Crosslist alternatives: where to move your listings in 2026

Six tools covered in depth, six reasons people leave, and a six-step exit plan.

The short answer: Vendoo if you want sales detection and auto-delisting on the cheapest plan, from $14.99 a month with unlimited items. Flyp if you want the lowest bill, one $9 plan after 100 free days, Vinted included. Listelf, formerly Crosslist Magic, at $9.99 a month if you also sell on Amazon or Instagram. List Perfectly for a huge catalog, Nifty if Poshmark automation matters more than crosslisting, and Zipsale if you sell from the UK. One thing before you cancel: Crosslist only lets you export your listings to CSV on Gold and Diamond. We compared all six on price, marketplaces and how you get your data in.

The ranking is editorial: a sponsored spot is always labeled on its card, and no affiliate link changes a score.

The real reasons

Why resellers switch from Crosslist

Crosslist does plenty right. Its Chrome extension sits at 4.1 out of 5 on the Chrome Web Store (31 ratings, about 20,000 users), it connects eleven marketplaces, and copying a listing is fast. People leave for other reasons: how the plans count listings, what you can take with you, and a few habits that only show up after a few months.

You pay for new listings, every month

Bronze is $29.99 a month for 200 new listings and 9 photos per listing. Silver ($34.99) gets you 500, Gold ($39.99) 1,000, and only Diamond ($44.99) removes the cap. Auto-delisting, sales analytics and CSV export are also Gold and Diamond only. Vendoo, List Perfectly, Listelf and Flyp don't cap items. If you source 300 pieces in a good month, you're on Silver whether you like it or not.

No CSV export on the lower plans

CSV export and import are Gold and Diamond only. On Bronze or Silver there is no button to take your catalog with you. Even on Gold, marketplace fields that depend on the category don't make it into the file. That's why the exit has to be planned before you cancel, not after.

Auto-delist is locked to the top plans

On Bronze and Silver there is no auto-delisting at all, so a sold item stays live elsewhere until you pull it. And even on Gold and Diamond, a complaint keeps coming back in recent reviews: users wish the computer didn't have to be running for auto-delisting to work. A few also doubt whether every sale gets recorded. If you list from your phone and sell while you're away from your desk, that's a real double-sale risk.

A bill with more moving parts than it seems

Four tiers, an AI add-on at $4.99 a month, 10% off quarterly, two months free on annual. If you get an annual plan refunded, a $9.99 processing fee is kept, and recurring payments are non-refundable. Some reviewers call the price structure "too complicated", and others report being charged on a plan they had stopped using.

Vinted is closed to new users

In 2026 Crosslist shut Vinted for new accounts, saying Vinted doesn't want resellers on its platform, and that some users had hit 24-hour suspensions. Existing users keep their access "for as long as we reasonably can", plus a draft mode to publish by hand. If you're in the UK and Vinted is a big channel, that's a countdown.

Gaps in where it can list, and who it serves

The eleven marketplaces are eBay, Poshmark, Facebook Marketplace, Depop, Mercari, Grailed, Shopify, Etsy, Whatnot, WooCommerce and OfferUp. No Vestiaire Collective, no Amazon. Crosslist also works only in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, and doesn't support users living in the European Union, which matters the day you move or sell with an EU partner.

The 6 alternatives

Crosslist alternatives, one by one

For each tool: why move there, who it's for, its catch, how to bring your Crosslist inventory over, and what it costs. Scores out of 5 come from our crosslisting apps ranking; Listelf isn't in that ranking yet, so it has no score here. PrimeLister and OneShop also come up a lot, but neither shows its prices on its own site, so we left them out of the cards.

01

Vendoo: sales detection without a listing cap

Best overall

Why move to Vendoo. It fixes Crosslist's two biggest annoyances at once. Items are unlimited, and sales detection with auto-delisting is included from Starter, the cheapest plan. It connects Shopify, Whatnot, Grailed, eBay, Depop, Sellwild, Poshmark, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, Vestiaire Collective and Etsy, so you gain Vestiaire over Crosslist.

Who it's for. US resellers with steady volume across Poshmark, Mercari and eBay who want one dashboard to watch sales.

Who it's not for. Vinted sellers: Vinted isn't on Vendoo's official marketplace page. And sellers based in the EU, who report it isn't available to them.

The catch. Reviews are split: 4.1 out of 5 across 253 reviews, but 22% are one star. The recurring stories are sales that weren't detected and turned into double sales, imports that merged the wrong items, and a chat support that was hard to find in 2026.

How to migrate from Crosslist. Vendoo doesn't take a Crosslist file. Use its Bulk Importer to pull listings from your connected marketplaces, then Import & Merge to group the copies of the same item. Merge in small batches and check each one.

02

Flyp: one cheap plan for the big US marketplaces

Cheapest

Why move to Flyp. Pricing is as simple as it gets: one plan at $9 a month, after 100 free days with no card. That's less than a third of Crosslist Bronze, and there's no monthly count of new listings to watch.

Who it's for. Part-time resellers who want to cut costs first. Flyp crosslists to Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy and Vinted, with inventory sync and auto-delisting of sold items.

Who it's not for. Sellers who rely on Grailed, Whatnot or Shopify, which Crosslist covers and Flyp doesn't list.

The catch. Vinted being on the list doesn't remove the Vinted risk: according to Crosslist, Vinted's terms ban unauthorized third-party tools. Go slowly there, whatever the tool.

How to migrate from Crosslist. Keep your listings live on eBay or Poshmark during the switch and import from there. With 100 free days, you can run both tools side by side for a full cycle before paying anything.

Listelf: the old Crosslist Magic, on 13 marketplaces

Widest list

Why move to Listelf. Listelf is what Crosslist Magic became, a Chrome extension unrelated to Crosslist despite the old name (which confuses a lot of searches). It costs $9.99 a month after 7 free days, with no limit on items crosslisted. Its list includes Vinted, Amazon, Depop, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, Grailed, Instagram, Mercari, OfferUp, Poshmark, Shopify and Whatnot.

Who it's for. Solo sellers who copy listings by hand today and want speed for very little money, especially if Amazon or Instagram are part of the mix, which Flyp and Crosslist don't list.

Who it's not for. Shops that want inventory management, analytics and team seats in one dashboard.

The catch. Its site focuses on copying listings, not on sale detection, and it doesn't say which countries it serves. Use the trial to check what happens when an item sells on one marketplace.

How to migrate from Crosslist. No file to import: the extension reads a live listing on one marketplace and copies it to another. Keep your eBay or Poshmark listings up while you switch, they are your source.

List Perfectly: unlimited listings for big catalogs

Big inventory

Why move to List Perfectly. Listings are unlimited on every plan, and it backs the first 100 listings with a money-back guarantee. For a catalog of several thousand pieces, it's the opposite of Crosslist's monthly cap.

Who it's for. High-volume US resellers who want a central catalog and post to the US versions of the marketplaces.

Who it's not for. Anyone outside the US: the company says the tool is built and supported for the United States, on US marketplace versions only.

The catch. Auto-delisting only comes with Pro Plus, from $99 a month. On the $29, $49 and $69 plans, a sold item stays live elsewhere until you pull it. Vinted runs in "Lite" mode on every plan, so Vinted sales are not detected.

How to migrate from Crosslist. Import from the marketplaces where your listings are live, then check photos, sizes and prices on a sample before importing the rest.

Nifty: when Poshmark automation is the real job

Automation

Why move to Nifty. Nifty sells crosslisting and Poshmark-style automation as separate plans or bundles. Crosslisting Plus costs $39.99 a month ($35.99 on annual) for up to 1,500 active items and 500 credits; Crosslisting Pro is $59.99. Automation alone is $39.99, and bundles start at $69.99.

Who it's for. Poshmark-heavy sellers who spend more time sharing and sending offers than writing new listings.

Who it's not for. Anyone who wants the cheapest tool: Nifty's entry plan costs more than Crosslist Bronze. The marketplaces named on its Automation plan are Poshmark, eBay, Mercari and Depop, with no Vinted.

The catch. The 1,500 active items on Crosslisting Plus is still a cap, just a different one: Crosslist counts new listings per month, Nifty counts what's live.

How to migrate from Crosslist. Start the 7-day trial with a handful of items imported from Poshmark or eBay, and check your active-item count before choosing a plan.

Zipsale: the UK option, with Vinted and ASOS

UK sellers

Why move to Zipsale. It's made to be used in the UK, the market where losing Vinted hurts Crosslist users most. Auto-delisting covers eBay, Etsy, Depop, Poshmark, Shopify, WooCommerce, ASOS and Vinted.

Who it's for. UK resellers on Vinted, Depop and eBay, and sellers who want to pay per item instead of per month: credits start at £0.18 per item with no subscription.

Who it's not for. US sellers: the tool is built around UK marketplaces and prices in pounds.

The catch. The free plan has no auto-delist, and the Depop and Vinted add-ons start at £10 a month on top of a subscription from £15 a month excluding VAT.

How to migrate from Crosslist. Sign up without a card, connect eBay first, and import from there. Add Vinted last and republish slowly.

The comparison

Crosslist and its alternatives side by side

Our default pick: Vendoo if you want sales detection, Flyp if price comes first. To give you a sense of scale, a reseller adding 300 new items a month pays $34.99 at Crosslist (Silver, still without auto-delist), $14.99 at Vendoo, $9.99 at Listelf and $9 at Flyp. The table gives one row per tool: on the left what it caps and where it lists, on the right the entry price and how you bring listings over.

Exit plan

Switch from Crosslist in six steps

Order matters. Most lost listings come from cancelling before the data is out.

01

Export your catalog before you cancel

First

On Gold or Diamond, run the CSV export now. The file has 37 columns, and photos come as URLs separated by a pipe character. One trap: the export follows your active filters, not the boxes you ticked. Clear every filter before you click.

On Bronze or Silver you have two options: upgrade to Gold ($39.99) for one month to export, or skip the export and keep your listings live on the marketplaces so the new tool can import them from there.

Format
CSV, 37 columns

02

Download your photos to your own drive

Backup

The photo links in the CSV point to the tool's servers, and nothing says they'll keep working once you stop paying. Grab them with a bulk downloader and save them in one folder per item, named by SKU or title.

Do the same for fields that don't export, the category-specific ones for each marketplace: screenshots of your top 10 items by price are often enough.

one evening for a few hundred items
03

Import from the marketplaces, not from the file

New tool

None of the tools on this page advertises a Crosslist file import. The safe route is importing from the marketplaces where your listings are live: eBay or Poshmark becomes the source, and the new tool rebuilds its items. Your CSV is the checklist for spotting what's missing.

Start with 20 items, check titles, sizes, prices and photos, then do the rest.

Test batch
20 items first
04

Connect each marketplace and test sales detection

Double sales

Connect accounts one at a time, then watch the first real sale closely. The question: when an item sells on Poshmark, does it come down everywhere else? On List Perfectly below Pro Plus, the answer is no. On Vendoo, some users report missed sales.

Until you've seen auto-delist work on each marketplace, pull sold items by hand.

Check
auto-delist, marketplace by marketplace
05

Run both tools briefly, then cancel

Billing

One or two weeks of overlap is enough. Then cancel Crosslist before your renewal date: recurring payments are non-refundable, and annual is paid up front. The only refund covers a first purchase within 3 days if you created fewer than 20 listings, requested through chat within 72 hours.

Refund

06

On Vinted, slow down instead of automating

Account safety

A tool switch is the worst time to relist 300 items at once. According to Crosslist, Vinted's terms ban third-party tools it hasn't authorized, and a standard account is for personal use: reselling as a business belongs on Vinted Pro. Relist in small batches and skip automatic bumps for the first days.

If you sell at volume, Vinted Pro offers an official API for selected Pro sellers, with 4 to 6 weeks of setup and a category mapping to do. It doesn't handle messages or offers.

Switching pitfalls

What makes a Crosslist switch go wrong

The same mistakes come up again and again in reviews and reseller forums. None of them is technical. They're oversights, and each one costs listings or an account.

Cancelling Bronze with no exit plan

There's no export on Bronze or Silver. Cancel and then end your marketplace listings, and you're left with nothing. Keep the listings live, or pay one month of Gold to export.

Exporting with a filter on

The export follows the list filters, not your selection. One forgotten "eBay" filter and the file holds only part of your stock. Count the CSV rows and compare them with your item count.

Two tools delisting at once

During the overlap, two tools watching the same listings can fight: one ends it, the other relists. Pick one tool to own sales from day one.

Trusting sync before you've seen it

Missed sales are the most common complaint across these tools, Vendoo included, and List Perfectly doesn't detect Vinted sales at all. Watch your first ten sales by hand.

Comparing caps that aren't the same

Crosslist caps new listings per month, Nifty caps active items, Vendoo and Flyp don't cap items. Compare on your own numbers: new items per month and items live at once.

Picking a tool for the wrong country

List Perfectly supports US marketplace versions only, Zipsale is made for the UK, and EU-based sellers report that Vendoo isn't available to them. Check during the trial. Our crosslisting apps ranking compares them all, and our guide for secondhand resellers goes deeper on clothing marketplaces.

FAQ · 8 questions

Crosslist alternative: frequently asked questions

  • What is the best Crosslist alternative?

Vendoo for most US resellers: unlimited items and auto-delist from $14.99 a month. If price comes first, Flyp costs $9 a month after 100 free days. Flyp also lists Vinted; Listelf adds Amazon and Instagram; in the UK, look at Zipsale.

  • Is Crosslist Magic the same as Crosslist?

No. Crosslist Magic was a separate Chrome extension that is now called Listelf, at $9.99 a month after a 7-day trial. Crosslist is a different company with four plans from $29.99 to $44.99 a month.

  • Can I export my listings from Crosslist?

Only on Gold and Diamond, as a 37-column CSV with photo URLs. Category-specific marketplace fields aren't included. On Bronze or Silver, upgrade for a month or import into your new tool from the live marketplaces.

  • Does Crosslist still work with Vinted?

Only for existing users. Crosslist closed Vinted to new accounts in 2026 and keeps existing access for as long as it reasonably can, with a draft mode you publish by hand.

  • Is there a free Crosslist alternative?

Zipsale has a free plan without auto-delist, plus pay-per-item credits from £0.18. Otherwise the closest thing is Flyp's 100 free days, then $9 a month.

  • Can I get a refund from Crosslist?

Rarely. Only a first purchase qualifies, within 3 days and with fewer than 20 listings created, via chat within 72 hours. Recurring payments are non-refundable, so cancel before renewal.

  • Does Crosslist work outside the US?

In the UK, Canada and Australia, yes. In the European Union, no: Crosslist doesn't support EU residents. List Perfectly supports US marketplace versions only, and an EU-based seller reports Vendoo isn't available there either, so EU sellers usually look at European tools.

  • How long does switching from Crosslist take?

An evening to export and back up photos, another to import and check 20 items. Then plan one to two weeks of overlap to confirm sales detection on each marketplace.
