What the LevelUp Score Zapier integration does
The LevelUp Score Zapier integration feeds clients into LevelUp Score, the software that builds goal-driven, automated credit action plans, from the tools where those clients first show up. Someone fills in your form, Zapier passes the name and email along, and LevelUp Score creates or refreshes the client record.
Three results you can build, all on the same action. A clean intake: each form entry becomes a client through Add or Update Client, with first name, last name and email filled in, so nobody retypes them. A selective intake: a filter in front of the action lets through only the entries you want as clients. A refresh rather than a duplicate: because the action adds or updates, the same person arriving twice is meant to update their record, not create a second one.
What Zapier does not do here. LevelUp Score has no trigger on Zapier, so nothing that happens in LevelUp Score, such as progress on a plan, can start a Zap or reach your other tools. There is no search either, so a Zap cannot read a client back. And the only fields documented for the action are first name, last name and email; anything else about the client stays in LevelUp Score.

Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Eight editor terms in plain words, with what each one means for LevelUp Score.
- Zap
- An automation built on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time the trigger event shows up.
- Trigger
- The event that sets a Zap off. LevelUp Score offers none, so here it always comes from another app, like your form.
- Action
- The work the Zap does once started. Here it is one: adding a client to LevelUp Score or updating them.
- Task
- What Zapier bills: one action that completes successfully. Your plan's monthly allowance is counted in tasks.
- Polling vs instant
- Polling: Zapier checks the app on a timer for anything new. Instant: the app alerts Zapier the moment the event happens.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap continue only when the incoming data meets your condition, and halts it otherwise.
- Search step
- A step that finds something already stored in an app for the next steps. LevelUp Score has none on Zapier.
- Connection
- Your LevelUp Score account, linked to Zapier once and then reused by every LevelUp Score step.
What a LevelUp Score Zap really costs
LevelUp Score is not a premium app, so it runs on the Free plan. One trigger plus Add or Update Client is exactly what that plan allows.
- LevelUp Score on the Free planYes, not a premium app
- Tasks on the Free plan100 per month
- Zap size on the Free plan2 steps
- Required client fields3
The trigger in the other app costs nothing however often Zapier checks it, and each client added or updated successfully counts as one task; a failed run is not counted. The Free plan gives 100 tasks a month but only two-step Zaps. Add a filter or a second action and the Zap turns multi-step, which needs a paid plan. The interval grid below only matters when the other app's trigger works by polling.
Connect LevelUp Score to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Open your connections
Start with a LevelUp Score account, plus read or write access to any client records in it you do not own. In Zapier, open the Apps page of your account, then click + Add connection.
- 02
Pick LevelUp Score
A dialog opens with a search box. Type LevelUp Score, select it in the results and confirm with Add connection. A new tab opens for the LevelUp Score side; keep the Zapier tab open next to it.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Sign in to LevelUp Score in that tab and grant Zapier access to the account. The connection then shows on the Apps page, and every LevelUp Score step reuses it without asking again.
Your first LevelUp Score Zap: only the right entries
GoalEach new entry in your form that passes a filter is added to LevelUp Score as a client, or updates that client if the record already exists.
- 01
Build the trigger
Create a Zap and pick your form tool as the trigger, with its new-entry event. LevelUp Score cannot fill this slot because it has no trigger of its own.
- 02
Test on a real entry
Run the trigger test. Zapier brings back the three most recent entries of the connected account, so you map names and email from a real one.
- 03
Add the filter
Click the plus icon, choose Filter, then set the field to look at, the rule and the value. Match the rule to the field type, or the filter never passes.
- 04
Add Add or Update Client
Add LevelUp Score with Add or Update Client, choose your connection and map Client first name, Client last name and Client email from the entry.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test the step and open the client in LevelUp Score. Then click Publish. With a filter on board this is a multi-step Zap, so it needs a paid plan.
The LevelUp Score action on Zapier
LevelUp Score gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

Add or Update Client
ActionIn Zapier“Adds or updates a client”
Puts a person into LevelUp Score as a client, or refreshes their record when they are already there, from whatever tool collected their details first.
When a LevelUp Score Zap breaks
Zapier attaches no help article and no rate limit to LevelUp Score, so the traps below are Zapier's own, the ones that hit any Zap feeding a client list.
Most of them start on the trigger side, which on this page is always another app. If a Zap misbehaves, keep the Zapier troubleshooting guide at hand.
Earlier entries never become clients
A Zap only reacts to what happens after you switch it on. Entries that already existed are not sent to LevelUp Score, and moving that backlog is a separate job.A Zap that keeps setting itself off
If the Zap writes back into the place its own trigger watches, it fires again and again, updating the same client and eating your task count fast.A bulk import held back
A trigger that suddenly returns a huge batch, after an import or a migration, can be held back by Zapier's flood protection instead of syncing every client. No double runs on polling
On a polling trigger Zapier remembers what it has already seen, so the same entry does not start the Zap twice or update the client again.
