PAGEDIUM Zapier integrationAutomate PAGEDIUM with Zapier.
The PAGEDIUM Zapier integration gives you 2 triggers, 0 actions and 0 searches: both start a Zap when one of your crypto price alerts goes off, so the alert can travel to the tools your team reads. Both are checked on a timer, which matters for prices.

What the PAGEDIUM Zapier integration does with your alerts
PAGEDIUM is a platform where you set market alerts on crypto, stocks and forex, and can automate trades when they go off. The PAGEDIUM Zapier integration hands its crypto alerts to your other apps. A Zap (the automation you build on Zapier: one starting event, then one or more steps after it) carries each alert where it is useful.
An alert in the channel your team watches. New Crypto Target Price Alert Notification sends a message when a coin reaches the price you set, so nobody has to keep the PAGEDIUM tab open or refresh a chart to find out.
A log of every swing. New Crypto Percentage Price Alert Notification can write each alert into a spreadsheet, building a dated record of the moves you chose to follow, which you can sort and review later.
A personal heads-up. Either trigger can end in an email or a mobile notification from another app, for the alerts that matter to one person only and would be noise in a shared channel.
What Zapier does not do for PAGEDIUM: it only carries crypto alerts, not stock or forex ones. It offers no action, so a Zap cannot create an alert or place a trade in PAGEDIUM. And both triggers are polling ones, so an alert waits for the next check before the Zap runs. Comparing platforms? See Make vs Zapier.
The Zapier vocabulary, in plain words
Seven words come back all along this page. Here they are once.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one starting event, then one or more steps that run every time that event happens.
- Trigger
- The event that starts a Zap. With PAGEDIUM there are two: a target price alert and a percentage price alert on crypto.
- Action
- What the Zap does once it has started: the step that writes, sends or moves something for you, in another app here.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills. One task is one action your Zap completed successfully, and your plan is a count of those.
- Polling vs instant
- A polling trigger is checked by Zapier on a timer; an instant one is reported by the app itself. Both PAGEDIUM triggers are polling.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap carry on only when what arrived meets the condition you set, and stops it right there otherwise.
- Connection
- Your PAGEDIUM account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every PAGEDIUM step in every Zap you build afterwards.
What a PAGEDIUM Zap really costs
The trigger never costs a task, and neither does Zapier checking PAGEDIUM for new alerts, however often it looks. Only an action that goes through is billed.
- Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps, one trigger plus one action
- PAGEDIUM on ZapierWorks on the free plan
- Alert checksNever billed
- Filter or second actionTurns the Zap into a paid multi-step Zap
Each successful action counts on its own: an alert sent to a channel and logged in a sheet uses two tasks. A failed action is not counted. The free plan gives 100 tasks a month and builds two-step Zaps only, one trigger and one action. Add a filter or a second action and the Zap becomes multi-step, which needs a paid plan. PAGEDIUM is not reserved for paid plans, but on the free one its alerts are checked every 15 minutes.
Connect PAGEDIUM to Zapier in three steps
- 01
Find PAGEDIUM from the Apps page
In your Zapier account, open Apps and click + Add connection. Type PAGEDIUM in the dialog and pick it. You need a PAGEDIUM account first, the one where your crypto alerts are set.
- 02
Sign in to PAGEDIUM
Click Add connection. PAGEDIUM opens in a new tab: sign in with the account that holds the alerts you want to forward. The Zap only sees that account's alerts.
- 03
Grant Zapier access
Approve the access Zapier asks for on your PAGEDIUM account. That is all: every PAGEDIUM step of every Zap reuses this connection, so you sign in once and not once per Zap.
Your first PAGEDIUM Zap: share only the alerts that matter
GoalEach crypto target price alert from PAGEDIUM that meets your condition becomes a message in the team channel.
- 01
Pick the trigger
Start building: choose PAGEDIUM as the app that starts the Zap and New Crypto Target Price Alert Notification as the event, then select your PAGEDIUM connection.
- 02
Test it on a real alert
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent alerts of your account, so you map the next steps on a real one instead of a blank sample.
- 03
Add the filter
Add a Filter step from the plus icon and fill its three boxes: the field to look at, the rule, the value. Use a number rule on numbers, or the filter never passes.
- 04
Add the message
Pick the app of your team channel and its message action, then map the alert's details into the text so readers see what went off without opening PAGEDIUM.
- 05
Test, then publish
Test the action once and read the message it sent, then click Publish. The filter makes this Zap multi-step, so it needs a paid plan.
The 2 PAGEDIUM triggers
2 events start a Zap when something happens in PAGEDIUM. Zapier checks for them at the interval your plan allows.
New Crypto Percentage Price Alert Notification
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when there is a new crypto percentage price alert notification.”
Starts the Zap when one of your PAGEDIUM alerts based on a percentage move in a crypto price goes off. It suits people who care about the size of a swing more than about a precise level.
New Crypto Target Price Alert Notification
Polling triggerIn Zapier“Triggers when there is a new crypto target price alert notification.”
Fires when a crypto price reaches a target you defined in a PAGEDIUM alert. This is the trigger to use when one number decides what happens next, an entry point or an exit point for instance.
When a PAGEDIUM Zap breaks
Zapier links no help article to PAGEDIUM, so the failures to plan for are the ones every Zap shares. With price alerts, timing makes some of them more visible.
Read these four cases before switching anything on. If a Zap already misbehaves, go to Zapier troubleshooting.
Past alerts are never picked up
A Zap only reacts to what happens after it is published. Alerts that went off before stay in PAGEDIUM, and moving that history is a separate job.The alert arrives after the check
Both triggers are polling: on the free plan Zapier looks every 15 minutes, so a fast market can move between the alert and your message.A burst of alerts gets held back
When a trigger suddenly returns a huge batch, during a volatile day with many alerts, Zapier's flood protection can hold those items back. The same alert never fires twice
Zapier remembers what it has already seen on a polling trigger, so an alert that was already handled does not start the Zap a second time.
