What Luxury Presence and Zapier do together
Luxury Presence is software built for real estate agents. Zapier is the tool that links apps without code, through a Zap: an automation made of one starting event, then one or more steps that run each time that event happens. Here, the starting event is a new lead or a new lead activity, and the rest is up to you.
The integration is narrow, and that is fine once you see what it carries. Three results come up again and again, all built on New Lead or Lead Activity.
A lead log you can sort. Each new lead becomes a row in a spreadsheet, so every enquiry sits in one table instead of scattered notifications. A second CRM kept in step. The same event can create the contact in another tool your team already works in, without anyone copying it by hand. Leads apart from activities. Since one trigger covers both, a filter on a paid plan lets only brand new leads through and leaves the rest aside.
Now the part the app page leaves unsaid. Zapier cannot write anything into Luxury Presence: there is no action, so no Zap creates a lead, updates one or adds a note there. There is no search either, so a Zap cannot look up a lead that already exists. Traffic goes one way, out of Luxury Presence. If you need the reverse direction, that is a gap in the integration, not in your setup.

Zapier words, in one minute
Seven terms come back on this page. Here they are in plain English, once.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it and does nothing until it happens.
- Action
- What the Zap does after it starts: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you in another app.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills. One task is one action that completed successfully, and your plan counts those.
- Polling trigger
- A trigger Zapier checks on a timer: it asks the app for new items at a set interval and keeps only what it has not seen.
- Instant trigger
- A trigger the app reports itself: it calls Zapier the moment the event happens, so nothing waits for a check. Luxury Presence works this way.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap go on only when what arrived meets your condition, and stops it there otherwise.
- Connection
- Your Luxury Presence account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every Zap that needs it.
What it really costs
The trigger never costs a task. Watching for leads is free, however many come in. You pay only for the actions your Zap completes in other apps.
- TriggerFree, never counted as a task
- Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps, two steps per Zap
- Premium appNo, available on the free plan
Every action that succeeds counts once, so a Zap with three actions uses three times more than a one-action Zap. An action that fails is not counted. Luxury Presence is not a premium app, so it works on the free plan, which allows Zaps of two steps: the trigger plus one action. Add a filter, a search or a second action and it becomes a multi-step Zap, which needs a paid plan. The interval grid below applies to polling triggers only, and the single Luxury Presence trigger is instant, so it never waits for it.
Connect Luxury Presence to Zapier in 3 steps
- 01
Open your Apps page
In Zapier, go to Apps, then click + Add connection. Type Luxury Presence in the search box of the dialog and pick it from the list. You need an account on Luxury Presence before you start.
- 02
Sign in on the Luxury Presence side
Click Add connection. A new tab opens on Luxury Presence: sign in with the account whose leads you want the Zap to follow. If those leads belong to someone else, make sure your account can read them.
- 03
Grant access and come back
Approve the access Zapier asks for. The tab closes and the connection shows up in your Apps list. From then on, every Zap that starts on Luxury Presence reuses it, no need to sign in again per Zap.
Your first Zap: log every lead in a spreadsheet
GoalEach time a lead or a lead activity appears in Luxury Presence, add a row to your spreadsheet so nothing gets lost.
- 01
Create the Zap
Start a new Zap from your Zapier account. The editor opens on an empty trigger card, which is always the first step of every Zap, whatever app you plan to use.
- 02
Pick the trigger
Search Luxury Presence, choose
New Lead or Lead Activity, then select the connection you made earlier. There is no other trigger to choose from, so this part is quick. - 03
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent items of your account, so you map fields on a real lead and not on a guess.
- 04
Add the action
Add a step, pick your spreadsheet tool and its new-row action, then drag each value from the lead into the matching column.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test the action once and check the row it created. If it looks right, click Publish: the Zap is on and waits for the next lead.
The Luxury Presence trigger
1 event starts a Zap when something happens in Luxury Presence, and one of them is instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
New Lead or Lead Activity
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new lead or a new lead activity is created.”
Starts your Zap whenever a new lead is created in Luxury Presence, and also whenever a new activity is recorded on a lead. Both kinds of event come through the same door, so one Zap hears about first contacts and later moves alike.
When it breaks
Zapier attaches no help article to Luxury Presence, and no limit specific to the app has been recorded. What can go wrong comes from how Zapier itself behaves.
Four cases are worth knowing before you publish. None of them shows up as an obvious alarm, which is why they catch people out. If a Zap still misbehaves, the Zapier troubleshooting page is the next stop.
Old leads never show up
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is switched on. Leads created before that are not picked up, and moving them is a separate job.A bulk import gets held back
If a huge batch of leads arrives at once, after an import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold the run back instead of firing for each one.The filter breaks the free plan
Adding a filter turns the Zap into a multi-step Zap. On the free plan you cannot publish it that way, only the trigger plus one action.Loops are not your problem here
A Zap that writes where its own trigger watches restarts itself. Zapier cannot write into Luxury Presence, so this loop cannot start from this app.
