Who trains you

We configure monday.com for real clients, not just in theory.

Most monday.com trainings are run by people who read the docs the night before. At Hack'celeration it's the opposite: board structure, views and dashboards, automations, the GraphQL API wired into Make and n8n, that's our daily agency work. Everything we teach you, we practice on shipped projects. We know the traps (the board that turns into an unmanageable spreadsheet, the automation that loops on itself) because we've already solved them.

  • We configure monday.com for real clients every week, not just in theory
  • 1-on-1 format: the trainer adapts to your level, beginner or power user
  • We tell you when monday.com isn't the right call (sometimes ClickUp or Notion fits your need better)
  • We start from your real account and your actual projects, not a dummy board

What you master

Four pillars so monday.com finally runs your projects.

A badly structured monday.com means unreadable boards, views that serve no purpose, manual processes. Most of the trouble comes from the structure, not the tool. We pick up your real account and work through the four pillars together.

Certified Hack'celeration trainers

Meet our trainers, leave with a plan.

Drop your email. We get back to you to connect you with a Hack'celeration-certified trainer: we look at your monday.com account, spot what's blocking your organization, and tell you where to start. No commitment, even if you don't take the training.

  • A diagnosis of your account (boards, columns, automations)
  • The first fixes to make, in priority order
  • The right 1-on-1 format for your level and team size
  • An honest take: monday.com or ClickUp for your case
How it runs

Your monday.com program, step by step.

Five steps, no skipping. Each one on your real account, with a clear deliverable. From the first session we go after what's blocking your organization. By the end, you run your projects and your team without us.

  1. Step 1 · Account audit

We open your real monday.com account and spot what's broken

First session, we share your screen and look at your account together. Do your boards look like giant spreadsheets? Do you have 30 different statuses for the same thing? Are your automations running twice or not at all? We list the real things wasting your time and driving your team away. You leave with a clear diagnosis and the list of fixes, in priority order. No theory, your real account.

  2. Step 2 · Structure first

Clean boards, the right columns, items and subitems

We tackle the most important part first: structure. We rethink your boards like a database, we pick the right column type for each piece of data (status, person, date, formula, mirror, connect boards), we link your boards instead of duplicating everything. We organize into clear workspaces and folders. By the end, your team knows where to put information and where to find it, without asking you every time.

  3. Step 3 · Views and dashboards

Gantt, Kanban, timeline and dashboards on your real projects

We build your views. Gantt for dependencies and the critical path, Kanban for flow, Timeline for planning, Workload to balance the team. Then dashboards that aggregate several boards into widgets (Numbers, Chart, Battery, Timeline). You practice on your own projects, not a dummy board. You finish with views ready and a dashboard that answers the real question: where do we stand.

  4. Step 4 · Automations and integrations

We plug monday.com into Make, n8n and your stack

This is where monday.com gets powerful. We set up your native automations (status change, due date passed, item created, notification), your WorkForms to collect requests, your monday Docs to link specs and tasks. Then we connect the GraphQL API to n8n or Make to sync your CRM, your billing, your forms. Your processes run on their own, at the right moment, on the right trigger.

  5. Step 5 · Autonomy

You run your projects and your team without us

The number one goal: you become autonomous. By the end of the program, you know how to build a board, pick your columns, build a view, create an automation and read a dashboard. You no longer need an agency to keep your monday.com running. And if you want to delegate a heavy setup later, we also run a monday.com agency, but that's not the point here.

The proof

Why train 1-on-1 with us.

  • 300+Pros already trained on work tools

More than 300 people have gone through our trainings across France and Europe. Project managers, ops teams, small-business founders. Not vanity numbers: people who took their monday.com back in hand and automated their processes.

  • 4.7/5Rating across 334 verified reviews

Average rating of 4.7 out of 5, across 334 reviews. We won't promise everything is perfect: you have to do the work on your real account. But the 1-on-1 format makes the difference on a Work OS as broad as monday.com.

  • 1:1A dedicated expert, not a class of 100

You're not a number in a webinar. A trainer opens your real monday.com account, looks at your structure, and works through your actual cases. We schedule sessions around your availability, replays included.

FAQ · monday.com training

The questions we get the most.

  • What is a 1-on-1 monday.com training?
An individual program with a monday.com expert, not a class of 100 people. We open your real account, look at your structure, and work through your actual cases: boards, views, dashboards, automations, integrations. You ask your questions live, the trainer adapts the pace to your level. We schedule sessions around your availability, and you leave with concrete actions every time. That's what makes the difference on a Work OS as broad as monday.com.
  • How much does the monday.com training cost?
There is no single price. We connect you with a trainer certified by Hack'celeration, matched to your need and your level. It varies from one trainer to another, based on their profile and the format that fits your project.
  • monday.com or ClickUp: which one to pick?
It depends on your need. monday.com is more visual and easier for a team to adopt: the color interface, the views and native automations are very accessible, perfect for ops, marketing or a light CRM. ClickUp is denser and more configurable, better for product teams who want to tune everything. If you want your team to adopt the tool fast without heavy training, monday.com often wins. During the training, we help you decide based on your real case.
  • Can monday.com be integrated with Make or n8n?
Yes, and it's one of the big parts of the training. monday.com has a native module in Make and connects to n8n through the GraphQL API or an HTTP node. You can create an item from any trigger: a new lead in your CRM, a form response, a paid invoice, a custom webhook. We build full workflows together and use monday.com webhooks to trigger actions when a status changes. No code required.
  • Do I need to be technical to take the monday.com training?
No, not at all. monday.com is a no-code tool, everything happens visually: boards, columns, views, drag-and-drop automations. The 1-on-1 format is built exactly for that: we start from your exact level. Complete beginner, we go step by step from the first board. Power user, we jump straight to dashboards, formulas and the GraphQL API. You can run monday.com without ever touching code if you prefer.
  • What are monday.com automations for?
Automations run your processes for you. In no-code, you describe a recipe like when a status moves to Done, notify the client and move the item, or when a date arrives, assign and create a subtask. It removes manual follow-ups, missed steps, copy-paste between boards. In training, we set up your native recipes on your real processes, then go further with the GraphQL API and webhooks when native isn't enough. That's what saves the most time.
  • What are WorkForms and monday Docs for?
WorkForms are forms that fill a board directly: a client request, a brief, an internal ticket land as an item with no copy-paste. monday Docs are collaborative documents that live inside monday.com: you write a spec or meeting note and link the elements to the board's tasks. Both spare you juggling between Google Forms, an external wiki and your work tool. In training, we wire them into your real processes so everything stays in one place.
  • Can you migrate from Asana, Trello or Notion to monday.com?
Yes, but it takes prep. You have to map your projects, rebuild the structure in boards and columns, import your data (monday.com imports from Excel, Asana, Trello, Jira) and rebuild your views and automations. The classic trap: copying the old structure as-is instead of using the migration to clean it up. We've handled several migrations like this, we know the snags. In 1-on-1, we walk through your migration step by step and test before switching over for good.
  • What is the monday.com API and when do you need it?
monday.com exposes a GraphQL API that lets you read and write to your boards from the outside: create items, update columns, trigger actions via webhook. You need it as soon as you want to sync monday.com with a tool that has no native integration, or automate more finely than the standard recipes. Most of the time, we drive the API through n8n or Make without coding. If you have a dev, we also cover direct GraphQL queries in training.
  • Is the training online or in person?
100% online, over video, 1-on-1. You join the sessions from anywhere, we share your screen and your monday.com account live. Sessions are recorded if you want to revisit them. The individual format means real interaction: you're not a number in a webinar of 100, the trainer answers your questions about your setup. That's what makes learning concrete on a tool as broad as monday.com.
