Phasio Zapier integrationAutomate Phasio with Zapier.
The Phasio Zapier integration gives you 1 trigger and 9 actions. The trigger is instant, so a Phasio event starts your Zap right away; the actions look up orders, customers, parts and production steps for the next tools in line. It runs on the free plan.
Beta app Zapier still marks this integration as beta.

What the Phasio Zapier integration does for a parts manufacturer
The Phasio Zapier integration connects Phasio, the platform a manufacturer uses to quote custom parts, run orders and follow production, to the rest of your tools. One trigger tells Zapier when a chosen Phasio event happens. Nine actions then read Phasio for you: orders and quotes, carts, customers, organisations, part data and production steps.
Three results people build with it:
A purchasing list per order. New Event starts the Zap, then Get Requisitions for an Order returns the requisitions of that order as line items your buyer can work from in a sheet.
A customer view for sales. Find Customers and Find Organisations pull the matching records, so the account manager sees who is behind an order without logging into Phasio.
Shop-floor context in one place. Find Part Revisions, Find Part Specifications and Find Production Steps gather what the workshop needs to know about a part.
What Zapier does not do here: none of the nine actions creates or changes a quote, an order or a customer. They read. Changing data goes through Make API Call, the advanced action where you write the request yourself. There is one trigger only, and Zapier marks the app as beta.
To place Zapier among other tools, there is Make vs Zapier and n8n vs Zapier.
Zapier words used on this page
Seven terms in plain words. After this, the page uses them without a reminder.
- Zap
- The automation you build on Zapier: one trigger, then one or more actions that run every time that event happens.
- Trigger
- The event in an app that starts the Zap. Once the Zap is switched on, Zapier waits for it and does nothing before.
- Action
- What the Zap does after it starts: the step that reads, writes, sends or moves something for you in an app.
- Task
- The unit Zapier bills: one action your Zap completes successfully. The number on your plan counts those.
- Polling trigger
- A trigger Zapier checks on a timer, asking the app for new items at a set interval. Phasio's trigger is not one.
- Instant trigger
- A trigger the app reports itself, the moment the event happens, so nothing waits for a check. Phasio's is one.
- Filter
- A step that lets the Zap carry on only when what arrived meets your condition, and stops it quietly otherwise.
What a Phasio Zap costs you in tasks
Phasio is not a premium app, so it runs on the free plan. The New Event trigger never costs a task, and because it is instant, the interval grid of the plans does not slow it down.
- Free plan100 tasks a month, unlimited Zaps
- New Event triggerInstant, never billed
- Premium appNo, Phasio works on the free plan
- Multi-step ZapPaid plan only
Each action that succeeds counts as one task, and that includes the Find actions here, since Zapier lists them as actions. An action that fails is not billed. A Zap with three actions eats three times what a one-action Zap does, and a few actions take more than one task. The free plan stops at two steps: one trigger, one action. A filter or a second action makes the Zap multi-step, which needs a paid plan.
Connect your Phasio account in three steps
- 01
Open the connection dialog
In Zapier, open the Apps page of your account and click + Add connection. A connection is your Phasio account linked to Zapier once, then reused by every step that touches Phasio.
- 02
Pick Phasio
Type Phasio in the search box of the dialog, select it from the list of results, then click Add connection. A new tab opens on the Phasio sign-in page.
- 03
Sign in and grant access
Log in with your Phasio account and allow Zapier to access it. You need read or write rights on any record you do not own yourself and want the Zap to touch.
Your first Phasio Zap: from an event to the requisitions
GoalEach time the Phasio event you choose happens, the matching order is found and its requisitions are listed for the next step.
- 01
Pick the trigger
Create a Zap, choose Phasio as the app and New Event as the event that starts it, then select the Phasio connection you just added.
- 02
Choose the Event Type
Set the required Event Type field to the Phasio event that should start this Zap. The editor shows a lightning bolt: this trigger is instant.
- 03
Test the trigger
Run the test. Zapier brings back the three most recent events of the connected account, so you map the next steps from a real one.
- 04
Add Find Orders and Quotes
Add a Phasio action, choose Find Orders and Quotes, and map what the event carries into its filters. Test it and read the line items it returns.
- 05
Add Get Requisitions for an Order
Add a second Phasio action, Get Requisitions for an Order, and map the order found in the previous step. Test it before you go further.
- 06
Publish
Click Publish to switch the Zap on. With two actions it is a multi-step Zap, so it needs a paid plan, and each run costs two tasks.
The Phasio trigger
1 event starts a Zap when something happens in Phasio, and one of them is instant: the app calls Zapier straight away, whatever your plan.
New Event

When a Phasio Zap breaks
Zapier links no help article to Phasio, so the cases below are the general limits of every Zap built on it.
None of them shows during a test. They appear once the Zap has been live for a while. The Zapier troubleshooting guide covers how to diagnose them.
Past events are never picked up
A Zap only reacts to what happens after you switch it on. Orders and events from before stay out, and moving that history is a separate job.A Zap that sets itself off again
If a Zap writes into the very place its own trigger watches, through Make API Call for example, it restarts itself over and over and burns tasks fast.A sudden flood is held back
When a bulk import or a migration makes the trigger return a huge batch at once, Zapier's flood protection can hold the Zap back.
