What you can automate

What can the Reservanto Make integration do for you?

The Reservanto Make integration links your Reservanto account to Make, a visual tool where you build a scenario (the automation itself) out of modules, one brick per step. Reservanto brings 51 modules to the table: they create and confirm bookings, manage customers, spend passes and credit, and check vouchers, all without writing code.

Customer files that fill themselves. When someone answers a form in another app, Search a Customer finds them in Reservanto and Create or Update a Customer Note stores what they wrote, so the person at the front desk knows the context before the visit.

Bookings that follow a decision made elsewhere. A deposit is checked in your payment tool, then Confirm a Booking or Reject a Booking answers the request, and Add a Payment Via Credit settles it from the client's balance.

Private sessions booked from a chat. One to One Get a List of Available Start offers real free times, and One to One Create a Booking holds the slot the client picks.

What Make does not do here: Reservanto has no trigger module, so a scenario never starts from Reservanto itself. It starts on its own schedule or from another app. Reservanto also asks for a paid account before these modules work. Reservanto may have an n8n node too; the n8n vs Make page lays out how the two tools differ. To learn the editor step by step, see the Make training, and check Make pricing before you count operations.

Connect

How do you connect Reservanto to Make?

  1. 01

    Add a Reservanto module

Log in to Make, open your scenario and add any Reservanto module. In its settings, click Create a connection. A connection is your Reservanto account linked to Make once, then reused by every Reservanto module.

  2. 02

    Name it, then save

The Connection name field is optional, but a clear name helps when you run several accounts. Leave Show advanced settings alone unless you use your own custom app, then click Save.

  3. 03

    Authorize the access

If Reservanto asks you to sign in, log in with the account that holds your bookings and confirm the access. Back in Make, the connection appears in the module and its fields become available.

First scenario

Your first scenario with Reservanto

GoalWhen a client answers a form in another app, Make finds that client in Reservanto and writes the answer on their customer note.

  1. 01

    Create the scenario

On the Scenarios page, create a new scenario and click the big +. The first module is the app where the answers arrive, your form tool for example, since Reservanto has no trigger.

  2. 02

    Add Search a Customer

Click the + on the right of the form module, search Reservanto and pick Search a Customer. Click Create a connection, then map the detail that identifies the client from the form answer.

  3. 03

    Write the note

Add Create or Update a Customer Note after the search. Map the customer found by the search, then the text of the form answer, so the note says what the client asked for.

  4. 04

    Test with Run once

Send a test answer through your form, then click Run once. Open the bubble above each module to read the bundles, the items passed from one module to the next, and check the note in Reservanto.

  5. 05

    Schedule and switch on

Click the clock on the first module to set the Scheduling: every 15 minutes by default. Then switch the scenario on. Each module run on one bundle counts as one operation on your plan.

Modules

What the Reservanto modules do

Reservanto gives you 51 modules in 18 groups. For each one: what it does for you, when to reach for it, and what to watch out for.

Booking

9 modules
Reservanto1

Add a Payment Via Credit

ActionIn the docs only

As its name says, this module settles a booking with credit the customer already holds in Reservanto, so the visit counts as paid without asking for a card at the desk.

When to use it
a client topped up a balance earlier and you want the booking your scenario creates to draw on it.
Watch out
the doc lists no description for it, so check what Make asks for and test on a dummy booking with Run once.
Reservanto2

Booking Add Payment Via Pass

ActionIn the docs only

Judging by its name, this one pays for a booking out of a pass, the prepaid set of sessions a gym or a yoga studio sells to its regulars.

When to use it
members book classes with a multi-session card and each confirmed booking should come off that card.
Watch out
pick it over Add a Payment Via Credit only when the customer really holds a pass; credit and passes are two separate balances.
Reservanto3

Add a Payment Via Service Substitution

ActionIn the docs only

Going by its label, it covers a booking with a service substitution, a replacement session the customer is owed, instead of charging them again for the visit.

When to use it
a coach cancelled a lesson and the client gets a make-up session that should not be billed.
Watch out
place Get a Service Substitution For a Customer before it, so the scenario only pays with a substitution that actually exists.
Reservanto4

Cancel a Booking

ActionIn the docs only

The name is plain: it cancels an existing Reservanto booking from inside your scenario, and the slot opens up again without anyone logging in to Reservanto.

When to use it
clients cancel through another channel, a support ticket or a form, and Reservanto has to follow.
Watch out
treat a cancellation as final. One wrong booking ID in the mapping cancels someone else's visit, so check the mapped value with Run once first.
Reservanto5

Confirm a Booking

ActionIn the docs only

Its name points to one job: accepting a booking that waits for your approval, so the client gets a firm slot without staff clicking through requests one by one.

When to use it
you accept requests only once a deposit or a form check in another app is done.
Watch out
pair it with Reject a Booking in the same scenario, otherwise requests that fail the check just sit there unanswered.
Reservanto6

Get a Booking For a Customer

ActionIn the docs only

It fetches the bookings tied to one customer, which gives the next modules a clear view of what that person has on the books with you.

When to use it
before sending a promotion, you want to skip clients who already have a session planned.
Watch out
the module needs to know which customer you mean, so place Search a Customer or Get a Customer ahead of it to supply that reference.
Reservanto7

Get a Booking For Period

ActionIn the docs only

This module pulls the bookings that fall inside a date range you choose, a solid base for a planning sheet or a report built in another app.

When to use it
staff without Reservanto access need the upcoming visits in a shared spreadsheet.
Watch out
each booking in the range can come out as its own bundle, and every module after it spends one operation per booking, so keep the range tight.
Reservanto8

Reject a Booking

ActionIn the docs only

It turns down a booking request, the counterpart of Confirm a Booking, and spares your team from refusing requests by hand inside Reservanto.

When to use it
a request breaks a rule you check elsewhere, such as an unpaid deposit or a missing waiver form.
Watch out
run your tests on a fake request with Run once; a real client refused by mistake is awkward to win back.
Reservanto9

Set a No Show State

ActionIn the docs only

Flagging a missed appointment as a no-show is its role, going by the name, so your history shows clearly which clients did not turn up.

When to use it
attendance is tracked in a check-in app or a sheet, and absences should flow back into Reservanto.
Watch out
only send it bookings whose time has passed; flagging a future visit by accident skews the client's record.

Booking Resource

3 modules
Reservanto10

Get a Booking Resource

ActionIn the docs only

Where the list module returns everything, this one zooms in on a single resource and hands its details to the next step of the scenario.

When to use it
you already know which room or coach a booking uses and want its name in a reminder.
Watch out
the doc files it under both Booking Resource and Booking Service, yet it is one module with one key, so add it once.
Reservanto11

Get a Booking Resource Availability

ActionIn the docs only

It asks Reservanto when a bookable resource, such as a room, a court or a therapist, is free, so your scenario can offer slots that really exist.

When to use it
a chatbot or a web form should propose open times instead of a fixed list that goes stale.
Watch out
check availability right before booking; a slot read early in a long scenario may be taken by the time the booking module runs.
Reservanto12

Get a Booking Resource List

ActionIn the docs only

This returns every bookable resource on your account, the list you reach for when you do not know a resource ID by heart.

When to use it
you build your first scenario and want to see which rooms or staff members Reservanto shares with Make.
Watch out
several resources mean several bundles. When you need just one, Get a Booking Resource with its ID keeps the scenario lighter.

Booking Service

2 modules
Reservanto13

Get a Booking Service

ActionIn the docs only

It reads the details of one service you sell, a haircut, a massage or a private lesson, straight from your Reservanto catalog.

When to use it
a confirmation email built in another app should name the service exactly as clients see it when they book.
Watch out
it works on a single service; to browse all of them and find the right reference, start with Get a Booking Service List.
Reservanto14

Get a Booking Service List

ActionIn the docs only

It lists the services set up in your Reservanto account, in other words the menu your clients choose from when they book.

When to use it
you keep a price page on your website or a catalog in another tool in step with Reservanto.
Watch out
every service arrives as a separate bundle, so a module placed after it runs once per service and counts an operation each time.

Classes

3 modules
Reservanto15

Create a Booking

ActionIn the docs only

Filed under Classes in the doc, it creates a booking, which suggests a seat in a group session rather than a private appointment.

When to use it
sign-ups for a workshop arrive through an event tool, and each one should hold a place in the class.
Watch out
for one-to-one appointments, One to One Create a Booking is the module to look at; the two live in different groups of the doc.
Reservanto16

Get a Class

ActionIn the docs only

It returns the details of one class, the group session itself, so later modules can quote its name in a message or a sheet.

When to use it
a reminder sent by text or email should say which class the client joined.
Watch out
a class and a class appointment are two separate modules here, and judging by their names the second one points to a dated occurrence.
Reservanto17

Get a Class Appointment

ActionIn the docs only

This fetches one appointment of a class, which reads like a single dated session of a class that runs more than once.

When to use it
your message needs the date of the session the client booked, not the general description of the class.
Watch out
the doc does not describe how appointments link to classes, so run it once and read the output before mapping it further.

Course

2 modules
Reservanto18

Get a Course

ActionIn the docs only

It reads a course from Reservanto (the Course group of the doc) and passes its details to the rest of the scenario.

When to use it
a welcome email for a new course participant should carry the course details.
Watch out
the doc says nothing about what a course holds, so click Run once and read the bundle before you pick fields to map.
Reservanto19

Get Customer Events

ActionIn the docs only

Listed in the Course group, it returns the events linked to one customer, a quick way to see what that person has signed up for.

When to use it
a trainer wants a short summary of a client's activities in a CRM before a check-in call.
Watch out
Event Get a List By Customer sounds close; test both with Run once and keep the one whose output fits your need.

Customer

10 modules
Reservanto20

Create a Customer

ActionIn the docs only

It adds a new customer record to Reservanto, so people who reach you through another channel exist in the system before they book.

When to use it
a lead fills in a contact form on your website and should be ready in Reservanto when they call.
Watch out
place Search a Customer in front of it; without that check, a returning client ends up with a second record.
Reservanto21

Customer Details

ActionIn the docs only

This module returns a customer's details, which by its name sounds like a fuller view than the basic record other modules give.

When to use it
you prepare a document or a message elsewhere and want everything Reservanto holds on that person.
Watch out
the doc does not say how it differs from Get a Customer, so compare the two bundles with Run once before settling on one.
Reservanto22

Edit a Customer

ActionIn the docs only

It updates an existing customer, so a new phone number or email address collected elsewhere reaches Reservanto without any retyping.

When to use it
clients change their details in your CRM or a member portal and Reservanto should stay in step.
Watch out
map only the fields you want to change and check the result on a test customer; an empty mapped value might wipe existing data.
Reservanto23

Get a Customer

ActionIn the docs only

Give it a customer reference and it hands back that person's record, ready for the next module to use in a message or a sheet.

When to use it
a booking fetched earlier only carries the customer reference and your email needs the client's name.
Watch out
to find someone from a name or an email address, Search a Customer is the module built for lookups.
Reservanto24

Get a Customer List

ActionIn the docs only

It returns your customers as a list, each one as a separate bundle that the following modules process one after the other.

When to use it
you copy your client base into a mailing tool or a spreadsheet ahead of a campaign.
Watch out
a large base means many bundles and as many operations for every module downstream, so estimate the count before running it on everything.
Reservanto25

Create or Update a Customer Note

ActionIn the docs only

It writes a note on a customer's file, or rewrites the one already there, so context gathered elsewhere sits right next to their bookings.

When to use it
a form answer, a support ticket or a call summary should be visible to whoever greets the client.
Watch out
if the update replaces the old text, earlier notes are gone; try it on a test customer before running it on real files.
Reservanto26

Search a Customer

SearchIn the docs only

The only search module of the app, it looks up customers and returns zero, one or several matches, each as a bundle.

When to use it
before creating a customer or a booking, you check whether that person already exists in Reservanto.
Watch out
plan for the empty case. When nothing matches, the modules after it receive no bundle and nothing happens for that person.
Reservanto27

Update a Customer Pass Usage

ActionIn the docs only

It adjusts how much of a pass a customer has used, which keeps the remaining sessions accurate when a visit is logged outside Reservanto.

When to use it
a member attends a session recorded in a check-in tool and the pass balance should drop to match.
Watch out
a scenario that runs twice on the same visit counts it twice, so test with Run once on a single customer.
Reservanto28

Try Use a Customer Credit

ActionIn the docs only

As the name suggests, it attempts to spend a customer's credit, which tells your scenario whether the balance is enough before anything else happens.

When to use it
you want to pay from credit when possible and fall back on another payment method otherwise.
Watch out
the doc does not show what a refused attempt returns, so run it on a nearly empty balance and read the bundle.
Reservanto29

Try Use a Customer Pass

ActionIn the docs only

It tries to use a customer's pass and reports the outcome, the pass-side twin of Try Use a Customer Credit.

When to use it
a member books a class and you are not sure their pass still has sessions left on it.
Watch out
test with both a full and an empty pass on a test account, so you see each outcome before real members go through the scenario.

EMS Like

2 modules
Reservanto30

Create a New EMS Booking

ActionIn the docs only

It creates a booking of the kind grouped under EMS Like in the doc, a booking type of its own that the doc does not explain further.

When to use it
your Reservanto account works with this EMS style of booking and the regular booking modules do not fit it.
Watch out
ask Reservanto which booking type your account relies on before choosing between this module and Create a Booking.
Reservanto31

Update an EMS Booking

ActionIn the docs only

It changes a booking made through the EMS Like modules, so a new time or detail coming from another tool updates it in place.

When to use it
a reschedule request arrives by email or form and should edit the existing booking rather than add a second one.
Watch out
keep the reference returned by Create a New EMS Booking somewhere, a sheet for instance, so this module knows which booking to edit.

Event

3 modules
Reservanto32

Get an Event

ActionIn the docs only

It reads a single event from Reservanto and passes its details on, handy when another app only knows the event by its reference.

When to use it
a registration comes in from your ticketing tool and the confirmation should quote the event title.
Watch out
the doc does not define how an event differs from a class, so read the bundle after Run once to see what it contains.
Reservanto33

Event Get a List

ActionIn the docs only

This one returns your events, one bundle per event, which makes it the starting point for publishing or syncing them somewhere else.

When to use it
an events page, a newsletter block or a shared calendar in another app should be fed straight from Reservanto.
Watch out
every event sets off the following modules separately, so each of them counts one operation per event in the list.
Reservanto34

Event Get a List By Customer

ActionIn the docs only

It narrows the event list down to one customer, giving you only the events that person has registered for.

When to use it
a follow-up email should skip the events a client already joined, so you do not pitch the same thing twice.
Watch out
for a client with no events, no bundle comes out and the rest of the scenario stays idle for that person.

Location

2 modules
Reservanto35

Get a Location

ActionIn the docs only

It fetches one location of your business, useful when you run several sites and every message must show the right address.

When to use it
a booking points to a branch and the reminder sent through your messaging app should say where to go.
Watch out
it works on one location at a time; when you do not know which reference to use, list them first with Get a Location List.
Reservanto36

Get a Location List

ActionIn the docs only

This lists all the locations set up in Reservanto, each one as its own bundle, so you see every branch Make can work with.

When to use it
you run a chain of studios and want one scenario that handles every branch in turn.
Watch out
with a single site, Get a Location gives you the same data in one step and spares the extra bundles.

Merchant

1 module
Reservanto37

Get a Merchant Info

ActionIn the docs only

It returns information about your own Reservanto account as a merchant, that is, the business behind all the bookings.

When to use it
an invoice or an email generated in another tool should carry your business details as Reservanto stores them.
Watch out
it reads your data, not your clients'. Do not map it into a field that expects customer details, or messages will show your own name.

One to One

4 modules
Reservanto38

One to One Create a Booking

ActionIn the docs only

It books a private appointment, the one-to-one kind grouped apart in the doc, for a single client rather than a group class.

When to use it
a consultation request sent from your website should turn into a real slot in Reservanto.
Watch out
check the slot first with One to One Get a Start Available, or the scenario may aim at a time that is already taken.
Reservanto39

One to One Get a Start Available

ActionIn the docs only

It checks a proposed start time for a private appointment and returns what Reservanto says about that slot.

When to use it
a client suggests a time by chat or email and you want to confirm it is free before booking.
Watch out
availability can change between the check and the booking, so place One to One Create a Booking right after it in the scenario.
Reservanto40

One to One Get a List of Available Start

ActionIn the docs only

It returns the possible start times for a private appointment, each as a bundle, so you can offer the client real choices.

When to use it
a booking assistant in another app should propose a few open times instead of asking the client to guess.
Watch out
keep only the first few results for a message; mapping every start time into one email produces an unreadable wall of slots.
Reservanto41

One to One Create a Free Time

ActionIn the docs only

Judging by its name, it creates free time in a one-to-one calendar, which reads like time off: a period clients cannot book because you already know you will be away.

When to use it
a day off lands in your team's shared calendar and you want the matching slots closed in Reservanto without retyping them.
Watch out
the doc gives no description of the module, so test it with Run once and check the calendar before you switch the scenario on.

Pass

1 module
Reservanto42

Get a Pass List

ActionIn the docs only

It returns the passes your business sells, one bundle per pass, so later modules know which pass to work with instead of guessing a reference.

When to use it
before Add a Pass to a Customer, when you need to pick the right pass instead of typing its reference by hand.
Watch out
a list returns several bundles, and every module placed after it runs once per pass, which adds operations on your plan.

Pass to Customer

1 module
Reservanto43

Add a Pass to a Customer

ActionIn the docs only

As its name says, it attaches a pass to a customer in Reservanto, so a sale made somewhere else lands on the right record without anyone retyping it.

When to use it
a client buys a multi-session card in your online shop, and the scenario attaches the pass to the matching Reservanto customer.
Watch out
find the customer first with Search a Customer, otherwise the pass has nowhere to land, and pick the pass from Get a Pass List.

Segment

1 module
Reservanto44

Get a Segment List

ActionIn the docs only

It reads the customer segments defined in your Reservanto account, so a newsletter tool or a CRM can reuse the groups your team already works with.

When to use it
you mirror your Reservanto segments as tags in an email tool and want the names to match exactly.
Watch out
the module returns the segments themselves; the doc does not say it returns their members, so check what the bundles contain after a Run once.

Service Substitution

1 module
Reservanto45

Get a Service Substitution For a Customer

ActionIn the docs only

Going by its name, it tells you which service substitutions one customer still holds, so your scenario knows whether a replacement session can cover the booking before charging anything.

When to use it
right before Add a Payment Via Service Substitution, to confirm the client still has one available instead of letting the payment fail.
Watch out
the module works for one customer at a time, so feed it the customer found by Search a Customer or Get a Customer.

Voucher

4 modules
Reservanto46

Get a Voucher List

ActionIn the docs only

It returns your Reservanto vouchers, one bundle per voucher, ready to be reported on or passed to another tool.

When to use it
your accountant wants the gift vouchers in a spreadsheet, and you add a Google Sheets row for each bundle this module returns.
Watch out
each voucher returned costs an operation in every module placed after it, so plan the next steps with that count in mind when the list is long.
Reservanto47

Valid a Voucher

ActionIn the docs only

Judging by its name, it validates a voucher before anyone accepts it, and your scenario picks the next step from the answer. The name points to a check, not a payment.

When to use it
a client types a gift code in a booking form, and the scenario checks it in Reservanto before going further.
Watch out
read the result after a Run once and make sure a rejected code never reaches Pay with Voucher for Booking.
Reservanto48

Pay with Voucher for Booking

ActionIn the docs only

As its name says, it pays for a booking with a voucher, so the visit is settled without a card or a manual entry. The booking and the voucher come from earlier modules.

When to use it
after Valid a Voucher has approved the code a client entered for an upcoming appointment.
Watch out
run the scenario with Run once on a test booking first, because a real payment is recorded; Refund a Voucher Booking Payment is the way back.
Reservanto49

Refund a Voucher Booking Payment

ActionIn the docs only

Going by its name, it refunds the voucher payment on a booking, so the client keeps the voucher value when a visit does not happen. It is the counterpart of Pay with Voucher for Booking.

When to use it
in a scenario that also runs Cancel a Booking, to hand the voucher value back in the same flow.
Watch out
the doc says nothing about partial refunds, so do not promise one to clients before you have tested the module on a test booking.

Working Hours

1 module
Reservanto50

Get a Working Hours For Period

ActionIn the docs only

It reads the working hours set in Reservanto for a period, so your opening times stay defined in one place and other tools reuse them.

When to use it
a website or a chatbot should show opening hours that match what Reservanto has, without a second copy to update.
Watch out
this module reads hours; it does not tell you which slots are free, that is the job of One to One Get a List of Available Start.

Other

1 module
Reservanto51

Make an API Call

ActionIn the docs only

It calls any endpoint of the Reservanto API from your scenario, with the same connection as the other modules. It covers what the ready-made modules on this page do not.

When to use it
you need a Reservanto feature that has no module of its own and you found the endpoint in the Reservanto API documentation.
Watch out
you write the request yourself, so read the endpoint description carefully and test with Run once before activating.

FAQ

Questions about the Reservanto Make integration

01Is the Reservanto Make integration free?
Yes, on the Make side. Reservanto is a standard app, available from the Free plan onward. That plan allows 2 active scenarios, at least 15 minutes between two scheduled runs, 5 minutes per run, files up to 5 MB and 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans (Core, Pro, Teams and Enterprise) lower the interval to 1 minute, lift the limit on active scenarios and allow 40 minutes per run; usage is counted in operations each month. On the Reservanto side, the doc states that these modules require a paid Reservanto account.
02What do you need to connect Reservanto to Make?
A paid Reservanto account and a Make account are enough. Add any Reservanto module to a scenario, click Create a connection, give it a name if you like and click Save. If Reservanto asks, sign in and confirm the access. The advanced settings are only for people who bring their own custom app: in that case, the app needs the Redirect URI https://www.integromat.com/oauth/cb/reservanto. Once saved, the same connection serves all 51 Reservanto modules, so you connect once per account.
03Can Reservanto start a Make scenario in real time?
No. Reservanto has no trigger module in Make, so nothing in Reservanto can start a scenario by itself. You have two ways to start anyway. The first is a schedule: the clock on the first module runs the scenario every 15 minutes by default, down to 1 minute on paid plans, and a module such as Get a Booking For Period then reads the bookings of the period you set. The second is a trigger from another app, a form or a payment tool for example, followed by the Reservanto modules.
04What if the Reservanto module you need is missing in Make?
Use Make an API Call. This module is part of the Reservanto app in Make and lets a scenario call any endpoint of the Reservanto API with the same connection you already set up. It covers what the 50 other modules do not handle. You need the Reservanto API documentation to know which endpoint to call and what it expects. The Make doc for Reservanto lists no numeric limit, so no quota is published there for these modules.
05Should you use Make or n8n for Reservanto?
It depends on the tool your automations already run on. In Make, Reservanto comes with 51 ready modules, including Make an API Call for anything not covered, and every one shares a single connection. Reservanto may also have an n8n node, so check the node list there before deciding. Neither tool is ranked above the other for this app. Compare the modules you need on each side, the way scenarios start (Reservanto has no trigger in Make) and how each platform counts usage on your plan.
