Moveo.AI Zapier integrationAutomate Moveo.AI with Zapier.
The Moveo.AI Zapier integration gives you 1 trigger, 0 actions and 0 searches. That single trigger, Dialog Expired, is instant: when a dialog expires in Moveo.AI, the Zap starts right away and carries it to the tool of your choice, free plan included.

What the Moveo.AI Zapier integration actually does
Moveo.AI is an AI platform whose generative AI agents hold conversations on your behalf. On Zapier it offers one event and only one: a dialog that expires. The integration lets that moment start an automation in another tool, and that is the whole of it.
A log of expired dialogs. With Dialog Expired as the trigger and your spreadsheet as the action, each expiry becomes a row. You get a running list you can sort and read without opening Moveo.AI.
A heads-up for the team. The same trigger can post a message in your messaging tool instead, so someone knows a dialog has ended by expiring rather than being left to find it later.
A follow-up task. Or the expiry can create a task in your task list, ready for whoever handles what comes next.
Each of these is one Zap with one trigger and one action, which is exactly what the free plan allows. What Zapier does not do here: Moveo.AI has no action and no search on Zapier, so no Zap can write into Moveo.AI, start a dialog or look one up. The only event on offer is the expiry; other moments of a conversation are not available as triggers. Nothing that expired before the Zap was switched on comes through either. Before settling on a tool, see our n8n vs Zapier comparison or our Zapier review.
Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Eight words come back throughout this page. Here they are once, in plain English.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. For Moveo.AI there is one: a dialog that expires.
- Action
- What the Zap does after it starts: the step that writes, sends or creates something in another app for you.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills. Each action your Zap completes successfully counts as one task on your plan.
- Instant trigger
- A trigger the app reports itself, calling Zapier the moment the event happens. Dialog Expired works this way.
- Polling trigger
- A trigger Zapier checks on a timer, asking the app for new items at an interval set by your plan. Not used here.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap go on only when what arrived meets a condition you set, and stops it there otherwise.
- Multi-step Zap
- Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A filter or a second action makes it one, and it then needs a paid plan.
What a Moveo.AI Zap really costs
Moveo.AI is not a premium app on Zapier, so it works from the free plan. What you spend is tasks, and only on the other side of the Zap.
- Premium appNo, works on the free plan
- Free plan100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps
- TriggerNever costs a task
- Failed actionNot counted
The Dialog Expired trigger never costs a task, and waiting for it is free. Each action that succeeds after it counts once, so a Zap that adds a row and also sends a message uses two tasks per expired dialog. An action that fails is not counted. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and unlimited Zaps, each limited to two steps; a filter or a second action calls for a paid plan. The interval grid below is for polling triggers only; it does not apply to Dialog Expired, which is instant.
Connect Moveo.AI to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Open the Apps page
In your Zapier account, open Apps and click + Add connection. A connection is your Moveo.AI account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every Zap step that uses Moveo.AI.
- 02
Pick Moveo.AI
Search for Moveo.AI in the dialog box, select it and click Add connection. Zapier opens a new tab in which Moveo.AI asks you to sign in to your own account.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Sign in to Moveo.AI in that tab and grant Zapier access to the account. You need an account on the app, plus read or write access on anything you do not own yourself and want the Zap to touch.
Your first Zap: every expired Moveo.AI dialog in a spreadsheet
GoalKeep a spreadsheet row for each dialog that expires in Moveo.AI, limited to the ones that meet a condition you choose.
- 01
Create the Zap and pick the trigger
Start a new Zap, choose Moveo.AI as the app and
Dialog Expiredas the event. Then select the Moveo.AI connection you made earlier. - 02
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent items of the connected account, so you see what an expired dialog really carries before you map anything.
- 03
Add the filter
Click the plus icon and add Filter. Set the field to look at, the rule and the value. A filter makes the Zap multi-step, so this step needs a paid plan.
- 04
Add the spreadsheet action
Pick your spreadsheet tool as the action, choose the step that adds a row, and map what the trigger brought back into your columns. Test it once and read the result.
- 05
Publish
Click Publish to switch the Zap on. From then on, each expired dialog that passes the filter becomes a row. Earlier expiries stay out.
The Moveo.AI trigger
1 event starts a Zap when something happens in Moveo.AI, and one of them is instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
Dialog Expired
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when the dialog expires.”
This is the only event Moveo.AI offers on Zapier: a dialog reaching its expiry. When that happens, the Zap starts and hands the dialog to the next step, wherever you send it.
When a Moveo.AI Zap breaks
Zapier attaches no help article to Moveo.AI, and no limit specific to the app is documented. What can go wrong comes from how Zapier works in general.
Three cases worth knowing before you publish. If a Zap still misbehaves, our Zapier troubleshooting page is the next stop.
The past is not picked up
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is switched on. Dialogs that expired earlier do not come through; moving that backlog is a separate job.A Zap that sets itself off
As a general precaution, a Zap that writes into the very place its own trigger watches can start itself again and again, and the task count climbs fast.A sudden flood of items
When a trigger suddenly sends a huge batch, after a bulk import or a migration for example, Zapier's flood protection can hold those items back.
