What the Objection Proof AI Zapier integration does
Objection Proof AI helps sales teams coach themselves by reviewing their calls. Zapier links it to the rest of your tools in both directions: it can hand a call over for review, and it can carry the call data back out as soon as it appears or changes, without anyone copying a transcript or a score.
Two operations, three outcomes that sales managers ask for most:
Every call reviewed, nobody uploading. When a transcript lands in the place your recorder writes to, the Zap runs Submit Call with the transcript, the rep's name and the source. Reps stop skipping the upload on busy days. A live coaching log. New or Updated Call Data fires as soon as a call's data appears or changes, and each event becomes a row in a team sheet, so a one-to-one starts from facts. A nudge for the manager. The same trigger can post a message in the sales channel so the manager sees a reviewed call while it is still fresh.
What Zapier does not do here: there is no search, so a Zap cannot look up an existing call or rep in Objection Proof AI, and no action to edit or delete a call once submitted. Calls recorded before the Zap goes live are not picked up either.
If you are weighing other tools for the job, the n8n vs Zapier comparison sets out the criteria side by side.
Zapier vocabulary in one minute
Seven terms show up on every Zapier screen. In plain words, so the rest of the page reads without guesswork.
- Zap
- The automation you build: one trigger, then one or more actions that run each time the trigger event happens.
- Trigger
- The event that starts the Zap, such as new call data in Objection Proof AI. Once the Zap is on, Zapier waits for it.
- Action
- What the Zap does once started: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you, like submitting a call.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action that completes successfully. Your plan counts these, and only these.
- Instant vs polling
- An instant trigger is pushed by the app the moment the event happens. A polling one is checked on a timer by Zapier.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap carry on only when the incoming data meets your condition, and stops it otherwise.
- Connection
- Your Objection Proof AI account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every step and every Zap that needs it.
What it really costs to run
Objection Proof AI is not a premium app, so it runs on the free plan. Its trigger is instant, so the plan interval grid does not slow it down.
- TriggerInstant, never billed
- Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps
- Free plan Zap sizeTwo steps: one trigger, one action
- Premium appNo, available on the free plan
You pay in tasks, one per action that succeeds. Each call sent with Submit Call is one task; each event logged in a sheet is another. A failed action is not counted, and the trigger never costs anything. Watch the trigger name: it fires on new and on updated call data, so one call can produce several runs. And the free plan stops at two steps: add a filter or a second action, and the Zap needs a paid plan.
Connect Objection Proof AI to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Start from the Apps page
In Zapier, open Apps and click + Add connection. You need an Objection Proof AI account, plus read or write access to anything you do not own yourself but want the Zap to touch.
- 02
Pick Objection Proof AI
Search for Objection Proof AI in the dialog, select it, then click Add connection. A new tab opens on the Objection Proof AI side, where you will sign in.
- 03
Sign in and allow access
Log in to Objection Proof AI in that tab and grant Zapier access to the account. The connection then shows up in your list and serves every Zap that uses the app.
Your first Zap: log every reviewed call in a sheet
GoalEach time call data appears or changes in Objection Proof AI, a filter checks it, then a row is added to the team's coaching sheet.
- 01
Create the Zap and its trigger
Create a new Zap. In the trigger slot, pick Objection Proof AI, choose New or Updated Call Data as the event, and select the connection you added earlier.
- 02
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent call data items of your account, so you map a real call in the next steps. Submit one call first if the account is new.
- 03
Add the filter (paid plans)
From the plus icon, add a Filter step so only the call data you care about reaches the sheet. Remember that a filter makes the Zap multi-step, which needs a paid plan.
- 04
Add the sheet action
Add the spreadsheet app as the action, pick the coaching file and tab, then drop the call data fields that came back from the test into the columns.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test the action and check the new row. When it looks right, click Publish. Keep in mind that an updated call adds another row.
The Objection Proof AI trigger
1 event starts a Zap when something happens in Objection Proof AI, and one of them is instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
New or Updated Call Data
Instant triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when there's a new or updated call data.”
Starts your Zap whenever call data shows up in Objection Proof AI or changes there, and passes that data to the steps you add after it. This is how review results leave the app and reach your CRM, a sheet or a chat channel.
The Objection Proof AI action
Objection Proof AI gives you 1 action. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

When the Objection Proof AI Zap breaks
Zapier attaches no help article and no documented error to this app. The trouble comes from general Zapier limits, and one of them is easy to hit here.
Four cases cover what usually goes wrong. For a broader checklist, the Zapier troubleshooting guide goes through the usual causes, and the Zapier training covers multi-step Zaps.
The Zap that feeds itself
A Zap that starts on call data and then runs Submit Call can write into the very place its trigger watches. It then sets itself off again and again and burns through tasks fast.Past calls are never sent
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is switched on. Calls recorded before that stay where they are, and moving that backlog is a separate job.A required field is empty
Submit Call needs a transcript, an agent and a source. A row or recording missing any of them stops the action, and that run is not billed.A burst of calls is held back
After a bulk import or a migration, a trigger that suddenly returns a huge batch can be held back by Zapier's flood protection.
