What does the TruGen AI Make integration do?

The TruGen AI Make integration lets a Make scenario (the automation you build, a chain of modules) talk to your TruGen AI account. Each module is one brick of that chain: it can create an AI agent, read the conversations of an agent, list the avatars on the account, or call the TruGen AI API directly. No code, only boxes you connect.

Conversation review. Start from an agent ID stored in another tool, let List conversations by agent ID gather what that agent has handled, then open any single exchange with Get a conversation by ID and send it to the place where your team reads it.

Agent setup from a form. When a request lands in a form or a spreadsheet, Create AI agent can set up the agent from the answers, so nobody retypes the same details in TruGen AI.

Avatar catalog. List all avatars returns the avatars your account offers, one bundle (one item passed to the next module) per avatar, which is handy to keep a shared list current.

Know the limits before you start. Make states that its documentation for TruGen AI is limited because little public information about the app exists, and TruGen AI has no trigger in Make, so a scenario starts from another app or from a schedule. That plan allows 2 active scenarios, runs scheduled scenarios at most every 15 minutes, caps each execution at 5 minutes and files at 5 MB, with 512 MB of data transfer. Paid plans (Core, Pro, Teams and Enterprise) lower the interval to 1 minute, remove the cap on active scenarios and allow 40 minutes per execution. Usage is counted in credits, meaning operations, per month. Your own TruGen AI subscription is a separate matter that this page does not cover.
02What is needed to connect TruGen AI to Make?
A TruGen AI account and a Make account. Make's documentation for TruGen AI names no prerequisite, so the generic flow applies: add a TruGen AI module, click Create a connection, optionally name it, then authorize Make on the TruGen AI page or paste the key TruGen AI provides, and click Save.
