Overview

What the Oappso Loyalty Zapier integration does

Oappso Loyalty runs digital stamp cards for a business: customers collect stamps, then get a reward. Through Zapier, those stamps and rewards no longer need a staff member at the till. Another app reports a purchase or a visit, and the Zap updates the card that carries the same customer email.

Three results that make sense with only two actions. A stamp for each online order: your shop reports a paid order and Apply a Stamp to a Customers Loyalty Card. adds one to the buyer's card. A stamp for each booking kept: a scheduling tool reports a completed appointment, and the same action counts the visit. A reward given at the right moment: Reward & Reset a Customers Loyalty Card. rewards the customer and starts a fresh card, provided they have earned enough stamps.

What Zapier does not do here is just as clear. Oappso Loyalty has no trigger, so nothing happening inside it, a new member or a full card, can start a Zap. There is no search step either: a Zap cannot look up a card or read its stamp count. Both actions only work when the customer already holds a loyalty card under the very email the Zap sends; nothing creates the card for them.

Vocabulary

Zapier terms, explained once

Seven words come up all along this page. Here is what each one means, in plain English.

Zap
The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time that trigger event happens.
Trigger
The event in an app that starts the Zap. Here it always comes from another app, since Oappso Loyalty has none.
Action
What the Zap does once it has started: the step that writes or changes something for you, such as a stamp on a card.
Task
What Zapier bills: one action that your Zap completes successfully. The allowance of your plan is counted in tasks.
Polling vs instant
Polling: Zapier checks the trigger app on a timer. Instant: the trigger app warns Zapier itself the moment an event happens.
Filter
A step that lets the Zap go on only when the incoming data meets the condition you set, and stops it otherwise.
Multi-step Zap
Any Zap beyond one trigger and one action. A filter or a second action makes one, and it then needs a paid plan.
Cost

What an Oappso Loyalty Zap really costs

Oappso Loyalty is open on every Zapier plan, the free one included. The bill is counted in tasks, one per action that succeeds.

  • Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps
  • Zap size on Free2 steps: one trigger, one action
  • Paid plan requiredNo, works on Free
  • Oappso Loyalty triggersNone, the Zap starts in another app

The trigger from your shop or booking tool costs nothing. Each stamp or reward that goes through counts one task, so a hundred stamped orders use a hundred tasks: exactly the monthly allowance of the free plan. A stamp that fails is not counted. The free plan also caps the Zap at two steps, a trigger and one action. Stamp and reward in the same Zap, or add a filter, and it becomes multi-step, which needs a paid plan. How fast it reacts depends on the trigger app, not on Oappso Loyalty.

Connect

Connect your Oappso Loyalty account to Zapier

  1. 01

    Open your connections

In Zapier, go to the Apps page of your account. A connection is your Oappso Loyalty account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every step that stamps or rewards. Click + Add connection.

  2. 02

    Find Oappso Loyalty

Search for Oappso Loyalty in the dialog, select it and click Add connection. An Oappso Loyalty account is required beforehand; Zapier only links to an existing one.

  3. 03

    Sign in and allow access

A tab opens on Oappso Loyalty. Log in with the business account that owns the stamp cards, then grant Zapier access. The connection then sits in your list, ready for both actions.

First Zap

Your first Oappso Loyalty Zap, step by step

GoalStamp a customer's loyalty card each time they pay an order in your online shop, but only when the order carries an email.

  1. 01

    Create the Zap

Start a new Zap in Zapier. The editor opens with an empty trigger card on top and an empty action card under it, ready for you.

  2. 02

Set the trigger in your shop

Oappso Loyalty has no trigger, so the Zap starts in your shop app. Pick its paid order event and your connection, then test to bring back recent orders.

  3. 03

    Add the filter

Click the plus icon and add Filter. Keep only orders whose customer email exists, so guest orders without one stop here instead of failing later.

  4. 04

    Add the stamp action

Choose Oappso Loyalty, then Apply a Stamp to a Customers Loyalty Card. In Customers Email, search for email and pick the buyer's email field from the trigger.

  5. 05

    Test, then publish

Test with an order from a customer who already holds a card, and check the stamp appears. Then click Publish; the filter makes it a paid-plan Zap.

Actions

Oappso Loyalty actions: stamp and reward

Oappso Loyalty gives you 2 actions. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

1

Reward & Reset a Customers Loyalty Card.

Action

In Zapier“This action rewards and resets your customers card if they have a loyalty card with the same email address and have earned enough stamps.”

Gives the customer their reward and puts their card back to zero, as long as they have collected enough stamps and their card uses the same email.

When to use it
a dedicated event in another app, such as a redemption form, should close the cycle without anyone touching the card.
Watch out
a customer short of stamps gets nothing, so do not use it as a stamp.
2

Apply a Stamp to a Customers Loyalty Card.

Action

In Zapier“This action applies a stamp to your customer if they have a loyalty card with the same email address.”

Adds one stamp to the card of the customer whose email the Zap sends, provided a loyalty card exists under that address.

When to use it
every paid order, finished class or kept appointment recorded elsewhere should count toward the next reward.
Watch out
customers without a card are not enrolled by this action; invite them to Oappso Loyalty first.
When it breaks

When an Oappso Loyalty Zap breaks

Zapier lists no help article and no rate limit specific to Oappso Loyalty. What goes wrong comes from the email match and from the way Zaps work.

Four cases cover nearly every surprise. If one of them shows up, the Zapier troubleshooting guide takes you through the fixes.

  • The email does not match a card

Both actions look for a card under the exact email sent. A different address, or a store email mapped by mistake, means no stamp and no reward.
  • Past purchases earn no stamp

A Zap only reacts to what happens after you switch it on. Orders placed before that are never stamped; catching them up is a separate job.
  • A burst of orders gets held back

When a trigger suddenly returns a huge batch, after a bulk import or a migration, Zapier's flood protection can hold the runs back.
  • The same order stamps once only

On a polling trigger, Zapier remembers the items it has already seen, so the same order does not stamp the card twice.

FAQ

Oappso Loyalty Zapier integration: common questions

01Is the Oappso Loyalty Zapier integration free?
Yes, for a simple Zap. Oappso Loyalty is not reserved to paid plans, so it works on the free Zapier plan, which gives 100 tasks a month and unlimited Zaps. The free plan caps each Zap at one trigger and one action. A trigger from your shop followed by a stamp fits. Adding a filter, or stamping and rewarding in the same Zap, makes it multi-step, and that needs a paid plan.
02How many tasks does an Oappso Loyalty Zap use?
One task per stamp or reward that succeeds. The trigger in your other app is free, and so is the waiting between events. A Zap that stamps every paid order spends one task per order, so a hundred orders a month use up the whole free allowance. A stamp that fails is not counted, and checking for new orders costs nothing either. If the same Zap also sends a thank-you email, that second action counts as another task.
03Does Oappso Loyalty work in real time without a trigger?
It has no trigger of its own, so the Zap always starts in another app, and speed depends on that app. If its trigger is instant, the stamp follows as soon as the event happens. If it polls, Zapier checks on a timer: every 15 minutes on Free, 2 on Professional, 1 on Team and Enterprise. The stamp or reward action itself runs as soon as the Zap reaches it. Check the trigger app first when timing matters to you.
04What does it take to connect Oappso Loyalty to Zapier?
An existing Oappso Loyalty account and a Zapier account. In Zapier, open the Apps page, click + Add connection, choose Oappso Loyalty, sign in in the tab that opens and grant access. The trigger app must also provide the customer's email, since both actions need the Customers Email field. Without a clean email coming from the trigger, the connection works but no card is ever stamped or rewarded. Test once with a real cardholder before publishing.
05Why did a customer not get their stamp?
Almost always because of the email. Both actions only touch a loyalty card that exists under exactly the email the Zap sends. If the customer signed up for their card with one address and ordered with another, nothing matches. The other classic cause is mapping the wrong field, such as the shop's own email. In the action, search for email and pick the field that explicitly holds the customer's address, then test with a real cardholder.
06What if the Oappso Loyalty operation you need is not on Zapier?
Then Zapier cannot do it with this app as it stands. The integration offers two actions, a stamp and a reward with reset, and no trigger or search. Reading a stamp count, creating a card or reacting to a full card is not possible from a Zap. The workable routes are to build the flow around those two actions, or to ask Oappso Loyalty whether more operations are planned. A specialist can also check whether another tool goes further.
07Zapier, Make or n8n for Oappso Loyalty?
It depends on your criteria, not on a winner. Zapier has a ready Oappso Loyalty app with both actions, and a shop owner can set it up without technical help. Ask Make or n8n the same two things: is there a ready Oappso Loyalty module, and what does each run cost you there. Before choosing, check that the platform actually offers the Oappso Loyalty actions you rely on, then compare the rest.
