What is the best influencer marketing platform for agencies in 2026?
An agency doesn't buy the same tool as a brand. It pays for every client, every seat and every report.
A brand sources creators for itself. An agency does it for five, ten or twenty brands at once, so it needs three things a brand doesn't: separate clients inside the tool, reports under its own logo (white label), and a cost that doesn't double with every new client.
The top Google results for this query list tools with prices, but few say which ones actually separate clients, which charge per seat, or which lock you into 12 months. We compared six platforms on exactly that, with prices read on each vendor's site in 2026.
The short answer: Modash for a small agency that wants the best search at a public price, Favikon to share campaigns with clients cheaply, Kolsquare for multi-client work with European brands, HypeAuditor for logo-branded audience reports, Upfluence for e-commerce agencies signed for the year, and Heepsy to start at $89 a month.
The ranking is editorial: a sponsored placement is always labeled on its entry, and no affiliate link changes a score.

How we compared and scored
Scores come from our main influencer platform ranking, so each tool keeps one value everywhere. What changes here is the lens: for each tool, we looked for what it gives an agency. Does it separate clients? Does it produce reports under your logo? What does one more teammate cost? Can you leave when a client leaves?
We read each vendor's pricing page and help center, then user reviews, mostly negative ones, to spot auto-renewing contracts and disputed data.
Not ranked, and why. GRIN, CreatorIQ and Aspire show up in US top lists, but we could not confirm their agency features on official pages, so they stay out for now. Brandwatch and Creator.co also appear in US agency lists; we did not check their pricing pages, so we do not price or rank them. Influence4You is left out because it sells to the French market only, with a French-language pricing page. Influencity (Spain) offers client workspaces and white-label reports, but its official pricing page could not be read. Storyclash (from €499 per the vendor, white-label reports on Scale) is joining Kolsquare.

The ranking is editorial: a sponsored placement is always labeled on its entry, and no affiliate link changes a score.
Modash
Modash holds the top score in our wider influencer platform ranking, and for an agency the reason is plain: the creator search is the sharpest we compared, and you can read the price without booking a demo. Essentials is $199 a month for 2 seats, 300 profile unlocks, 150 emails and 100 tracked creators. Performance is $499 a month for 5 seats, 800 unlocks, 400 emails and 250 tracked creators.
Performance adds creator payments and affiliate tracking, free up to $10,000 in payouts a year, then 5%. If you pay creators on behalf of clients, that fee shows up by your second big campaign.
The agency catch: the pricing page shows no separate client workspaces and no reports under your logo. You organize clients with named lists and campaigns, then export results into your own report. A branded link domain only comes with Enterprise, from $14,700 a year.
Tip: the 14-day trial gives you 20 unlocks, 6 emails and 10 tracked creators. Save it for a real pitch shortlist, not an empty demo.
- Sharpest audience filters in this list
- Public pricing, no sales call
- Creator payments and affiliate on Performance
- ✓14-day trial, no card
- ✓5 seats on Performance
- ✓API offered to agencies
- ✗No client workspaces on the pricing page
- ✗No logo-branded reports on public plans
- ✗5% on payouts above $10,000 a year
The best database for an agency that builds its own client reports. If clients expect a report under your logo out of the box, look at Kolsquare or HypeAuditor.
Favikon
Favikon is a French vendor and prices in euros, even for US buyers. The free plan gives 15 credits a month and 3 tracked creators. Core is €159 a month billed annually (€199 month to month) with 500 credits and one active campaign; Pro is €239 a month billed annually (€299 month to month) with 1,000 credits and 5 active campaigns. Enterprise, from €499 a month, unlocks unlimited campaigns and is pitched at agencies handling many clients.
Two details matter for agencies. Seats: a full seat is €69 a month and a read-only analyst seat is €39, so an account manager can follow results without a full plan. Sharing: you can share one campaign with a client for free, so they watch progress without a paid login.
The catch: white label is not listed on the pricing page, so your client sees the Favikon interface. And some users dispute the accuracy of audience data, while others praise a responsive human support team. Check three creators whose real stats you know before you buy.
Tip: quarterly billing saves 10% and annual saves 20%. If you bill clients quarterly, quarterly billing matches your cash flow better.
- One campaign shared free with a client
- Read-only analyst seat at €39/mo
- Enterprise built for multi-client agencies
- ✓Free plan to start
- ✓Cheap read-only seats
- ✓20% off annual billing
- ✗White label not on the pricing page
- ✗One active campaign on Core
- ✗Euro billing for US agencies
The best value for a mid-size agency that wants clients in the loop. Past 5 campaigns at once, compare Enterprise with a Kolsquare quote.
Kolsquare
Kolsquare speaks to agencies more directly than any other tool here: the vendor says it is multi-client, multi-market and white-label ready, with reports you share with clients. For an agency, that combo saves rebuilding a report for every brand each month.
It also scores each creator profile for compliance with French advertising rules and hosts data in the EU. That matters if you run campaigns for European brands; for US-only work, it is a nice extra rather than a reason to buy.
All three plans (Discovery, Listening, Enterprise) are quote-only. Listening benchmarks up to 11 brands; Enterprise adds creator payments, API access, Shopify and automated reporting. Storyclash, a content tracking tool, is joining Kolsquare.
The catch: user reviews shared by the vendor mention filters that need work, no split between organic and sponsored content, new profiles taking up to two days to load, and fewer US creators.
Tip: ask for the price per tracked brand and per seat in the quote. That is what inflates an agency bill, not the base plan.
- Client workspaces and white label, per the vendor
- EU-hosted data
- Reports shareable with clients
- ✓Built for agencies and European markets
- ✓Automated reporting on Enterprise
- ✓30% off for young startups
- ✗No public pricing
- ✗Thinner US creator coverage
- ✗New profiles can be slow to load
The most complete option for a multi-client agency with European brands. With US-only clients, Modash or HypeAuditor cover the market better.
HypeAuditor
HypeAuditor has the highest audience audit score in this list: fake followers, country, age and engagement quality. For an agency, that is the proof a client wants before signing a creator.
Its help center confirms white-label reports: your logo replaces HypeAuditor's. The plan and price of that option are not stated, so ask in the quote. Basic starts at $299 a month billed annually, for 500 reports and 1,000 emails a month; higher plans are quote-only.
The catch is the terms. Users report being charged after asking to cancel and losing unused credits at the end of a subscription. Ask in the quote whether the price depends on the number of tracked brands.
Tip: get the cancellation deadline and what happens to unused credits in writing. Set a calendar reminder two months before renewal.
- Best audience audit in this list
- White-label reports with your logo
- 500 reports a month from Basic
- ✓Reports clients trust
- ✓Dedicated agency page
- ✓Large creator database
- ✗Annual billing from Basic
- ✗White-label price on request
- ✗Cancellation complaints from users
The pick if your agency sells vetting and reporting. Read the renewal clause before you sign.
Upfluence
Upfluence sells three modular offers with no public price: find creators, run creator programs (CRM, Shopify, affiliate), and automate with Upfluence Pay for multi-currency creator payments. Fees are flat, with no cut of sales, no mandatory setup fee and a dedicated account manager. The vendor has a dedicated agency use case.
Campaign management is its strength: a 4.4 on that criterion, among the highest in our wider ranking.
The catch: the 12-month minimum. Users describe unexpected auto-renewals and a contract pitched as 6 months then billed for 12, and one customer felt the $700 monthly fee would have paid two creators instead. White label is not advertised.
Tip: only sign if a client commits to at least 12 months of campaigns. Otherwise you pay for the tool yourself after they leave.
- Campaigns, Shopify and affiliate in one place
- No cut of sales
- Multi-currency creator payments
- ✓Dedicated account manager
- ✓No mandatory setup fee
- ✓Agency use case
- ✗12-month minimum
- ✗No public pricing
- ✗Auto-renewal complaints
Strong for an e-commerce agency with clients signed for the year. For short projects, Modash or Heepsy avoid the lock-in.
Heepsy
Heepsy is the cheapest way in: a free plan, then Starter at $89 a month ($69 billed annually), Plus at $199 and Advanced at $299. There is no annual lock-in. The vendor has an agency page about running several campaigns side by side.
It handles the first step of a client project well: finding creators and reading their core audience numbers.
The catch: campaign management is the weakest in this list (3.2 out of 5), with no branded reports. You track the rest in a spreadsheet or your CRM.
Tip: take Starter for the shortlist month, drop back to free during the campaign, and bill the research to your client as a line item.
- Free plan
- No commitment
- Agency use case page
- ✓$89 a month
- ✓Cancel anytime
- ✓Quick to learn
- ✗Basic campaign management
- ✗No branded reports
- ✗Thinner audience audit
A good way to test influencer work in your offer. Once you manage three clients, move to Favikon or Modash.
Agency platform checklist: what to verify
Before comparing creator databases, answer two questions: how many active clients do you run at once, and do clients want to see the tool or just the report?
1 to 3 clients
A public plan is enough: Modash Essentials at $199 or Favikon Core at €159 a month billed annually. Skip 12-month deals while your roster can change from one quarter to the next.
More than 5 brands
You need client workspaces and branded reports. Get a Kolsquare quote and compare it with Favikon Enterprise, from €499 a month.
Clients want to follow along
Favikon shares one campaign with a client for free; Kolsquare advertises shareable reports. Don't buy clients a full seat.
You sell vetting
HypeAuditor has the best audience audit and white-label reports. Ask for the price of that option in writing.
Shopify clients
Upfluence ties creators, affiliate and store together. Sign only if your client commits for 12 months too.
US disclosure rules
Sponsored posts still need a clear disclosure, whoever runs the campaign. Keep a screenshot of each post and the disclosure clause from the creator contract.
- Separate client workspaces, or just lists?
- Logo-branded reports: which plan, what price?
- Cost of an extra seat, and of a read-only seat
- Contract length and cancellation deadline
- What happens to unused credits
- Per-brand pricing, if the tool charges that way
Pay less and keep control of your clients
What most roundups skip: an agency bill grows with clients and teammates, not with the creator database.
The tips
Price per client, not per plan
BudgetDivide the subscription by active clients. Modash Performance at $499 across five clients is $100 per client per month; with one client, it is five times that. Put that line in your proposal.
- Example
- $499 ÷ 5 clients = $100
Give account managers read-only seats
BudgetAt Favikon, an analyst seat is €39 a month against €69 for a full seat. A teammate who only reads results doesn't need to run searches.
- Saving
- €30 per seat per month
Match tool terms to client contracts
ContractUpfluence requires 12 months and HypeAuditor bills Basic annually. If your client signs for six months, you pay the rest alone. Put the cancellation deadline in your calendar two months early.
- Minimum
- 12 months at Upfluence
Own your report template
ClientExport the platform's numbers into your own template. If you switch tools, the client keeps the same report and never notices.

Check three known creators before buying
QualityUsers dispute audience numbers on some platforms. During the trial, compare three creators whose real stats you know: the gap tells you how far to trust the rest.

- during the trial or free plan
Share a link, not a login
ClientA shared campaign link costs nothing at Favikon; a full seat costs €69 a month. Keep logins for your own team.

Influencer platforms for agencies · FAQ
How much does an influencer platform cost for an agency?
Between $0 and about $500 a month on public plans: Heepsy free then $89, Favikon Core €159 billed annually, Modash Essentials $199, Favikon Enterprise from €499. Kolsquare and Upfluence are quote-only. Add seats: a full Favikon seat is €69 a month.Which influencer platforms offer white label?
HypeAuditor replaces its logo with yours on reports, and Kolsquare says it is white-label ready. Influencity and Storyclash offer it too. The price of the option is rarely public, so get it in writing before you sign. How should an agency report campaign results to clients?
With a shared link or a logo-branded report rather than full tool access. Favikon shares one campaign with a client for free. Always attach post screenshots as proof of disclosure. Can you cancel an influencer platform mid-year?
Not always. Upfluence requires 12 months and HypeAuditor bills Basic annually; users report auto-renewals. Modash, Favikon and Heepsy offer monthly plans. Read the cancellation clause first.Should an agency use one platform or several?
Many agencies use two: a cheap one for creator search (Heepsy, Modash) and a fuller one for management and reporting. Keep your own report template so clients don't see the switch. Is Upfluence worth it for agencies?
Yes if your clients sell on Shopify and sign for a full year: its campaign management scores 4.4 out of 5. No if your projects are short, because of the 12-month minimum and auto-renewal complaints.
