What does the Evolio Make integration do?

The Evolio Make integration links your Evolio account to Make, a visual tool where you build a scenario: an automation made of modules, each module being one brick such as an action or a search. Evolio brings 27 action modules for cases, people, tasks and documents, so data arriving in other apps can land in Evolio without copy and paste.

Open a matter the moment a client says yes. When a request is accepted in your form or CRM, Vytvořit Fyzickou Osobu or Vytvořit Právnickou Osobu adds the client, Vytvořit Případ opens the case and Vytvořit Vazbu Případ Subjekt ties them together.

Keep contact details in one place. Vyhledat Subjekty finds the right person, then Přidat Email k Osobě or Přidat Telefon k Osobě adds what just changed.

Stop typing hours twice. Zadat Výkaz Práce records work time coming from a separate tracker, and Vytvořit Úkol turns an incoming request into a task.

What Make does not give you here: Evolio has no trigger, so another app or the Make schedule starts every scenario, and there is no Make an API Call module for requests outside the 27 modules. The Make documentation also says it lacks public information to document Evolio fully. How do you connect Evolio to Make?

    Add an Evolio module

    In your scenario, click the +, type Evolio and pick any module. Click Create a connection: the connection is your Evolio account linked to Make once, then reused by all 27 modules.

    Name the connection

    Give it a name you will recognise later, such as the name of your firm or of the Evolio user behind it. This step is optional, but it helps when several colleagues connect their own accounts.

  3. 03

    Authorize and save

    Depending on what the window shows, sign in on Evolio's page to authorize Make, or paste the key Evolio gives you. Click Save, and the module can now list what it reads from your Evolio account.

First scenario

Your first Evolio scenario in Make

GoalWhen a new request arrives in another app, Make opens a case in Evolio and creates a task for it.

    Create the scenario

    On the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the +. Since Evolio has no trigger, pick the trigger of the app where requests arrive, for example your form tool.

    Add Vytvořit Případ

    Click the + on the right of that first module, search Evolio and choose Vytvořit Případ. Create the connection, then map the request details into the case fields Make shows.

    Add Vytvořit Úkol

    Add Vytvořit Úkol after the case. Map data from the two earlier modules so the task mentions the new case and the request behind it.

    Test with Run once

    Click Run once, then send a test request. Open the bubbles above each module to read the bundles it received and confirm the case and task appear in Evolio.

    Schedule and switch on

    Set the schedule on the first module, every 15 minutes by default, and switch the scenario on. From now on each new request opens its own case and task in Evolio.

When to use it
a client edits their details in a form or CRM and you want Evolio to follow.
Watch out
map the Evolio record of that person from an earlier module; without it, Make has nothing to point the change at.

run it on a test organisation first with Run once, since no documentation explains which fields it overwrites.

Evolio and Make: common questions

01Is the Evolio Make integration free?
Yes, Evolio is a standard app in Make, so you can use it on the Free plan. That plan allows 2 active scenarios, a minimum interval of 15 minutes between scheduled runs, up to 5 minutes per run, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans (Core, Pro, Teams and Enterprise) drop the interval to 1 minute, lift the limit on active scenarios and count usage in credits. Evolio's own subscription is a separate matter that this page does not cover.
02What do you need to connect Evolio to Make?
An Evolio account and a Make account. The Make documentation lists no extra prerequisite for Evolio. Add any Evolio module, click Create a connection, give it a name if you like, then either authorize Make on Evolio's page or paste the key Evolio gives you, depending on what the connection window asks for, and click Save. Every Evolio module in your scenarios reuses that single connection afterwards, so the setup happens once. If a colleague uses a different Evolio account, they add a second connection the same way.
03Does Evolio trigger a Make scenario in real time?
No. Make lists no trigger for Evolio at all, so Evolio cannot start a scenario by itself. You start it another way: with a trigger from another app, such as a form or a CRM, or with the schedule on the first module, which runs every 15 minutes by default. Even the modules whose Czech names begin with Sledovat, meaning Watch, are typed as actions, so they run only when the scenario reaches them. On the Free plan, that schedule cannot go below 15 minutes.
04What if the Evolio module you need is missing in Make?
Then the options are limited. Evolio has no Make an API Call module in Make, so you cannot send a custom request to Evolio from inside a scenario. The Make documentation also warns that it cannot give complete documentation for Evolio because little public information exists. Check whether another tool in your stack can carry the step, or ask the Hackceleration team to look at your case. Keep in mind that the 27 existing modules already cover cases, people, tasks, documents and work reports.
05Should you use Make or n8n with Evolio?
It depends on the tool your team already runs. On the Make side, Evolio offers 27 action modules for cases, people, tasks, documents and work reports, available from the Free plan, with no trigger and no API call module. n8n may or may not have an Evolio node; verify that before choosing. If Make is already where your other automations live, starting there keeps everything in one place. Either way, test with a small scenario before moving real client data.
