LoginRadius Zapier integrationAutomate LoginRadius with Zapier.
The LoginRadius Zapier integration gives you 17 triggers, 0 actions and 0 searches. All 17 are instant, so a sign-up or a login starts your Zap at once on any plan, and LoginRadius is not a premium app. Here is what each event does and what it costs.

What the LoginRadius Zapier integration does with your customer accounts
The LoginRadius Zapier integration turns what happens to your customer accounts into the start of Zaps: small automations that begin on one event, then run one or more steps in other apps on their own. LoginRadius manages customer identities; Zapier passes each account event along.
Three results come up most. A sign-up log nobody has to fill: New Registration fires and a row lands in your spreadsheet. Security alerts that reach a person: Account Blocked or Password Reset posts a message to the team that watches accounts. Access rights mirrored elsewhere: Roles Assigned and Roles Unassigned keep another tool in step with who can do what.
The good news: all 17 triggers are instant. LoginRadius reports each event to Zapier itself, so even the free plan reacts at once.
Now the limits. This integration only listens. There is no action and no search, so a Zap cannot create a customer, change a profile, assign a role or look anyone up in LoginRadius. Each Zap also starts on one event only: watching logins and sign-ups takes two Zaps.

Zapier vocabulary, explained plainly
Six words run through this page. Here they are in plain English.
- Zap
- An automation you build on Zapier: one starting event, then one or more steps that run each time that event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. With LoginRadius, it is something that happened to a customer account.
- Action
- What the Zap does once started: the step that writes, sends or moves something in another app for you.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills. Each action that completes successfully is one task counted on your plan.
- Polling vs instant
- A polling trigger is checked on a timer. An instant trigger is pushed by the app the moment the event happens.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap continue only when the incoming data meets your condition, and stops it otherwise.
What LoginRadius costs you in Zapier tasks
A LoginRadius trigger never costs a task. You pay for what the Zap does next in other apps: one task per action that succeeds, nothing for one that fails.
- Premium appNo, works on the free plan
- Free plan100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps
- Trigger0 task, all 17 instant
- Each successful action1 task
The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and Zaps of two steps: one trigger, one action. Add a filter or a second action and the Zap becomes multi-step, which needs a paid plan. A busy event like Login can burn through 100 tasks quickly, so pick the event with care before you publish. The interval grid below is Zapier's rule for polling triggers; it does not apply to the 17 LoginRadius triggers, which are all instant.
Connect LoginRadius to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Open your connections
In Zapier, open the Apps page of your account and click + Add connection. A connection is your LoginRadius account linked once, then reused by every Zap that listens to it.
- 02
Pick LoginRadius
Search for LoginRadius in the dialog, select it and click Add connection. A new tab opens where you sign in to LoginRadius with the account the Zaps should listen through.
- 03
Grant access
Allow Zapier to use that account. It needs read access on the customer data you want the Zaps to see, including anything owned by someone else on your team.
Your first Zap: log every LoginRadius sign-up in a spreadsheet
GoalEach time a customer registers through LoginRadius, keep only the sign-ups that meet your condition and add each one as a row in a spreadsheet your team already reads.
- 01
Build: set the trigger
Create a Zap, pick LoginRadius and the New Registration event, then select your connection. There is nothing else to set: the trigger has no required field.
- 02
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent sign-ups of the account, so you set the next steps on a real customer rather than on blanks.
- 03
Add a filter
Add a Filter step and fill its three boxes: the field to look at, the rule, and the value. Pick a text rule for text and a number rule for numbers.
- 04
Add the spreadsheet row
Add your spreadsheet app as the action and map each column to a value from the sign-up. With the filter, this Zap is multi-step and needs a paid plan.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test each step and read the row it wrote. Then click Publish: the Zap switches on and logs each matching sign-up from now on.

When a LoginRadius Zap breaks
Zapier attaches no help article to LoginRadius, so the traps below are Zapier's general ones, applied to an app that only sends events.
Since every LoginRadius trigger is instant, nothing here waits for a timer. What goes wrong is elsewhere. If a Zap still misbehaves, see our Zapier troubleshooting page.
Existing customers are not picked up
A Zap only reacts to events after you publish it. Accounts that registered or verified before stay out; moving that backlog is a separate job.A mass import held back
After a migration or a bulk import of accounts, a sudden wave of events can trip Zapier's flood protection, which holds the batch back instead of running it.One Zap, one event
A Zap starts on a single trigger. To react to both Login and New Registration, or to roles added and removed, build one Zap per event.
