping Awb. Three results come out of it in practice.
A waybill per new order. Your shop records a sale, and the bill is ready before the parcel is packed. Nobody copies a name, a street or a postcode by hand anymore.
A waybill only for the orders that should ship. Put a filter between the order and Bolesa (paid orders only, say) and drafts or cancelled carts never reach the carrier. That extra step does make the Zap a paid-plan one.
A waybill from somewhere that isn't a shop. A spreadsheet row, a form answer, a CRM deal marked won: any app with a trigger on Zapier can feed the same action, as long as it carries the shipping details.
Now the honest part. Zapier can't tell you when Bolesa has finished something, since there is no Bolesa trigger to watch. It can't look up a waybill you created last week either (no search step on this app). And it won't go back for orders placed before the Zap was switched on.
If you are weighing tools before you build, the n8n vs Zapier comparison is the place to start, before the first Zap is built.
Zapier words, in plain English
Seven terms come back all over this page. Each one, once, in a sentence.
- Zap
- Your automation, start to finish. Here: an order shows up somewhere, and the same chain of steps runs again for each new one.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Once the Zap is on, Zapier sits and waits for it. Bolesa has none, so another app plays this part.
- Action
- The work done once the Zap is running, like writing or sending something. On this page there is only one: creating the airway bill.
- Task
- What Zapier counts against your plan. Every airway bill that Bolesa really creates is one; a run that fails leaves the count alone.
- Polling vs instant
- A polling trigger is checked on a timer for new items. An instant trigger is reported by the app the moment the event happens, with no wait.
- Filter
- A gate between the order and Bolesa. If the order fails your rule (unpaid, a test), the Zap ends there and nothing ships.
- Connection
- The link between Zapier and your Bolesa login, set up a single time. Each Zap that ends on Bolesa picks it from a list.
- Multi-step Zap
- Anything beyond one trigger plus one action. A second action, a filter or a search turns a Zap into one, and it then needs a paid plan.
What a Bolesa Zap costs you
Bolesa isn't a premium app, so it works on the free plan. The bill depends on tasks, and only one step here produces them.
- TriggerFree, never counted
- Create New Shipping Awb1 task when it succeeds
- Free plan100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps
- Premium appNo
The trigger on the order side never costs a task, and neither does Zapier checking for new data. Each airway bill Bolesa creates counts as one task; a failed attempt counts for nothing. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and checks polling triggers every 15 minutes. It also caps a Zap at two steps, so adding a filter means a paid plan. Each extra action would be billed on its own, so a three-action Zap eats three times as much as this one.
Connecting your Bolesa account to Zapier
- 01
Start from the Apps page
In your Zapier account, open Apps and click + Add connection. A dialog appears with a search box. Have your Bolesa login at hand before you go further.
- 02
Find Bolesa and confirm
Type Bolesa in the dialog, pick it from the results, then click Add connection. A new browser tab opens on the Bolesa side, which is where the actual sign-in happens.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Log into Bolesa in that tab and allow Zapier to use the account. From then on, the connection is saved and every Zap reuses it. If a colleague owns the shipping data, make sure your login has write access to it.
Your first Bolesa Zap, step by step
GoalCreate an airway bill in Bolesa for every paid order in your store.
- 01
Pick the starting app
Since Bolesa has no trigger, the Zap begins in your store app. Choose its new-order event and connect that account first.
- 02
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent orders from the connected store, so you map fields against a real order instead of a blank one.
- 03
Add the filter
Click the plus icon, add Filter, then set the field, the rule and the value. Use a text rule on a text field, or it will never pass.
- 04
Add Bolesa as the action
Add a step, choose Bolesa and Create New Shipping Awb. Fill each field it asks for with the matching value from the order the trigger brought back.
- 05
Test, then publish
Run the action once and check the waybill that came back in Bolesa. If it looks right, hit Publish to switch the Zap on.
The Bolesa action on Zapier
Bolesa gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

Takes an incoming order and produces the shipping airway bill for it in Bolesa, ready for the carrier. Each successful run is one task.
When a Bolesa Zap breaks
Zapier attaches no help article to Bolesa, and no app-specific limit is documented. What goes wrong is Zapier's general behavior.
Four cases cover most of the trouble with a one-action app like this one. For deeper digging, the Zapier troubleshooting page is the next stop when none of these four fits.
Old orders stay without a waybill
The Zap only sees orders created after it was published. Everything already sitting in your store has to be handled another way.A loop that eats your tasks
If the step after Bolesa writes back into the place your trigger watches, the Zap sets itself off again and again, and the task count drains fast.A bulk import gets held back
When the trigger app suddenly returns a huge batch, after a migration for instance, Zapier's flood protection may pause it before Bolesa sees anything. The same order, only once
On a polling trigger, Zapier remembers which orders it has already seen, so a single order never creates two airway bills by itself.
