What the Corsizio Zapier integration does for your classes
It pushes what happens in Corsizio, the platform that handles online registrations and payments for classes, courses, workshops and trainings, to the rest of your tools. Corsizio can start an automation for attendees and for events, and it reports every change instantly.
Three results worth building. Every registrant in your CRM: New Attendee starts the Zap, and the next step creates the contact where your team follows up. A schedule that stays in sync: New Event or Class, Updated Event and Deleted Event mirror your Corsizio calendar in the tool your students or staff actually check. Clean lists after changes: Updated Attendee and Deleted Attendee carry each correction or cancellation to the other places that person appears.
Speed is the strong point. All six triggers are instant, so Corsizio tells Zapier as soon as something happens and the free plan's 15-minute check never applies.
What Zapier does not do here: Corsizio has no action and no search on Zapier. A Zap can react to attendees and events, but it cannot register someone, create a class or look anything up inside Corsizio. The second step always belongs to another tool. And the two Updated triggers fire on every edit, so they must update records elsewhere, never create them. If you are weighing platforms, the Corsizio Make integration covers the same app on Make. There is no n8n page for Corsizio on this site.
Zapier vocabulary, one line each
Seven words, and the Zapier editor stops being a mystery.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap, like a new Corsizio attendee. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it.
- Action
- What the Zap does once started: the step that writes, sends or moves something. With Corsizio, it comes from another app.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action your Zap completes successfully. Your plan's allowance is a count of those.
- Instant trigger
- A trigger the app reports itself the moment the event happens, with no wait. All six Corsizio triggers work this way.
- Polling trigger
- A trigger Zapier checks on a timer that depends on your plan. Corsizio has none, so that delay does not concern you here.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap continue only when what arrived meets your condition, and stops it otherwise.
What a Corsizio Zap really costs
Zapier bills tasks, not Zaps. A Corsizio trigger never costs a task, however many registrations come in.
- Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps
- Zap size on FreeTwo steps: one trigger, one action
- Premium appNo, Corsizio works on the free plan
- Trigger typeInstant, all 6 triggers
You pay for the action that follows, in the other app: one task when it succeeds, nothing when it fails. Two actions mean two tasks per registration. A few apps and actions take more than one task. The free plan builds two-step Zaps, one trigger and one action, which is all a basic Corsizio Zap needs. A filter makes it multi-step and needs a paid plan. The grid below only applies to polling triggers; Corsizio's are instant on every plan.
Connect Corsizio to Zapier in 3 steps
- 01
Open your connections
In Zapier, open the Apps page of your account and click + Add connection. A connection is your Corsizio account linked once, then reused by every Zap that starts from Corsizio.
- 02
Find Corsizio
Search for Corsizio in the dialog, select it and click Add connection. You need an existing Corsizio account, plus access to any event you do not own and want a Zap to watch.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Sign in to Corsizio in the tab that opens and grant Zapier access to the account. Every Corsizio trigger in every Zap can then reuse this connection without asking again.
Your first Zap: new registrants in your CRM, team told
GoalEach person who registers in Corsizio becomes a contact in your CRM within seconds, and the team gets a message about it.
- 01
Build: set the trigger
Start a new Zap, pick Corsizio and the New Attendee trigger. It is instant, so the editor shows a lightning bolt and there is no interval to set.
- 02
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent attendees of the account, so you map fields on a real registration rather than a placeholder.
- 03
Add your CRM action
Pick your CRM and its action for creating a contact, then map the attendee details the test brought back. New Attendee comes through once per registration, so no duplicate contact here.
- 04
Add the team message
Add your team chat and its action for sending a message, with the attendee's name. Two actions make this a multi-step Zap on a paid plan, using two tasks per registration.
- 05
Test, then Publish
Test each step, check the contact and the message, then click Publish. People who registered before that moment are not sent over.
Corsizio triggers on Zapier
6 events start a Zap when something happens in Corsizio, and 6 of them are instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
New Attendee
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new attendee registers or is created.”
Starts your Zap when someone registers for one of your events, or when you add an attendee yourself. Zapier highlights it, and it is the natural base for anything that adds a person somewhere else.
Deleted Attendee
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when an attendee is deleted.”
Fires when an attendee is deleted from Corsizio. A cancellation stops being a silent gap in your list and becomes something the rest of your tools can react to.
Updated Attendee
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when an attendee is updated.”
Goes off each time an attendee's record changes in Corsizio. Use it to keep another tool aligned, so a corrected email or name follows the person everywhere.
New Event or Class
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new event or class is created.”
Kicks off the Zap when you create a new event or class in Corsizio. Zapier features it, and it is where announcing and scheduling usually start.
Deleted Event
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when an event or class is deleted.”
Triggers when you delete an event or class in Corsizio. Removing a session in one place no longer leaves a ghost of it in every other tool.
Updated Event
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when an event or class is updated.”
Reacts whenever an event or class is edited in Corsizio. A change reaches the rest of your tools as soon as you save it.
When a Corsizio Zap breaks
Zapier ties no help article to Corsizio, so the traps below are the general ones of any Zap, applied to this app.
Test each step before publishing and read what comes back. If a step keeps failing, the Zapier troubleshooting guide helps you find why, and the Zapier training covers the editor from the start.
Earlier registrations never come through
A Zap only reacts to what happens after you publish it. Attendees and classes already in Corsizio stay there; moving that backlog is a separate job.Duplicates from an Updated trigger
Updated Attendee and Updated Event fire on every change. Pair them with a create step and each edit adds another copy elsewhere.A bulk import held back
If you import a whole season of attendees at once, Zapier's flood protection can hold that sudden batch back instead of running it all.A filter that never passes
Filter rules are typed: a text rule only works on text, a number rule only on numbers. Pick the wrong one and every registration stops.
