What the Monetizze Zapier integration does for you
Connecting Monetizze to Zapier turns what happens on your sales platform into actions elsewhere. Monetizze handles payments and affiliates, whether you sell as a producer or as an affiliate, info products or physical goods. With Zapier, each sale, refund or subscription change can update a sheet, alert a team or start a follow-up. It works from the free plan, since Monetizze is not a premium app.
A sales log that keeps itself. Venda fires each time a product is bought, and Venda Cancelada and Venda Devolvida catch cancellations and returns. Three Zaps, one sheet, and your numbers match without exports.
Rescued checkouts. Abandono Checkout reports a buyer who left the checkout before paying, and Boleto Impresso reports a printed payment slip. Both are moments where a reminder from another tool can still save the sale.
Subscriptions and affiliates under watch. Assinatura Ativa, Assinatura Cancelada and Assinatura Inadimplente follow a subscription from start to cancellation or missed payment, while Novo Afiliado and Afiliação Cancelada follow your affiliates.
What the app page leaves out. Monetizze has no action and no search on Zapier: a Zap can listen to it, never write into it, so refunds or new products are still handled in Monetizze itself. The good news is that all ten triggers are instant, so even the free plan never waits for a polling check. If you are still weighing Zapier itself, see our Zapier review.
Zapier in one minute
Seven words carry the page. Here they are, in plain English.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it, like a sale on Monetizze.
- Action
- What the Zap does once it has started: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you, in another app here.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills. One task is one action your Zap completes successfully, and your plan counts those.
- Polling or instant
- A polling trigger is checked on a timer for new items. An instant trigger is reported by its app the moment the event happens, like all ten Monetizze ones.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap carry on only when what arrived meets a condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
- Multi-step Zap
- Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A second action, a filter or a search makes one, and it needs a paid plan.
What a Monetizze Zap really costs
Zapier bills completed actions, nothing else. A Monetizze trigger firing costs no task, however many sales come in.
- Premium appNo, available on the free plan
- Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited two-step Zaps
- BilledEach successful action, never the trigger
- Monetizze triggers10, all instant
Each action of another app that goes through counts as one task; one that fails is not counted. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and unlimited Zaps, each limited to one trigger and one action, so a sale written to a sheet fits. A filter or a second action makes the Zap multi-step, which needs a paid plan. The grid below sets how often Zapier checks a polling trigger; it does not apply to Monetizze, whose ten triggers are all instant.
Connect your Monetizze account in 3 steps
- 01
Open the Apps page
In your Zapier account, go to Apps and click + Add connection. You need a Monetizze account, plus read or write access on anything you do not own yourself and want the Zap to touch.
- 02
Pick Monetizze
Type Monetizze in the search box of the dialog, select it in the results, then click Add connection. A new tab opens for the sign-in on the Monetizze side.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Sign in to Monetizze in that tab and let Zapier reach the account. The connection is saved once, then offered again in every Zap that starts on Monetizze.
Your first Zap: an abandoned checkout, followed up
GoalWhen a buyer leaves the Monetizze checkout, a filter keeps the cases you care about and your email tool sends a reminder.
- 01
Set the trigger
Create a Zap, pick Monetizze and Abandono Checkout, then your connection. Test it: Zapier brings back the three most recent abandoned checkouts so you map on a real one.
- 02
Add a filter
Click the plus icon and add Filter. Set the field to look at, the rule and the value to compare with. A filter makes the Zap multi-step, so it needs a paid plan.
- 03
Write the reminder
Add your email tool as the action and map the buyer details the test brought back into the message. Check at the test which fields Monetizze actually sends.
- 04
Test each step
Run every step once and read what came back. If the filter stops the sample, check the rule type: a text rule only works on text, a number rule only on numbers.
- 05
Publish
Publish the Zap to switch it on. Only checkouts abandoned from that moment get a reminder; earlier ones stay where they are.
The 10 Monetizze triggers
10 events start a Zap when something happens in Monetizze, and 10 of them are instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
Abandono Checkout
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Será ativado quando ocorrer um abandono de checkout”
Fires when someone reaches the Monetizze checkout and leaves without completing it. The label is Portuguese, like every Monetizze trigger, and it means checkout abandonment.
Assinatura Ativa
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Será ativado quando uma assinatura for realizada”
Starts the Zap when a subscription is taken out on Monetizze, which makes it the entry point for anything a new subscriber should receive.
Assinatura Cancelada
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Será ativado quando uma assinatura for cancelada”
Reports a subscription that has been cancelled, so access, lists or reports elsewhere can catch up without a manual check.
Assinatura Inadimplente
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Será ativado quando uma assinatura for inadimplente”
Wakes the Zap when a subscription falls into default, meaning a payment it owes has not come in.
Boleto Impresso
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Será ativado quando ocorrer um boleto for impresso”
Fires when a buyer prints a boleto, a bank payment slip, on Monetizze. It gives you a moment to follow up with that buyer from another tool.
Afiliação Cancelada
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Será ativado quando um afiliado cancelar a afiliação”
Reports an affiliate who has cancelled their affiliation with you on Monetizze, so your partner records stay current.
Novo Afiliado
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Será ativado quando houver novo afiliado”
Greets each new affiliate who joins you on Monetizze by passing them to the Zap, the first step of any partner onboarding you run outside the platform.
Venda
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Será ativado assim que um produto for comprado.”
Fires as soon as a product is bought on Monetizze. Zapier puts it forward on the Monetizze page, next to Venda Devolvida.
Venda Cancelada
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Será ativado assim que uma venda for cancelada”
Reports a sale that has been cancelled, so the row or the contact created when it was made can be corrected elsewhere.
Venda Devolvida
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Será ativado assim que um produto for devolvido”
Kicks off the Zap when a product is returned. Zapier highlights it on the Monetizze page, alongside Venda.
When a Monetizze Zap breaks
Zapier links no help article to Monetizze, so the traps below are the general ones that apply to any Zap that starts there.
Since Monetizze only starts Zaps, trouble shows up in the step that follows, in another app. If a run fails and you need to understand why, see our Zapier troubleshooting page.
Past sales are not picked up
A Zap only reacts to what happens after you switch it on. Sales, subscriptions and affiliates from before are ignored, and moving that backlog is a separate job.A Zap that sets itself off again
A Zap that writes into the very place its own trigger watches can start itself again and again and burn through your tasks. Keep the actions away from what started the Zap.A sudden flood is held back
When a trigger suddenly sends a huge batch, after a bulk import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold those runs back.No step can write back into Monetizze
Monetizze has no action on Zapier. A Zap that should refund, cancel or update something in Monetizze cannot be built; that part stays manual.
