NegociOH! Zapier integrationAutomate NegociOH! with Zapier.
The NegociOH! Zapier integration gives you 0 triggers, 1 action and 0 searches. That one action, Create invoice, lets another app start the automation: an order, a form or a closed sale elsewhere becomes an invoice in NegociOH! with no retyping.

What the NegociOH! Zapier integration does for you
It lets Zapier write invoices into NegociOH!, your sales and CRM platform. Something happens in another app, and a Zap (an automation that runs by itself once you switch it on) turns it into a new invoice. NegociOH! is always the destination here, never the starting point.
Three results people set up with Create invoice. Invoices that follow your store: each new order in your online store becomes a NegociOH! invoice, with the five required fields mapped from what the order carries. Invoices from a sheet: when you log sales as rows in a spreadsheet, each new row can create the matching invoice, so the sheet and NegociOH! stop drifting apart. Invoices from a form: an order form that collects a name, an e-mail and a product can feed the same action.
Now what Zapier does not do with NegociOH!. The app has no trigger on Zapier, so nothing that happens inside NegociOH! can start a Zap. It has no search either: a Zap cannot find an existing customer or invoice there. And the only action creates invoices; it does not edit, send or delete them. Plan your flow around that single verb.

Zapier words you will need
Eight terms, each in one line. With NegociOH! the action matters most, since the trigger always comes from another app.
- Zap
- Your automation on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time that trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. NegociOH! has none, so it always comes from another app, like your store.
- Action
- What the Zap does once it starts. Here it is Create invoice: the step that writes a new invoice into NegociOH!.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action your Zap completes successfully. Each invoice created this way is one task.
- Polling trigger
- A trigger Zapier checks on a timer, asking the app for new items at a fixed interval that depends on your plan.
- Instant trigger
- A trigger the app reports itself, calling Zapier the moment the event happens, so nothing waits for a check.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap continue only when what arrived meets the condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
- Multi-step Zap
- Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A filter or a second action makes it one, and it then needs a paid plan.
What NegociOH! costs you on Zapier
NegociOH! is not a premium app, so it works from the free plan. The trigger in the other app costs nothing; every invoice that Create invoice actually creates is one task, and a failed attempt is not counted.
- Premium appNo, works on the free plan
- Free plan100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps
- One invoice createdOne task
- Failed actionNot counted
The free plan gives you 100 tasks a month and unlimited Zaps, each limited to two steps: a trigger and Create invoice fits exactly. Add a filter or a second action and the Zap becomes multi-step, which needs a paid plan. The grid below is the polling interval per plan. It applies to the trigger of the app that starts your Zap when that trigger is a polling one, since NegociOH! has no trigger of its own.
Connect NegociOH! to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Open your Apps page
In your Zapier account, go to the Apps page and click + Add connection. A connection is your NegociOH! account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every step that writes into it.
- 02
Pick NegociOH!
Search for NegociOH! by name in the dialog, select it and click Add connection. A new tab opens for the sign-in, so have your NegociOH! login details ready.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Sign in to NegociOH! in that tab and grant Zapier access to the account. You need an account on the app, plus read or write access on anything you do not own yourself and want the Zap to touch.
Your first Zap: store orders that become invoices, filtered
GoalCreate a NegociOH! invoice for each new order in your online store that meets a condition you choose.
- 01
Pick the trigger
Create a Zap and choose your store as the app that starts it, with its new-order event. Connect the store account the same way you connected NegociOH!.
- 02
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent orders of the connected store, so you can map the invoice on a real order instead of a guess.
- 03
Add the filter
Click the plus icon, add a Filter and fill its three boxes: the field to look at, the rule, and the value to compare with. A filter needs a paid plan.
- 04
Add Create invoice
Add NegociOH! with Create invoice, then map the five required fields from the order: Customer name, Customer e-mail, Product, Quantity and Price.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test the action once and check the invoice that lands in NegociOH!. When it looks right, click Publish to switch the Zap on.
NegociOH! action
NegociOH! gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.
Operations index
Create invoice
ActionIn Zapier“Creates a new invoice at Negocioh! app.”
This action writes a brand-new invoice into NegociOH! from whatever your trigger app sends, so a sale recorded elsewhere does not have to be billed by hand.
When a NegociOH! Zap does not deliver
Zapier attaches no help article and no rate limit specific to NegociOH!. The general limits of every Zap still apply, and Create invoice adds its required fields.
Four situations to know before invoices depend on this Zap. When one stops behaving, see our Zapier troubleshooting guide.
Past orders never become invoices
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is switched on. Orders or rows that existed before are never picked up; billing that backlog is a separate job.Five fields to fill every time
Customer name, Customer e-mail, Product, Quantity and Price are required by Create invoice. Check at the test that your trigger app supplies all five.A bulk import can be held back
When the trigger of the other app suddenly returns a huge batch, after a bulk import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold it back.A filter means a paid plan
The free plan builds Zaps of one trigger and one action. Add a filter, a second action or a search and the Zap becomes multi-step, which needs a paid plan.
