Leverly Zapier integrationAutomate Leverly with Zapier.
The Leverly Zapier integration gives you 1 trigger, 2 actions and 0 searches. The trigger works by polling, so it is not instant, and Leverly runs on the free plan. Below: what each operation does, what it costs, and where a first Zap usually trips.

What the Leverly Zapier integration actually does
Leverly is a lead response and follow-up tool: its job is to get every lead that comes in from the web called back fast. The Zapier integration feeds it those leads from your other tools, tells it when to stop chasing one, and reports each finished call to the rest of your setup.
Three results worth building first. A call queued for each new lead: a form or another tool starts the Zap, and Create Call hands the lead's phone number to Leverly so the call gets placed. A call log that keeps itself: Call Finished sends each completed call to a spreadsheet or to the tool your sales team reads. A follow-up that stops at the right time: when a lead has been reached through another channel, Stop Reattempts tells Leverly to quit calling that number.
What Zapier does not do here matters as much. The only trigger polls, so a finished call reaches the next tool after Zapier's next check, not the second it ends; how long that takes depends on your plan. There is no search step, so nothing looks up an existing lead in Leverly; both actions work from a phone number you pass in. And there are only two actions: create a call, stop the reattempts.

Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Seven words come back all along this page. Here they are, in plain English.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event that starts the Zap, such as a finished call in Leverly. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it.
- Action
- What the Zap does after it starts: the step that creates, sends or changes something for you, like a new call.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action that completes successfully. The allowance on your plan is a count of tasks.
- Polling vs instant
- Polling: Zapier checks the app on a timer for new items. Instant: the app calls Zapier itself. Call Finished polls.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap continue only when the incoming data meets a condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
- Connection
- Your Leverly account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every step of every Zap that touches Leverly.
What it really costs you
Leverly is not a premium app, so it works on the free plan. Watching for finished calls never costs a task, however often Zapier checks.
- Free plan100 tasks per month, unlimited Zaps
- Zap size on free2 steps: one trigger, one action
- Premium appNo, Leverly works on free
Only an action that succeeds is billed: each Create Call or Stop Reattempts that goes through is one task, and one that fails is not counted. In a Zap with several actions, every success counts on its own, so three actions use three times what one does. The free plan stops at two steps, one trigger and one action. A filter or a second action makes the Zap multi-step, which needs a paid plan, and the polling speed then follows the grid below.
Connect Leverly to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Open the Apps page
In your Zapier account, go to Apps and click + Add connection. In the dialog that opens, type Leverly in the search box and pick it from the results.
- 02
Sign in to Leverly
Click Add connection. A tab opens on Leverly: sign in with the account whose calls the Zap should create, stop or watch. You need a Leverly account before you start.
- 03
Grant access
Allow Zapier to access the account. The connection is saved once, then every Leverly step of every Zap reuses it. Anything you do not own yourself needs read or write rights on your side first.
Your first Zap: stop the reattempts once a call is done
GoalEach finished call that passes your filter tells Leverly to stop calling that lead again.
- 01
Create the Zap
Start a new Zap, pick Leverly as the app that starts the Zap and Call Finished as the event. Choose the Leverly connection you set up earlier.
- 02
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent finished calls of the account, so you map fields from a real call rather than guessing.
- 03
Add a filter on a paid plan
With Filter, set a field, a rule and a value so only the calls you want go through. This makes the Zap multi-step; on free, leave it out.
- 04
Add Stop Reattempts
Pick Leverly, then Stop Reattempts, and your Leverly connection. Map the phone number of the finished call into the required Phone number field.
- 05
Test the action
Run the action test and read what Leverly sends back. Check that the field you mapped really holds the lead's phone number, not a name or an email.
- 06
Publish
Click Publish. From now on each finished call that passes the filter stops its reattempts; calls that ended before publishing are left as they are.
The Leverly trigger
1 event starts a Zap when something happens in Leverly. Zapier checks for them at the interval your plan allows.
Call Finished
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a call is finished.”
Starts the Zap once a call handled by Leverly has ended, and passes that call's details to the next step so another tool can record or act on it.
The 2 Leverly actions
Leverly gives you 2 actions. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.
Operations index
Create Call
ActionIn Zapier“Creates a new call.”
Asks Leverly to place a new call to a lead, from the phone number your earlier step carries.
+1 415-555-5555 gets stripped.Stop Reattempts
ActionIn Zapier“Stop reattempts for lead”
Tells Leverly to stop calling a lead again, so a number that has been dealt with is left alone.
When a Leverly Zap breaks
Zapier links no help article to Leverly and lists no app-specific limit. What trips people up are Zapier's general rules.
Four of them hit this app directly. When a Zap misbehaves, check these before blaming the connection, and keep the Zapier troubleshooting page at hand.
Old leads are never called
A Zap reacts only to what happens after you publish it. Leads that came in before are not sent to Leverly; calling that backlog is a separate job.Create Call can loop
A Zap that starts on Call Finished and runs Create Call creates a call that will finish too, and set the Zap off again. Each round costs a task.A bulk import gets held back
When a trigger suddenly returns a huge batch, after an import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold it instead of firing every call.A finished call counts once
Zapier remembers which finished calls it has already seen, so the same call does not start the Zap twice, even if you test again.
