MoreLogin Zapier integration: 4 actions let another app run or schedule your MoreLogin templates on a Cloud Phone. MoreLogin has no trigger of its own, so every Zap starts elsewhere, and the app works on the free plan within its two-step limit.

Overview

What the MoreLogin Zapier integration does for you

The MoreLogin Zapier integration lets another app tell MoreLogin what to run. MoreLogin describes itself as a mobile automation platform built on cloud Android devices, used to manage TikTok, Instagram and other social accounts. Through Zapier, an event elsewhere can start a template on a Cloud Phone, or set one up on a schedule.

A template run from a spreadsheet line. Run Market Template One-Time Task starts a ready-made template from the MoreLogin Market on one Cloud Phone. Add a row with the phone and the template, and the run starts without opening MoreLogin.

Your own script, started from outside. Run Custom Personal Template One-Time Task does the same with a template you wrote yourself, so a form answer or a new record can launch it.

A recurring schedule set up for you. Schedule Recurring Market Task and Schedule Recurring Personal Task create a repeating schedule on a Cloud Phone, with a start time, a schedule type and an end time.

What Zapier does not do here: MoreLogin has no trigger and no search, so nothing that happens inside MoreLogin can start a Zap, and no step can look up a phone or a template for you. Every Zap starts in another app, and nothing that existed before it was switched on is picked up. If you are comparing automation tools for this kind of job, see our n8n vs Zapier guide.

Vocabulary

Zapier vocabulary in one minute

Eight words come back on this page. Here they are once, in ordinary English.

Zap
The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time the trigger event happens.
Trigger
The event in an app that starts the Zap. MoreLogin has none, so the trigger always comes from another app, such as your spreadsheet.
Action
What the Zap does after it starts: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you, here running or scheduling a MoreLogin template.
Task
The unit Zapier bills: one action that completes successfully. The number on your plan counts those, and nothing else.
Polling trigger
A trigger Zapier checks on a timer: it asks the app for new items at a fixed interval and keeps only what it has not seen yet.
Instant trigger
A trigger the app reports itself: it calls Zapier the moment the event happens, so nothing waits for the next check.
Filter
A step that lets the Zap go on only when what arrived meets the condition you set, and stops it there otherwise.
Multi-step Zap
Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A second action or a filter makes one, and it then needs a paid plan.
Cost

What a MoreLogin Zap really costs

Zapier bills tasks, not Zaps. The trigger of the other app never costs a task, and neither does waiting for new data. Each MoreLogin action that succeeds is one task; an action that fails is not counted against your plan.

  • Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps of two steps
  • Premium appNo, MoreLogin works on every plan
  • One MoreLogin actionOne task when it succeeds
  • Filter or second actionMulti-step Zap, paid plan

MoreLogin is not a premium app, so it works on the free plan: 100 tasks a month and unlimited Zaps, each limited to two steps, one trigger and one action. A filter or a second action makes the Zap multi-step, which needs a paid plan. The interval grid below applies to the trigger of the other app if it is a polling one; MoreLogin itself has no trigger, so the grid never concerns it directly. Each of its four actions counts the same way.

Connect

Connect MoreLogin to Zapier in three steps

  1. 01

    Open your connections

In Zapier, open the Apps page of your account and click + Add connection. A connection is your MoreLogin account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every MoreLogin step you add.

  2. 02

    Pick MoreLogin

Search for MoreLogin in the dialog, select it, then click Add connection. A new tab opens so you can sign in to your MoreLogin account and finish the link there.

  3. 03

    Sign in and grant access

Sign in to MoreLogin in that tab and grant Zapier access to the account. You need an account on the app, plus read or write access on anything you do not own yourself and want the Zap to touch.

First Zap

Your first MoreLogin Zap

GoalRun a Market template once on a Cloud Phone each time a row is added to your spreadsheet, but only for the rows that match a rule you set.

  1. 01

Create the Zap and pick the trigger

Create a new Zap and choose your spreadsheet tool as the app that starts it, with its new-row event. Test the trigger so you work on a real row, not an empty one.

  2. 02

    Add the filter

Add a Filter step from the plus icon and fill its three boxes: the field to look at, the rule, and the value to compare with. A filter makes the Zap multi-step, so it needs a paid plan.

  3. 03

    Add the MoreLogin action

Choose MoreLogin as the action app and Run Market Template One-Time Task as the event. Select your MoreLogin connection, or add it if this is the first time.

  4. 04

    Fill the three required fields

Pick the Cloud Phone, give the run a Schedule Name, and map the Template Id from a column of the row or type it in. All three are required.

  5. 05

    Test, then publish

Test each step once and read what came back before going further. When the MoreLogin step returns what you expect at test, click Publish to switch the Zap on.

Actions

MoreLogin actions

MoreLogin gives you 4 actions. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

1

Run Market Template One-Time Task

Action

In Zapier“Instantly runs a pre-built automation template (from Market) on a specific Cloud Phone instance. Ideal for testing TikTok/Instagram workflows.”

Starts a ready-made template from the MoreLogin Market on one Cloud Phone, a single time. It suits a quick run you want to fire from another app.

When to use it
you are trying out a Market template on a TikTok or Instagram workflow and want each run started from a spreadsheet line.
Watch out
Cloud Phone, Schedule Name and Template Id are all required.
2

Schedule Recurring Market Task

Action

In Zapier“Sets up a recurring automation schedule (e.g., Daily) using a Market template on your Cloud Android devices.”

Creates a repeating schedule that runs a Market template on your Cloud Android devices. Instead of one run, you set a start, a schedule type and an end.

When to use it
a Market template should keep running on a phone over a period, set up from another app.
Watch out
Trigger Time and Schedule End Time expect dates written as 2026-01-01 00:00:00; check at test which values Schedule Type accepts.
3

Run Custom Personal Template One-Time Task

Action

In Zapier“Instantly runs your own custom automation script (Personal Template) on a Cloud Phone.”

Runs a template you built yourself, a Personal Template, once on a Cloud Phone. The logic stays yours; Zapier only decides when it starts.

When to use it
your own script should run each time a specific event happens in another tool.
Watch out
like the Market version, it needs a Cloud Phone, a Schedule Name and a Template Id before it can be tested.
4

Schedule Recurring Personal Task

Action

In Zapier“Sets up a recurring automation schedule for your custom personal workflows on Cloud Phones. Perfect for long-term account management.”

Sets up a recurring schedule for one of your own Personal Templates on a Cloud Phone. MoreLogin presents it as the option for long-term account management.

When to use it
your own workflow should repeat on a phone between two dates, decided elsewhere.
Watch out
Task Name, Template, Cloud Phone, Trigger Time, Schedule Type and Schedule End Time are all required.
When it breaks

When a MoreLogin Zap breaks

Zapier attaches no help article to MoreLogin and documents no limit of its own for this app. What breaks is what breaks on every Zap, plus the format of the schedule dates.

Four cases follow, three general limits and one tied to the recurring actions, each with its own card. For help with a Zap that misbehaves, see our Zapier troubleshooting guide.

  • Nothing from before is picked up

A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is switched on. Rows or records added before that never start a MoreLogin run, and handling them is a separate job.
  • A Zap that sets itself off again

A Zap that writes into the very place its own trigger watches can start itself again and again, and burn through your task count fast. Keep that general precaution in mind.
  • A sudden batch held back

When the trigger suddenly returns a huge batch, after a bulk import for instance, Zapier's flood protection can hold those runs back instead of firing them all.
  • Dates in a set format

The two recurring actions expect Trigger Time and Schedule End Time written as 2026-01-01 00:00:00. Check at test that the value you map arrives in that shape.

FAQ

MoreLogin Zapier integration: frequent questions

01Is the MoreLogin Zapier integration free?
Yes. MoreLogin is not a premium app, so it works on Zapier's free plan. That plan gives 100 tasks a month and an unlimited number of Zaps, each limited to two steps: one trigger and one action. A spreadsheet row that starts Run Market Template One-Time Task fits that frame. Add a filter or a second action and the Zap becomes multi-step, which needs a paid plan. Check the other app too: premium apps stay out of the free plan.
02How many tasks does a MoreLogin Zap use?
One task per MoreLogin action that completes successfully, and nothing for the trigger. A Zap that starts one template run per new row uses one task per row. A Zap that runs a template and then posts a message uses two per run. Waiting for new data in the other app costs nothing, and an action that fails is not counted. A few apps and a few actions take more than one task when they complete, so check your first runs before scaling up.
03Does a MoreLogin Zap run in real time?
It depends entirely on the trigger of the other app, since MoreLogin has none. If that trigger is instant, the app reports the event to Zapier itself and the MoreLogin action follows straight away, whatever your plan. If it is a polling trigger, Zapier checks for new items at the interval of your plan: 15 minutes on Free, 2 on Professional, 1 on Team and Enterprise. The app page on Zapier shows that interval on each polling trigger, so you can check before building.
04What does connecting MoreLogin to Zapier require?
An account on MoreLogin, plus read or write access on anything you do not own yourself and want the Zap to touch. The connection is made once, from the Apps page of your Zapier account: + Add connection, search for MoreLogin, Add connection, sign in to MoreLogin in the tab that opens, then grant Zapier access. Every MoreLogin step in every Zap then reuses that connection, so a second Zap does not ask for it again.
05How do you write the dates of a recurring MoreLogin task?
Schedule Recurring Market Task and Schedule Recurring Personal Task both require a Trigger Time and a Schedule End Time, and both fields expect the format 2026-01-01 00:00:00, as MoreLogin documents it on both actions. When the date comes from an earlier step, check at test that it reaches MoreLogin in that shape. Schedule Type is required too; look at test at the values it offers rather than guessing one. The Cloud Phone field is required on these two actions as well.
06What if the MoreLogin operation you want is not listed?
Open the MoreLogin page on Zapier: it shows the current list of operations, the same one the editor offers. Today that is four actions, two one-time runs and two recurring schedules, with no trigger and no search. If the job you have in mind starts inside MoreLogin, Zapier cannot start from there, because no MoreLogin event can open a Zap. Starting from another app and calling one of the four actions is the route this integration offers.
07Zapier, Make or n8n for MoreLogin?
Choose by criterion, not by name. Direction first: on Zapier, MoreLogin only receives orders, through 4 actions, and never starts a Zap. Speed next: how fast a run starts depends on the trigger of the other app, instant or polling. Budget last: a two-step Zap runs on the free plan, and any filter or second action needs a paid one. If one of those points blocks your project, compare the other tools on that exact point.
