Logicare Zapier integrationAutomate Logicare with Zapier.
The Logicare Zapier integration gives you 0 triggers, 1 action and 0 searches. That single action, Create Lead, adds a lead to Logicare from whatever your other apps collect. Logicare never starts a Zap here: another app has to do that.

What the Logicare Zapier integration actually does
The Logicare Zapier integration links Logicare, an administrative app from the Puzzlesoft ERP family that bundles CRM, maintenance, budget and logistics tools, to Zapier, a service that carries events from one app to another. On Zapier, Logicare only receives: its one action writes new leads into the CRM.
Three results cover most uses. Website enquiries filed as leads: each entry on your contact form goes through Create Lead and appears in Logicare with its name and phone number. A list typed elsewhere, loaded without retyping: a new row in a shared spreadsheet becomes a Logicare lead, so whoever collects contacts keeps their usual sheet. Bookings that leave a trace: a new appointment in your scheduling tool creates the matching lead, so the CRM knows about every person who booked.
What Zapier does not do for Logicare is just as clear. There is no trigger, so nothing that happens in Logicare can start a Zap. There is no search and no update action either: a lead, once created, is edited in Logicare by hand. And with no search, the Zap cannot look in Logicare first to see whether the person is already there.
If you need more than lead creation, compare platforms before you build: the n8n vs Zapier and Make vs Zapier comparisons.
Zapier words in one minute
Eight words carry the rest of this page. Here they are in plain terms, once.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event that starts the Zap. Logicare has none, so with Logicare the trigger always comes from another app, such as your form tool.
- Action
- What the Zap does once it has started: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you. Create Lead is the Logicare one.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action your Zap completes successfully. Your plan counts those and nothing else.
- Polling vs instant
- A polling trigger is checked by Zapier on a timer. An instant trigger is reported by its app the moment the event happens.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap go on only when what arrived meets the condition you set, and stops it there otherwise.
- Multi-step Zap
- Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A filter or a second action makes one, and it then needs a paid plan.
- Connection
- Your Logicare account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every Create Lead step in every Zap.
What a Logicare Zap really costs
Each lead that Create Lead adds successfully counts as one task. The trigger of the other app costs nothing.
- Trigger of the other app0 tasks
- Each lead created1 task
- Free plan100 tasks per month, unlimited Zaps
- Free plan Zap size2 steps: one trigger, one action
- Premium appNo, Logicare works on the free plan
A Create Lead that fails, for example on a phone number Logicare rejects, is not counted. Logicare is not a premium app, so it works on the free plan, but that plan builds two steps only: the trigger of your other app, then Create Lead. A filter or a second action makes the Zap multi-step and needs a paid plan. The grid below is how often Zapier checks a polling trigger on each plan: it applies to the app that starts your Zap, never to Logicare, which has no trigger at all.
Connect Logicare to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Open your connections
In Zapier, open the Apps page of your account and click + Add connection. At this stage you only need a Logicare account you can sign in to with your usual login.
- 02
Pick Logicare
Type Logicare in the search box of the dialog, select it in the results, then click Add connection. A new tab opens on the Logicare side for the last step.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Sign in to Logicare in that tab and grant Zapier access to the account. If leads should land somewhere you do not own in Logicare, your login needs write access there.
Your first Logicare Zap: form entries become leads
GoalEach new entry on your website form creates a lead in Logicare, but only entries that pass your filter get through.
- 01
Start with the form
Create a Zap and pick your form tool as the app that starts it, with its new-entry event. Logicare has no trigger, so the Zap always opens on another app.
- 02
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent entries of your form, so you map from a real one with a real phone number.
- 03
Add the filter
Click the plus icon, choose Filter, then fill the field, the rule and the value. A text rule works on text only, a number rule on numbers only.
- 04
Add Create Lead
Add a step, choose Logicare and Create Lead, then map the name and the phone. Test it and read what came back. The Zapier training is the next stop.
- 05
Publish
Click Publish to switch the Zap on. The filter makes it multi-step, on a paid plan; without it, the form plus Create Lead fits the free plan.
The Logicare action
Logicare gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

When a Logicare Zap breaks
Zapier lists no limit of its own for Logicare. Apart from the phone check, what goes wrong comes from how Zapier works.
The four cases below cover most incidents. If a Zap still misbehaves after you checked them, the Zapier troubleshooting page is the next stop.
A phone number Logicare rejects
Lead Phone is checked against Logicare's phone templates. A number typed in another format raises an error, and that lead is not created.Old contacts never arrive
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is switched on. Form entries or rows that existed before are not sent; loading them is a separate job.A big batch gets held back
When the trigger app suddenly sends a huge batch, after a bulk import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold those items back. The same person, twice
Zapier never runs the same polling item twice. Two separate entries from one person still both reach Create Lead, with no search step to check Logicare first.
