How Much Does Reply.io Cost?
The real price of the outbound platform, from email-only to the Jason AI SDR.
Short answer: the Multichannel plan is $89 per user a month on annual billing ($99 if you pay monthly) and bundles one LinkedIn account, calls and SMS. For email only, Email Volume is priced by your active-contact tier: each tier's figure is on Reply's pricing page. Jason, the autonomous AI SDR, is billed on its own, per team, on a separate price list.
The sticker price is not the invoice. Data credits, extra mailboxes and call minutes come on top. We ran the numbers for teams of 1, 3, 5 and 10 reps and pulled together the billing traps customers keep running into.
The "Start a Reply.io trial" buttons on this page are affiliate links: Reply pays us a commission if you buy a paid plan. Your price stays the same, and our 4.0/5 rating was set before any deal.
What each Reply.io plan costs
Reply sells two different things. First, the sequencing platform you run yourself: Email Volume (priced by active contacts) or Multichannel (priced per user). Second, Jason, an AI agent that finds prospects, writes the messages and handles replies, priced per team. One doesn't replace the other: a Jason plan doesn't give your reps the manual sequences of Multichannel.
An "active contact" is anyone a sequence step reaches at least once during your billing period, on any channel. They count once, and every follow-up after that is free. The counter resets on your renewal date, not on the 1st of the month.

Email Volume
Email only, priced by contact volume
Each tier's price is on Reply's pricing page
- Unlimited emails: only active contacts count
- Tiers from 1,000 to 100,000 active contacts, custom quote above
- Sending mailboxes scale with the tier (fair use)
- Mailbox warm-up included, one slot per inbox
- 50 data credits a month
- LinkedIn add-on: $69 per account per month
Multichannel
One rep working email, LinkedIn and phone
$99 a month billed monthly
- Unlimited active contacts
- 1 LinkedIn account per user included
- Calls and SMS included (usage prepaid separately)
- 10 mailboxes on annual, 5 on monthly
- Extra mailbox: $29 a month
- 50 data credits a month
Jason AI SDR
Hand prospecting to an AI agent, priced per team
Annual works out far cheaper than monthly
- Separate product from the sequencing platform
- Starter and Growth tiers by contact volume
- Large volumes quoted by sales (Enterprise)
- Costs far more than a Multichannel seat: for teams that already convert
- Unlimited users and mailboxes, several LinkedIn accounts by tier
- Contact search draws on a monthly allowance, not credits
Multichannel and LinkedIn add-on prices read on Reply.io's own pages, quotas from its product documentation, 2026. Email Volume and Jason are sold by contact tier: check your tier's price on the pricing page before you commit. Agency plans (unlimited clients, optional white label) are annual only and quoted by sales.
Six lines that land on top of your plan
A Reply plan pays for the software. Data, extra inboxes and phone usage are billed alongside it. None of this is hidden; it is all in Reply's help docs. Almost nobody reads them before checkout, though, and that is where budgets slip.
Data credits run out fast
Every plan comes with 50 credits a month. Finding an email costs 2 credits, a phone number 3, a LinkedIn profile enrichment 1. So 50 credits get you about 25 verified emails a month, or 16 phone numbers. For real volume you need a contact database elsewhere or extra credit packs. One upside: an email or phone lookup that comes back empty is refunded. Profile enrichment is charged either way.
LinkedIn: one account per seat
Multichannel covers one LinkedIn account per user. Automating a second profile, say your founder's, costs $69 a month. On Email Volume, LinkedIn isn't included at all and the same $69 add-on applies. Automation is capped at 100 actions per day per action type, and it works best with the LinkedIn interface set to English.
Calls run on a prepaid wallet
Multichannel includes the calling and SMS features, not the minutes. You top up a prepaid wallet ($10 minimum before the first call), rent a number and pass an identity check. Per-minute and per-text rates are a few cents each, but they add up every month. In the US, sending SMS also requires A2P 10DLC carrier registration.
Mailboxes past your quota
Multichannel gives you 10 sending mailboxes on annual billing but only 5 on monthly. Each extra one is $29 a month on any plan. On annual billing it's charged up front through your next renewal. Free addresses like gmail.com are rejected as senders, so you need a business domain.
Website visitor ID is no longer bundled
Identifying the companies that visit your site (Website Visitors) used to ship with older plans. New accounts only get it on Jason plans or as a paid add-on. If a comparison post promises it inside Multichannel, that post is out of date. Leave it out of your math if you sign up in 2026.
Active contacts reset each period
On Email Volume, a six-week sequence launched near the end of a period hits the same people across two periods, so they count twice. On a 1,000-contact tier, a few hundred prospects straddling the reset can push you over quota. Launch big sequences right after your renewal date, not right before it.
- Budget for 25 found emails a month from included credits, no more.
- Add $69 for every LinkedIn profile beyond the first on Multichannel.
- Plan a call wallet of at least $10 if your reps dial.
- Monthly Multichannel gives you 5 mailboxes, not 10.
- Write down your renewal date: that's when contacts reset.
How we worked out the real cost
We read Reply.io's own pages and product documentation (quotas, credits, mailboxes, cancellation), then customer reviews about billing. The only figures on this page are the ones we could read on a Reply page: Multichannel at $89 or $99, the $69 LinkedIn add-on, the $29 extra mailbox and the $10 call wallet. The pricing page itself couldn't be read directly, so Email Volume, Jason and Agency amounts, which vary by tier, are described without a figure.
Team costs add up those amounts with no negotiated discount. Call usage is left out because it depends entirely on your volume.

What your team pays each month
Six common setups, all on Multichannel, the one plan whose price shows on Reply's own pages. The first rule: the moment a rep wants LinkedIn, go Multichannel. On Email Volume, the LinkedIn add-on alone is $69 before the tier price, while Multichannel bundles it for $89 with calls.
For an email-only team under 10,000 contacts, Reply bills per user but doesn't publish the price of a second seat: don't multiply one tier price by headcount, get the exact figure before you sign.

Reply.io pricing against five rivals
Entry prices alone mislead, because every tool bills on a different unit. Reply counts contacts or users, Instantly and Smartlead charge for sending volume with unlimited inboxes, lemlist bills the team for email and the user for multichannel, Apollo charges per seat, La Growth Machine per LinkedIn identity. Ratings come from our full reviews.
Prices published by each vendor in 2026, annual then monthly, before tax. For Reply.io, the multichannel plan.
Reply.io

$99 monthly; Email Volume by tier
- 1 LinkedIn account, calls and SMS included

- Two dollars cheaper than Reply on annual multichannel

- No LinkedIn: email only
Apollo.io
Per seat plus data credits
Basic $65 monthly, Professional $79 / $99
- Built-in contact database
- Email and call sequences
- Lighter than Reply on LinkedIn steps
Smartlead
Sending volume, unlimited inboxes
$39 monthly; Pro $78.30 / $94
- Base: 2,000 contacts, 6,000 sends a month
- No per-seat billing
- No native LinkedIn
La Growth Machine
Per LinkedIn identity
Pro €120 per identity, with calls
- LinkedIn and email at the core
- 14-day trial

Ratings out of 5 come from our full reviews; Smartlead and La Growth Machine don't have one yet, so no score. Waalaxy, a LinkedIn-first tool, starts at €19 a month billed annually (rated 3.8/5) and bills one seat per LinkedIn account.
Six ways to shrink your Reply.io bill
These come from Reply's own docs and from customers who got caught out. None of them requires haggling.
Go annual, but only after the trial
Annual billing saves 10% on Multichannel ($89 vs $99) and doubles the included mailboxes; on Jason, the gap between annual and monthly is wider still. But several customers describe refunds denied on unused annual plans. Prove your sequences during the 14-day trial first, then run a month or two on monthly billing if you're unsure.
Never stack Email Volume and LinkedIn
On Email Volume, the LinkedIn add-on costs $69 per account a month, on top of the tier price. Multichannel is $89 with LinkedIn, calls and SMS. As soon as one person needs a single channel beyond email, run the math with your tier price: the add-on alone is already over three quarters of a Multichannel seat.
Spend credits on emails, not phones
A found email costs 2 credits, a phone number 3. If you rarely call, save your 50 monthly credits for emails. And use LinkedIn "view profile" steps: Reply grabs the email and phone at no credit cost when they're visible on the profile.
Time sequences to your renewal
On Email Volume the contact counter resets on your renewal date. Kick off big campaigns right after it so each prospect counts once. That keeps you from jumping a tier because of a few hundred double-counted contacts.
Annual billing pays for itself on inboxes
Annual Multichannel includes 10 mailboxes versus 5 on monthly. Running 8 inboxes on monthly means 3 extra at $29, or $87 a month: far more than the $10 gap between the two billing options. Past 5 inboxes per rep, annual always wins.
Ask for a quote
Startup perk marketplaces sometimes list a first-year discount. For Jason and Agency plans, pricing is negotiable with sales: ask for a quote instead of paying list.
- Cancel in writing before renewal and keep the confirmation: annual plans auto-renew.
- Jason and Agency plans are canceled through support, not in the app.
- Transfer domains bought through Reply before you cancel: they're deleted on the spot.
- Pre-warmed domain bundles never renew: buy replacements in time.
- Keep a business domain for sending: gmail.com addresses are rejected.
Is Reply.io worth the money?
We rate it 4.0/5 in our full review. On price, the answer depends mostly on your channels and your headcount.
Good buy if…
You run 1 to 5 reps prospecting on email and LinkedIn. At $89 a seat with LinkedIn and calls bundled, Multichannel is one of the cheapest true multichannel plans out there: lemlist asks $87 annually but $109 monthly, and La Growth Machine needs its €120 Pro plan for calls. Customers consistently praise onboarding and support.
Bad buy if…
You send high-volume, email-only outbound. Instantly ($37.60) and Smartlead ($32.50) give you unlimited inboxes with no per-user fee, while Reply caps mailboxes by tier or by seat. It's also the wrong pick if you're counting on bundled data: 25 found emails a month won't replace a database like Apollo.
What about Jason?
Billed separately and priced well above a seat, Jason is for teams that already know their ICP and have messaging that converts. Customer feedback is mixed: copy called generic, sequences less sharp than a good SDR's. Pilot it after your manual campaigns work, never instead of them.
- Email only, low volume: Email Volume on the smallest tier is enough.
- Email + LinkedIn, even for one person: Multichannel at $89.
- More than 5 inboxes per rep: pay annually.
- Heavy email volume, no LinkedIn: look at Instantly or Smartlead.
- AI SDR: only once manual campaigns are profitable.

Reply.io pricing FAQ
How much does Reply.io cost per month?
Multichannel is $89 per user a month on annual billing and $99 monthly, with one LinkedIn account, calls and SMS included. For email only, Email Volume is priced by active-contact tier (1,000 to 100,000, custom quote above): each tier's price is on Reply's pricing page. Prices are in USD and exclude sales tax.Does Reply.io Multichannel include LinkedIn and calls?
Yes: every Multichannel seat includes one LinkedIn account, calling and SMS. Two catches: a second LinkedIn profile costs $69 a month, and call minutes come out of a prepaid wallet with a $10 minimum. Many comparison posts still quote around $187 a seat by adding add-ons this plan no longer needs. How much does Jason AI SDR cost?
Jason has its own price list, by contact tier (Starter, Growth, then Enterprise on quote), with a big gap between annual and monthly. Check it on Reply's site or ask sales: it runs far above a Multichannel seat. It's billed per team, not per user, and it doesn't replace Multichannel if you want to keep manual sequences. Is there a free Reply.io plan?
No, there's no permanent free plan. The trial runs 14 days with 2 mailboxes, 300 active contacts, 50 data credits and 200 emails per day per mailbox (paid plans allow 400). LinkedIn isn't part of the trial. After you cancel, a free mode only keeps your data; you can't prospect from it.Can you get a refund from Reply.io?
Don't count on it. Customer reviews describe refunds denied on paid but unused annual plans, and annual renewals charged because no written cancellation came in. Email Volume and Multichannel can be canceled in the app and stay active until the paid period ends. Jason and Agency plans go through support. How much do you save with annual billing?
On Multichannel, 10%: $89 instead of $99 per user. Annual also doubles the included mailboxes from 5 to 10. For 5 reps, that's $600 a year before you count inboxes. Is Reply.io cheaper than lemlist or Instantly?
For multichannel, it's close: $89 a seat annually at Reply versus $87 at lemlist, but $99 versus $109 on monthly billing, and Reply bundles calls. For pure email, Instantly costs $37.60 a month annually with unlimited inboxes, while Reply bills by contact tier and caps mailboxes. The more email you send, the more that gap works against Reply. What counts as an active contact on Reply.io?
Anyone reached at least once by a sequence step during your billing period, on any channel. Each person counts once, and follow-ups are free. The counter resets on your renewal date, not on the 1st of the month, so a sequence straddling two periods counts its prospects twice. On Email Volume, that number sets your tier, not the number of emails sent.
