What the LeadMarkt.ch Zapier integration gives you
A single exit door for your leads. LeadMarkt.ch is a lead generator: it produces new leads for you. Zapier, the automation service, watches for those new leads and passes each one to another app. That is the whole integration. The leads go out of LeadMarkt.ch, and nothing comes back in.
Since there is one trigger, the value lies in where you send each lead. Three results come up most. A lead log the whole team can open: every New Lead becomes a row in a shared spreadsheet. A lead that reaches its owner without delay beyond the polling interval: it lands directly in the tool your team works from. A cleaner pipeline: only the leads you care about go through, once a filter step sorts them (on a paid plan).
Here is what the app page does not tell you. Zapier has no action and no search for LeadMarkt.ch. It cannot mark a lead as handled there, change it or find an older one. Any Zap you build starts with a new LeadMarkt.ch lead and ends somewhere else. Work that has to happen inside LeadMarkt.ch stays inside LeadMarkt.ch.
New Lead works by polling, so on the free plan a lead can wait up to 15 minutes before the Zap picks it up. If you are still choosing a tool, see our Make vs Zapier and n8n vs Zapier comparisons.
The Zapier words on this page
Seven terms are enough to follow everything below. One short line each.
- Zap
- An automation in Zapier: one trigger, followed by one or more actions that run every time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event that sets the Zap off. Here, a new lead produced by LeadMarkt.ch. Zapier waits for it once the Zap is on.
- Action
- The step the Zap carries out after it starts: writing, sending or moving something, always in another app on this page.
- Task
- What Zapier counts and bills: one action completed successfully. The number on your plan is a number of tasks.
- Polling vs instant
- Polling: Zapier checks the app on a timer and keeps only what is new. Instant: the app tells Zapier right when it happens.
- Filter
- A step that only lets the Zap continue if what came in matches the condition you set. Otherwise the Zap stops there.
- Connection
- Your LeadMarkt.ch account linked to Zapier one time, then reused by every Zap that starts from LeadMarkt.ch.
What a LeadMarkt.ch Zap really costs
LeadMarkt.ch is not a premium app: it runs on the free Zapier plan. What you pay depends on the steps after the trigger.
- Premium appNo, free plan is enough
- Free plan100 tasks a month, two steps per Zap
- New Lead triggerFree, never a task
- Each successful actionOne task
The New Lead trigger never costs a task, no matter how often Zapier checks. Every action that works counts as one task, and an action that fails costs nothing. On the free plan you get 100 tasks a month and Zaps of two steps: one trigger, one action. A second action, a filter or a search step makes it a multi-step Zap, which is only on paid plans. None of this depends on LeadMarkt.ch. Every part of this grid is a Zapier rule.
Connect LeadMarkt.ch to Zapier in 3 steps
- 01
Open the Apps page
Make sure you have a LeadMarkt.ch account first, plus access granted on it if someone else owns it. Then, in Zapier, open the Apps page of your account and click + Add connection.
- 02
Select LeadMarkt.ch
In the dialog, search for LeadMarkt.ch by name and pick it from the results. Click Add connection, and a new tab opens so you can sign in on the LeadMarkt.ch side.
- 03
Sign in and allow Zapier
Sign in to LeadMarkt.ch in that tab and grant Zapier access to your account. Back on the Apps page, the connection is listed and any Zap can use it. You do this once.
Your first Zap: each new lead becomes a row
GoalEvery new lead generated in LeadMarkt.ch is added as a row in your spreadsheet.
- 01
Choose the trigger
Create a Zap, set LeadMarkt.ch as the app and New Lead as the event, then select your LeadMarkt.ch connection. No other setting is required.
- 02
Test with real leads
Run the trigger test. Zapier fetches the three most recent leads from your account, so every field you map later comes from a real lead.
- 03
Add a filter (paid plans)
Click the plus icon and add a Filter: pick the field, the rule and the value. Since a filter makes the Zap multi-step, skip this step on the free plan.
- 04
Add the action
Choose the app that receives the lead and the action that adds the row. Map the LeadMarkt.ch fields, test the step once and read what came back.
- 05
Publish
Click Publish to turn the Zap on. Zapier now checks LeadMarkt.ch at your plan's interval, for leads generated from this moment on.
The LeadMarkt.ch trigger
1 event starts a Zap when something happens in LeadMarkt.ch. Zapier checks for them at the interval your plan allows.
New Lead
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new lead is generated.”
Runs the Zap whenever your LeadMarkt.ch lead generator produces a new lead. As the only operation of this integration, it is where every LeadMarkt.ch Zap begins, and the lead it brings is what all the following steps work with.
When it breaks
Zapier attaches no help article to LeadMarkt.ch, and no limit of its own is documented. What can go wrong comes from how Zapier works in general.
Four situations explain nearly every surprise. None of them shows an error message: the Zap just does less than you thought. If a Zap still misbehaves, see our Zapier troubleshooting guide.
Leads from before are skipped
The Zap only reacts to leads generated after you switch it on. Whatever LeadMarkt.ch already held stays there, and moving it is a job of its own.A surge of leads is held back
If the trigger suddenly returns a huge batch, after a bulk import for instance, Zapier's flood protection can hold it back rather than run the Zap on each lead.A lead is never sent twice
On a polling trigger, Zapier keeps track of what it has already seen. A lead that started the Zap once will not start it again.A filter that lets nothing pass
Each filter rule has a type: text rules work on text, number rules on numbers. With the wrong type, the filter stops every lead that arrives.
