The Nexprop.ai Zapier integration offers 1 trigger, 1 action and 0 searches. A new lead in Nexprop.ai can start a Zap toward your other tools, and leads captured elsewhere can be created in Nexprop.ai, so property enquiries stop being copied by hand.

What the Nexprop.ai Zapier integration is good for
Nexprop.ai is a CRM built for real estate: it tracks property leads, client follow-up and the sales pipeline. Connected to Zapier, it can start a Zap (an automation you set up once: one trigger, then one or more actions) when a lead appears, and it can receive new leads from your other tools.
Three results you can build with the two operations. A shared lead list: New Lead starts a Zap that adds each new lead to your spreadsheet, so people outside the CRM can see what came in. An email to the inbox you choose for each new lead, again started by New Lead, in two steps. And leads captured on a form or a landing page sent straight into the CRM with Create Lead, which needs a first name, a last name, an email and a phone.
What Zapier does not do for Nexprop.ai. The only trigger is a polling one: Zapier checks for new leads on a timer, so nothing arrives the moment a lead is created. There is no trigger for an updated lead or a pipeline move, no action to update or delete a lead, and no search, so a Zap cannot check whether a lead already exists before creating one.

Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Seven terms come back across this page. Here they are in plain English.
- Zap
- The automation itself: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. For Nexprop.ai, that is New Lead, once the Zap is switched on.
- Action
- What the Zap does after it starts: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you, such as creating a lead.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills. One action that completes successfully is one task, and your plan counts those.
- Polling vs instant
- A polling trigger is checked on a timer for new items. An instant trigger is reported by its app the moment the event happens.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap continue only when the incoming data meets your condition, and stops it otherwise.
- Multi-step Zap
- Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A filter or a second action makes one, and it then needs a paid plan.
What a Nexprop.ai Zap really costs
Nexprop.ai is not one of the apps Zapier keeps for paid plans, so both of its operations work on the free plan.
- Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited two-step Zaps
- BilledEach successful action, never the trigger
- Paid plan needed forA filter or a second action
New Lead costs nothing, however often Zapier checks it. Each action that succeeds counts as one task; an action that fails is not counted. The free plan builds two-step Zaps only: New Lead plus one action, or another app's trigger plus Create Lead. Add a filter or a second action and the Zap becomes multi-step, which needs a paid plan. Nexprop.ai has no search step, so nothing in the app itself pushes you past two steps. How often New Lead is checked depends on the plan:
Connect Nexprop.ai to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Open the Apps page
In your Zapier account, open Apps and click + Add connection. You need a Nexprop.ai account, plus read or write access on anything you do not own yourself and want the Zap to touch.
- 02
Pick Nexprop.ai
Type Nexprop.ai in the search box of the dialog, select it in the results, then click Add connection. A new browser tab opens so you can reach your Nexprop.ai account.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Sign in to Nexprop.ai in that tab and grant Zapier access to the account. The trigger and the action of every Zap you build then reuse this one connection.
Your first Zap: an email for each lead worth a reply
GoalEach new Nexprop.ai lead sends an email to the inbox you choose, in a two-step Zap that fits the free plan.
- 01
Set the trigger
Create a Zap, choose Nexprop.ai and New Lead, and select your connection. Testing brings back the three most recent leads of the account, so you map fields on a real one.
- 02
Keep it at two steps
One trigger and one action is all the free plan builds, and this alert needs nothing more. If you later want only some leads to trigger an email, a Filter step does that, but it makes the Zap multi-step, which needs a paid plan.
- 03
Add the email
Choose your email app and its send event, then build the subject and body from the lead data that the trigger test brought back.
- 04
Test each step
Run each step once and read what came back. Check that the email carries the lead details you mapped, and fix any empty part before switching the Zap on.
- 05
Publish
Click Publish to switch the Zap on. Zapier then checks New Lead at your plan's interval; leads created before publishing do not send any email.
The Nexprop.ai trigger
1 event starts a Zap when something happens in Nexprop.ai. Zapier checks for them at the interval your plan allows.
New Lead
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when a new lead is created.”
Starts your Zap whenever a new lead is created in Nexprop.ai. What follows, a row, an email, a record in another tool, works from that lead. It is the only Nexprop.ai event that can open a Zap, so any automation reacting to the CRM starts here.
The Nexprop.ai action
Nexprop.ai gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.
Operations index
Create Lead
ActionIn Zapier“Creates a new lead in the system.”
Adds a new lead to Nexprop.ai from data collected in another app, so the enquiry is in the CRM without anyone typing it.
When a Nexprop.ai Zap breaks
Zapier links no help article to Nexprop.ai and lists no limit of its own, so the cases below are the general limits of any Zap built on it.
Each case fits in a few lines. If a run fails for another reason, see our Zapier troubleshooting guide.
Earlier leads are not picked up
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is switched on. Leads created before publishing never start it; moving that backlog is a separate job.Writing where the trigger watches
As a general precaution: a Zap that writes into the very place its own trigger watches can set itself off again and again, and use up tasks fast.A sudden batch can be held back
After a bulk import or a migration, New Lead may return a huge batch at once, and Zapier's flood protection can hold it back. The same lead does not fire twice
New Lead is a polling trigger: Zapier keeps track of what it has already seen, so the same lead does not launch the Zap twice.
